I shopped and got stuff, then I left. Lol, the truth is that they have the isles full of pallets of merchandise to stock the shelves and so you can’t get around easily or hardly. And barely any of the employees know the English language. So don’t even try to get pointed in the right direction.
Curbside pickup is fast, convenient, and organized. I never have to wait when I check in with the app. The staff is always friendly and careful loading my items for me.
Had a decent shopping experience but on the way out the door I had the misfortune of having the rudest person checking my receipt. That in itself is one of the most useless jobs as there are already tons of cameras watching our every move. That person needs sensitivity and cultural training dealing with black women. It’s utterly gross how he watched items fall out the bottom of my stroller, because I had to stop and let him look at my receipt. He didn’t attempt to help me but instead say I may need a bigger stroller. My stroller is just fine and my items fit as I was shopping. Just check the receipt, use your brain and common sense and learn to be kinder. So annoying he’s the last person you deal with on the way out the store. At least I get to enjoy a lovely Sunday while he’s stuck inside working.
I was disappointed in the markup for propane exchange and the automated service to exchange tanks. I have severe asthma and it was much nicer when an associate would exchange tanks and place it in my trunk. But this is the store I used to work in so they will always get 5 stars and speak my mind.
Hustle and move..quickly. place was getting ready to close…I’m wanting a damn banana split…I got everything I need BUT the syrup….agh..I must have looked stressed because an actual Walmart employee said ma’am…what can I help you find??? All I said was banana split syrup she next one over ….thank you lady ..you were a life saver!!!
