5 months agoThis place used to be good but it’s absolutely a waste of money now. One older gentleman basically tried to clean while 4 kids stood around my car and laughed, talked on my dime. My car was actually cleaner prior to coming here. It looks like they used paper towels due to lint being everywhere.in the last weekWent here before and got good service went today and they took my Mo ey then said sorry it will be 1.5 hours to clean inside our car we know you paid for already. Offered a refund but charged me again and couldn’t figure out how to fix that! They just wanted to keep trying at $33 a pop and 3-5 days to wait for refund. Ultimately asked for cash back and got it! Maybe tell people before you take their money that service will take half their afternoon.2 months agoI have always had an excellent experience when going to Charlie’s Car wash. I use this carwash with confidence that my small car will get cleaned in its entirety. It sets low being a small car so not only does it get clean entirely front to back, it also gets clean top to bottom.3 months agoPrices have almost doubled and quality is less then half!I’ve been coming here since before the name change to Charlie’s and today will probably be the last time.
They had to pull it back in to clean it twice. (3 attempts total) After the second time I asked him if it was cleaned to the standard he would want his own car cleaned to. His answer was no, it isn’t. If that’s the case, why did you pull it out? Very disappointed in the quality. 6 people worked on the car at the same time. Only 2 cars inside. It wasn’t a busy day. No excuse. Very sad I’m going to have to find a new place to have my vehicles cleaned.
a year agoI’ve been trying to give the interior service chance after chance assuming that it was just an employee that wasn’t as good. But im at my breaking point this time. My back windows were not washed, my back windshield wiper is now broken, AND my back mats didn’t even get touched. I’m done with Charlie’s after 2 years of trying to stay loyal.

in the last weekI come here everyday with my membership. They used to be great. Lately, the vacuums are never working. 9/10 they’re all clogged up and have no suction. It’s been this way the past few months. Cancelling my membership.2 weeks agoTerribly experience. When paying for my car wash. An employee was outside helping. He pointed out a spider that was on the outside of my car. Proceeded to fling the spider (large, fuzzy, red and black In color) at me and into my car. He then told me after he flung it in my car that the spider looked poisonous. After this he asked for my credit card to pay. He didn’t apologize or show any signs of apprehension to what he did. On top of this, the wash of my was terrible and the vacuums have poor suction.a month agothey really need to clean the wheel wells better. I e got a monthly membership thru my employer because I recommended go car wash to them and that they had done a great job however now they’re starting to slip.3 weeks agoPurchased the $18 premium wash. They didn’t get half the bugs off of my wife’s car. When she told them there was quite a few spots not cleaned, they said she would have to pay to go through again. What kind of a car wash doesn’t offer to go through again immediately after when the results are poor? Wouldn’t recommend.2 months agoThis was my favorite car wash. But the prices keep going up, and the quality is going down. Today half of the vacuum hoses were missing nozzles or hoses and the remaining hoses had very weak to no suction. I had to walk around and try 6 different hoses before I found one that barely worked. One of the hoses fell apart in my hand. I won’t be going back to this car wash.

I wash my car here and I want to do it every day. I love that the car doesn’t have to be perfect to make the car wash work. I like the odor while my car is washing. My car smells so good afterwards. I get the basic wash and for the most part, my car gets clean. I took it through the mud one day and it took two car washes to get it clean, and I had to wipe it down.
There are two lanes for the car wash at this car wash and I pay for the basic plan which is $26 a month my first month I paid $26 and I told him not to charge my card again and they were able to arrange my car not to get charged automatically which I thought was a pretty impressive.
There are two lanes to wash your car and lots of free vacuums which suction is strong enough to get most of the dirt off my floors. The vacuums are free and they have a big trashcan located right by the vacuums to to throw all the trash in.
Overall I think it is a great value and the service is great. I think it’s nice that you don’t even have to roll down the window and that they will know if you have a plan based off your license plate.
I think they should have a plan for multi cars, but for one single person so that if you decide to drive a different car for the day, at least your car can be clean. A 30 day monthly pass that included just 1 wash per day for any car/vehicle you own.
Love the prompt service and excellent customer service every time I visit! The monthly car wash plan is convenient and affordable. The wash, and vacuums work flawlessly! We are happy customers!
Oh man, outstanding. Remarkable. Good, even. All positive adjectives can be applied to the Quick Clean Car Wash. Specifically the Lee’s Summit Location, right off of 291. Oh man. Goodness me. Goodness gracious. Splendor fills my soul when visiting this specific location. Joy overfills and bounds about my being. I love getting my car wet and soapy and clean. I love getting my car’s dirty parts cleaned. Joyous Location. Me oh my. Splendid.
This place absolutely is the best car wash in Lee’s Summit Missouri. Super friendly staff members Zack & Addy were more than helpful. Extreme pressure nozzle option lived up to the hype. Everything you need is here. I highly recommend this establishment.
It works and that’s it!! Soap doesn’t smell good and the bays don’t beep when your running out of time which this is the 1st car wash I’ve Ever seen without that courtesy!! So I spent more money than needed and I didn’t hardly get any time before it shut off on me. Not a happy customer.
