a month agoAvoid. They think that it’s best customer service to honk the horn and wait for someone to come and let you in to wash your car when you are going to a different location. Worse, if you move, you can’t ask them to change the location (cancel old location and give you a new bar code for the new location). Or even smarter, have all locations able to read the bar codes… what a concept. Their customer service makes it clear that ‘The local people don’t have access because they want the locals to take care of the customers on site.’. you have to call their customer service to do this. … Their customer service repeatedly states that they want the local car wash people to focus on taking care of the customer at the site. And basically, DO NOT Listen to Customer Feedback … they just stop you and repeat the ‘They don’t have access because they want the locals to take care of the people at the car wash.Genius … force the customer to honk and wait …interrupting the local people to stop and take care of the person that paid the monthly fee … several times a week …. is that really letting them focus on the customers on site when it can be avoided with a 1 time 5 min correction in their system? Their policy cost them hundreds of customer hours and man hours at the site and is a HUGE freaking Inconvenience to the customers AND the people onsite over the last 2-3 years.
It took me just over 38 minutes on the phone to get to their customer service (over half in wait queue) just to cancel the service. They asked for the bar code when I’m not at my car. They explained over and over that they want the people on site focused on the customers on site … (the bar code WAS on site when I tried changing there). They did not understand that their policy is NOT customer service and their customer as well as their local people wasted Hours over the last 2+ years (with just 1 customer) stopping to open the gate and manually check for the valid barcode in their system … just because they did not want to give them access to take care of the customer staring them in the face asking for a simple change that is most easily handled at the site … where they can see and remove the old bar code and put a new bar code on immediately!
Avoid them.
6 months agoDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS CASH HUNGRY CAR WASH, owned by Mammoth Holdings, llc!! Their employee at the car wash tunnel told me it was fine to leave my antenna on my truck and go through the car wash tunnel. When it was done, my antenna was broken off and they acted like they cared and told me to get two quotes. After seeing the quotes to replace the antenna, they decided to send a simple email stating they did their investigation and did not want to pay for the damage claim. They wasted my time and money. AGAIN, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! They DO NOT CARE if your vehicle was damaged from their car wash facility and will do anything to reject your claim!a year agoI’m new to this neighborhood and tried their services today before I can decide on membership. Strangely the car wash leaves soap behind which means the final washing wasn’t done properly. To my dismay, the dirt in the wheel wasn’t washed and cleaned (photos)!!! I also found the vacuum not to have enough suction. I don’t see any reason why should I pay for such a bad washing job!!a year agoOn Friday 5/6/22, The car front of me didn’t pull out her vehicle after finishing car wash and car wash roller moves my car into hers and crashed. According to the Manager Nathen Ward, “It’s happens often time and Ultra Car Wash Suwanee will not cover vehicle repair cost”. The damage is small but Ultra Car Wash must adopt preventive measure for this issue immediately. I will quit membership and will not use this car wash anyways but all customers better have enough distance between cars even Ultra Car Wash is trying to shorten the interval.4 years agoThe price is really good but the problem is the rinse. I think the membership is worth it for $10 or $20 per month if you are willing to rinse your car again back at your house. Please improve the rinse!********* Update *************
The reason for the rinse not working correct is the end waterfall is so weak. The waterfall is the feature that allows the car wash length to be so short compared to the previous generation 100 ft length car washes. However, your waterfall is not really a water fall compared to other car washes waterfalls. I just realized this when I visited another car wash in Columbia, SC. I’m willing to pay extra for having my car rinsed correctly. Please consider this.

2 months agoI have been a monthly member of Squeaky’s Car Wash in Suwanee for 5 years. Today my white Lexus was COVERED with DIRTY BLACK STREAKS after going through the wash. The workers said the cleaning strips are dirty and management knows. No manager is here. Then it sat in the sun and dried. I will demand a refund and take my business elsewhere!a month agoThis place is a ghost town. I sat in the bay for the washing to begin for so long that I began backing out. Someone saw me and only then was I helped. I was told that the attendant MAY have been in the restroom. The inside of the facility needs to be cleaned. All of the shelves (that probably housed products at some point) and the drink refrigerator were completely empty! There was only 1 person, per car when there are typically 2 or 3 to tag team the vehicles. A lady (name unknown) and an amazing gentleman named Miles.I was fortunate enough to be able to have Miles work on my car. There were a few items that I had to have him go back for, but he did it with a smile and an extremely POSITIVE attitude. He was so polite and respectful!!! Miles, please give everyone that has played a part in making you who you are a big hug! You’re amazing!!!
If I were rating this based on Miles spirit, the stars would be higher…however, this car wash is not a place that I would recommend.
a month agoThis was by far the worst care wash experience I have ever had. It took an hour and a half for the car to be cleaned and when they said the car was ready, there were black streaks all over the car. When I questioned it they said yeah the car wash isn’t working well. Wow I didn’t expect that response. Windows we’re streaky and the car actually looked better before the wash. I will never return. What a waste of time and money.a month agoI’ve been coming here for years and until a couple of months ago things have gotten from bad to worse. Looking at the other reviews I see that someone posted the same problem a month ago and no one has done anything about it. I use to love to come to this car wash but I will find somewhere else to go. Too bad tho this car wash has gone down and doesn’t appear that anyone cares.3 months agoOMG! Johnny! Johnny! Johnny! I had my oil changed by him! It was quick! He made the process amazingly easy and smooth! I also had my emissions done! He is all around a great employee! His personality out shined my car wash! Thanks again Johnny!!

After purchasing a Tesla model 3 I wanted to get off to the right start with PPF, ceramic coating, and window tinting. I was recommended to speak with Caleb(GM) and I’d recommend everyone do the same. World class service from the first phone call to the follow up car wash, a fantastic experience and great results!
Super courteous staff and definitely a well equipped place.
That being said did I think the external only wash was worth it? Not sure.
I expected more from a hand wash and upon closer inspection was not too happy.
Also was under the impression external wash would cover a quick vaccum around the tough to reach spots.
Might visit one more time as I hope this is a one time scenario.
Best car wash ever, staff is amazing and accommodating! Relaxing place to wait and have a snack as well. Always greeted with a warm
welcome, thanks Duncan.
This is the third time my car has been serviced at the Hamilton Mill location. Each time I have been very satisfied and have felt the outcome was well worth the cost. The staff is friendly and the waiting area is stocked with free coffee, and snacks to enjoy as you wait.
Took my daughters car to California Hand Wash – Johns Creek to have the cloth seats and floor deep cleaned. I was very skeptical that getting the seats cleaned would be possible, but GM Caleb assured me that he had seen worse and said it may take more than 1 application. He took the car in the afternoon and kept the car overnight. He called me late that evening and said the 1st application showed great progress but wanted to see after it dried overnight. They had to hit a couple of spots the next morning and had the car ready to go by late morning. I was shocked, as was my daughter, on what a great job they did. Thanks to all at California Hand Wash – Johns Creek for a job well done!
