    Got to experience Top Golf’s first night opening. The staff service was great for us from reception to the food service. We had a fantastic night! Few small complaints keeping it from being a 5-star experience. There were a few technical problems with the screens in the bays, and our start time got pushed back 30min from our reservation.
    Again these are small issues that deserve some room for improvement given it was their first day open. I will certainly be back again to enjoy this great addition to Knoxville!

    Thomas the manager and York, went above and beyond for us. It was our first time here and no idea what to expect AND we are vegan! They found 5 items that we could easily eat and enjoy without worries…. York gave us the low down on the place, drinks and all while training Kayla, who was new but also very kind and friendly.

    Was not very impressed with this. Especially for $100 an hour! My husband & I went Saturday to play, we did not have a room at the hotel. The front desk clerk that “helped” us book a bay & get set up told us that if we wanted any refreshments we had to go get them ourselves. Then 10 minutes later another group came into the bay next to us & that clerk got them menus, and brought their order to them! Not only that but as he was showing us how to pick games he failed to mention that the screen was touchscreen OR mouse. When we couldn’t find the mouse on the screen we had to call for help only for him to look at us like we were dumb and clicked the screen with his finger. The games were as expected but the overall experience has us never returning.

    We had seven people go down to Top Golf over the weekend and we had a blast. We all ordered appetizers and the food was excellent. We’re looking forward to our next trip back

    Not a golf fan, but this made the practice fun while hanging out with colleagues. Super friendly environment, but no ideal about the cost, someone else paid.

    I am not a golfer nor do I really like it so I wasn’t sure about Top Golf. It thoroughly exceed expectations and my daughter and I had a great time there. The food was excellent and we plan on going back soon.

    This is a great place for a teen birthday party.. it’s also great for adults, but it’s harder to find fun activities for teenager sometimes. Top Golf was definitely a hit! We didn’t order anything other than appetizers but they were good and delivered quickly.

    We had a great time as a family here. Fun for all ages! The food is alright but small portions for the cost. We had Victoria (tori) as our server. Would have been better if we had our drinks refilled in a timely manner and also if she would’ve cleared the plates we had to stack up on the end of the table. Also when we tried to purchase in the gift shop we had to wait 15 minutes on an employee to check us out. We loved the experience but might try a different location next time.

    So first time going here and let’s just say it won’t be the last. I have never golfed or anything before but this was some much fun. The Angry Birds game was fun and competitive! The food was delicious and drinks were great. The staff, especially at the upstairs bar were friendly and outgoing. This is definitely a place for friends, family, kids and even dates or like myself haha single(s) to go and have a good time. I like to know what it’s like to chill here during a TENNESSEE football game, GO VOLS! with the big screens!
