UPDATE: I did reach out to the email address they provided and no one responded; seems like they are just trying to make it look like they care about poor experiences but actually will not take the time and effort to address anything.
We had an open table reservation at this Top Golf Swing Suite and had previously visited the Top Golf Swing Suite in Austin (which notably is $65/hour and a private room vs this location’s $80/hour charge). They incorrectly marked us in open table as a no show, which I am having to deal with. The service was pretty awful. I personally had to walk to the bar more than once to ask to place an order. But the worst part was that after essentially having no service, they charged us a 20% “large party service charge” that we attempted to dispute (with a very rude manager who personally was assigned to take care of us). His explanation was that this was standard for the Swing Suite, however that was never shared with us when making the reservation or when we arrived. The menu did state that there would automatically by 18% gratuity added but there was NO communication of this additional 20% “large party service charge”. The experience and the service barely warranted the automatic 18% and the fact that I essentially served myself from the bar, the additional 20% is ludicrous. Since they also apply the automatic 18% on top of the $80/hour top golf fee AND food/beverage, we paid about as much for service fees as we did for everything else. Absolutely ridiculous. Strongly advise NOT booking this. There are better locations that do not have these absurd fees.

I’d give it 6 stars if I could. If you have never been here, it’s a must go. The food, the service, the atmosphere all just absolutely awesome!!! We had such a great time here. Can’t wait to come back.
Took my hubby here for a day date and we had a great time. We did not make a reservation prior to arriving but we got a bay about 20 mins after arriving. There was a small arcade on the first floor, it was clean and all the machines were working when we visited.
We opted to sit at the bar while we waited. Service there was prompt and the drinks were good. I thought they were reasonably priced for what we got. The bartender was quick and friendly. The good was actually really, really good. I was surprised at how good the nachos were to be honest.
The actual golfing was so much fun. I’m not a golfer so this was my first time. I liked the “game” option where you could chose different ways to play; it kept it interesting and fun. We only stayed for a hr but our service at the bay was always prompt and we never had to wait for food or drinks long. Everything worked as it should and the clubs were in great shape. Everything was clean. The staff was great.
I love going to Topgolf with friends and coworkers. Angry Birds is honestly my favorite game to play there, the ball tracking system pairs perfectly with it, and it’s a fun challenge to compete with friends for the most points! Absolutely the best game in my opinion. The steak nachos are my go-to food, they’re delicious every time! For two people, 1hr of play is perfect. I recommend 1.5hrs for 3-4 people and 2hrs for 4+ people who will be golfing (as opposed to just spectating)
This is super fun, even if you don’t know how to play golf (we don’t)! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it’s pricey and the food is just ok. We tried buffalo wings, margarita pizza, steak tacos, cheese fries, and buffalo dip. It was all good, just not exceptional. The atmosphere is cool though, and service was amazing! We will definitely go back again, and try it out in some different places.
The food was surprisingly 10/10. I didn’t play golf but my friends did and had a great time. The cookie skillet was not what I expected (it looked like a brownie) but the taste was great. Id return just to eat here
