4 weeks agoEveryone seemed to be very helpful. I was shocked that there was free product out to detail the inside while their well maintained equipment was able to clean the outside. Only did a quick self-service and a vacuum, but it was the first time I had been to a self-serve that did not leave me soaked in one place or another from leaking equipment, etc. Even the vacuums had great suction and had well maintained, useful attachments. Price was super reasonable for the wash which was a very pleasant surprise which was only topped-off like icing on the cake with the freebies.5 months agoThere unlimited monthly wash price is great but the person that dries the vehicles does a horrible job. 10 months agoThe car wash itself is not bad. It does a good job on the tires especially. But, the way it’s designed there are spots of the car that it will mess. I presume they are aware of this because there are always kids at the very beginning of the car wash that will wet the car and hit those hard to get spots with a car wash brush. However, the effort that is put into it is absolutely zero by these kids. They basically go through the motions of looking like they’re washing with those brushes when really they are more concerned with what’s on their phone than they are with doing a good job. I always want to get out and do those brushes myself however I’m sure that’s not allowed. I can’t blame management entirely because I know that finding good help right now is nearly impossible. But, go through the car wash sometime and just watch the effort that these kids put into the “pre-wash“. It really lacks effort.5 months agoI was having trouble with the card machine and the owner helped me and generously bought my car wash for my troubles . Staff was great !!!

5 months agoRanging from $10 to $20, 4 different degrees of car wash. If you join their club, for twice that price you can get a wash every day of that month.8 months ago3 Stars for Scrubby’s because brushless doesn’t clean your car throughly. It cost me close to $20 and it didn’t clean the thin surface dirt off the car. For that, you need soft brushes to make contact with the paint. In the end, I had to use a wash cloth to wipe the dust off the paint. Scrubby’s will do in a pinch if you just want to remove road salt and grime on one of those rare warm New England winter days, but for that true shine, go with soft brushes.5 months agoAm I just naive, or is this place super cool? It’s a bit pricey, and I don’t recommend the highest level of car wash you can get here because I don’t think it’s worth it, but it’s great that you can go anytime of day or night. It’s never too busy. Using the high powered detailing vacuum is free, and I’m bashful so I appreciate that the entire thing is automated and you never have to talk to any employees haha if your car is super, super dirty it’s not going to get it totally clean, even the expensive wash. Beware that if you’re expecting a car wash membership here to be just a 1 month membership, you need to get the membership cancelled before the 1 month is over, otherwise your membership will be automatically renewed. In my case, I wanted to get a 1 month membership, but just 1 month. I suspected they might renew automatically, so when I purchased the membership I specifically asked the attendant who I made the purchase through if the membership would be automatically renewed and I was told that it would Not be renewed. So I was happy with that being I wouldn’t have to remember to tell someone to cancel the membership.
Well two and half months later, I was checking my cc statements (I don’t check them -every- month) and noticed that Platinum had indeed been charging my cc and renewing my membership each month. I stopped by to ask for a refund and why they were continuing to renew my membership and was told that don’t issue refunds. The person there also said memberships are renewed automatically and I should have known because that information is shown on the screen where you make a membership purchase. Apparently, if you use the automated machine… there’s a screen there that tells the purchaser that the membership is renewed automatically. I never saw it because I had made my purchase through the attendant.
I guess as a car wash, the car wash is ok. Nothing extra special though.
This car wash is horrible!! Not only was the service terrible but I was charged for a whole year (12 months) after canceling my unlimited membership. The manager credited me only half of my money stating, “that’s all the computer will let me do”.
The staff was rude, and made myself and my wife feel uncomfortable more than a few times, all of which were reported with no change. I asked to speak to anyone higher up and was told, “there is no one else to talk to”. This place is awful! Beware and make sure if you cancel, check you bank account because they will continue to charge you.
Btw, I cancelled online and in person and this still happened to me. Don’t let it happen to you.

Only reason for 4 stars is actual time and times online and over the phone are different. Came on a Sunday morning and the guys did a great job inside and out with my vehicle. Brought it in with a smell of urine from a trip to Tennessee picking up puppies and couldn’t get it out myself. They scrubbed everything front back left right up and down, soft brushed the whole inside and came out brand new. One thing Ive learned is to tip first so they know they’re appreciated off the rip then after once you see The results. Price is far cheaper then other places and quality is just as good as the guy down the street where you pay 275. Thanks everyone, will be seeing you again soon.
I have a membership here and they suck. They either don’t have someone to dry your car when you washed it or the vacuums don’t work properly today I come and the machine is not working to wash my car and no one attended me for 10 minutes if you come to the car wash, I recommend you make a big U-turn.
