3 months agoI’m not sure what others’ issues were with having a truck, but I had no issues. My truck was covered in dirt, and this car wash cleaned the truck like it was brand new. The heated blowers at 120F were a nice truck. I would definitely go here again to wash my truck. Unfortunately, I was just passing through.3 months agoWe’ve been here several times in the last couple of years. Literally, every single employee has been friendly and so courteous! The quality is excellent. They offer the second time through for free but it gets everything on the first round. We live out of state and Crew is not in our area so it’s always on our to-do list when we come back to visit family.3 months agoExpensive for an average car wash. My truck came out cleaner than it went in but still was dirty in spots. Also have to pay for vacuums on top of the ultimate cost? There are better options around. However, if you don’t hand dry all the leftover water, you will be a little disappointed if you have a dark car. Yikes and now today, my license plate bent.

2 months agoI pulled up in a car wash lane to the computer that they have here to pick which kind of car wash I would like, I put my card in , next thing I know , a receipt prints showing me that I’ve been charged $25 for a car wash that I did not pick. I made the employee on duty aware of the system’s mistake. He told me he cannot issue a refund or adjust my purchase at all. I find it odd that a place of business, cannot issue a refund . I feel lied too & he was completely nonchalant & came across like, he could careless I won’t be returning here.a month agoCar wash was at fault. They did not clear the track. Send me through and my car got damage. They said they were not responsible. I called the cops did a incident report. They did not want to pay so I ended up taking them to a small claims court.6 months agoLot is always clean. Staff makes sure that vacuums are unclogged and working well, and trash cans are emptied regularly. Staff is helpful and professional. Multiple locations in Indiana and Illinois makes having a membership convenient and cost effective. This is one of the better locations.10 months agoEmployees are awesome. Provided my concern, they listened, researched information provided and assisted me as a consumer. Car wash does a decent job but may require some personal attention by the owner if the vehicle has additional undercarriage dirt. Vacuums are provided but I did not use. They also have a pet cleaning station which I think is an awesome ideal especially being the owner of six dogs. Big thank you to the three Gentlemen for their assistance.2 years agoBeen to this car wash many times but never as the driver (had a couple fails years ago). They did a great job guiding me in. The car wash does a great job and the free vacuum is an awesome bonus. They’ve got a good promotion right now too. Free car washes for a few weeks with the purchase today.

A++++ Customer service. I come here once a week on my day off and this week the gentlemen that’s usually operating the car wash entrance offered to take oil off my vehicles windshield if the car wash did not remove it. Need to note that it’s been on my windshield for two weeks and came from driving under the trains in Chicagos West Loop. Not only did he take the oil off but he used a wax so as not to harm the glass and cleaned it up afterwards. I’ve been a customer off and on for years. Recently purchased the monthly pass and they just gained a customer for life. Thank you!

I love coming here. You can buy the cheapest wash and still get a great wash. You get to vacuum for free when you are all done as well! You get the same wash for 5 bucks that you get across the street for $15. You seriously cant beat the price. I come here whenever I have the time and I highly recommend it for the price.
ABSOLUTELY THE BEST AUTOMATIC CAR WASH IN NORTHWEST INDIANA. Besides getting a superb wash. The early bird special is ONLY $6 before 9a or after 6p AND that still includes the FREE vacuum, mat washer and shampoo. OMG!!!! Yet the best kept secret is the mini blower to get those crumbs out of those hard to reach areas. You will never go to another car wash.
Recently replaced soft cloths in the tunnel, so it really scrubs the crud off. Good deals if you come at the right time.
