  1. The food was great and reasonably priced. Plenty of variety for anyone in the group. However, this location can get incredibly busy and just isn’t staffed to handle it. Our server was great, but I could tell he was fighting a losing battle. Waiting 30+ minutes for beers when you are paying for a bay by the hour just doesn’t work. But the biggest shock was paying $25 for a “reservation” a day earlier, arriving early to our time, and then waiting an additional 40 minutes to get a bay. The $25 was for what exactly? It certainly wasn’t to reserve anything. Nor did it apply towards the bay hourly rental. So just a cheap random fee. For these reasons I will have to think twice about doing Topgolf again. Very pricey for what you get. Just go golf somewhere with a decent clubhouse or do one of the golf simulator venues.

  2. The venue itself is fun, but the food was just okay and the service was not good. We went, for the first time, on a Tuesday to celebrate a Birthday. We arrived to discover it was “Half-Price” Tuesday, which is great. We did not have a reservation but it didn’t matter, I mean it’s a Tuesday afternoon, and we got a station right away on the third level (313). We were greeted fairly quickly and nicely by Dee Dee. We ordered four beers right away and said we would look over the food menu and decide when she brought back the beers. 40 minutes later and still no beers. I tracked Dee Dee down, who was bulls…um, kibitzing…with co-workers near the bar, and asked where our beers were. She looked a bit bewildered and said she would check. She came to our table several minutes later and said they were using a new system and that our order check had gone downstairs and that it would be 5 more minutes. 10 minutes later another server came with our beers. By now it had been over an hour and we had already played a round of driving. We were a bit leary about ordering food but Dee Dee said it shouldn’t be a problem now. So we ordered the shredded buffalo chicken dip with chips. They did arrive within a reasonable time and the dip was pretty good but we basically got a basket of corn chip crumbs. It was difficult to scoop dip with little pieces of chips. (I know, “first world problems”.) But considering what we paid for food and beers, we would expect some decent quality food and service. Overall disappointed in that. Anyway, we still had a good time swinging the clubs and, although we’re not sure about the whole excuse about a new system, we’ll probably be back because it is a fun venue. Hopefully the service and food will be better next time.

Topgolf is great place for fun whether family or group gathering. The atmosphere is fantastic, food and drinks is ok. The service is great for family or smaller group, but when comes to a big group is a challenge for the waitress with getting order and bill correct.

  4. We had shrimp tacos, chicken sandwich, pretzel bites, tater tots, and nachos. The latter were absolute fire! Food was very good.

One thing the flies and bugs were extremely annoying around food, even with the fans blowing.

Wish they had better gloves selection

  5. Great experience!!!!!!

Love it here. Perfect place to unwind, have a few drinks with some good eats.

Service was pretty fast considering it was a busy Saturday.
