6 months agoI normally don’t do reviews but i am so impressed I had to share. I had my Jeep detailed here (believe me when I say they had their work cut out for them)and they did an AMAZING job. Definitely would recommend and will be using this place again!!a week agoOverpriced with terrible communication. I tools my car to get fully detailed here about a month ago. It’s an old car so I wasn’t expecting a show-room quality product. The car was washed and waxed (mostly) along with the headlights being polished, I’ll give them that. However there were glaring issues. They never cleaned the headliner, carpet stains, front bumper and the back number had adhesive residue from the badge being removed. When I brought up the adhesive they simpply said “oh, we don’t have the tool for that”. They also offered to dye the seats again after cleaning them. I was told it was an extra $10. When I go to pay they charged me $50 for the dye job. There is no price list anywhere in the “shop”. I had brought up these complaints to Cory, the owner/manager, and he offered to make it right by sending a voucher for a free detail. It’s been over a month and still no voucher. Not sure I’d take my car back there even if it was free.7 months agoAnthony did an absolutely amazing job! I have no complaints on the work he did. Only took about 3 hours. Did a full detail and wax on an Audi S4. Got into every nook and cranny and the car was spotless. Got up all the dog hair after a 20 hour road trip, and the wheels were so shiny. Cost $200 with a military discount.5 months agoDid a full detail of my Jeep Grand Cherokee and a Honda Civic; they had absolute attention to detail on both vehicles at a completely reasonable price for the work performed. Both cars were returned to us like the day we bought them. Would easily recommend.in the last weekGreat little shop just outside of base, nice courteous guys did good work and even drove me to and from work on multiple occasions, I take peace of mind in you don’t pay till it’s done and you’ve inspected it so you know your getting what you asked for!

2 months ago$10 for 4 minutes at self wash. I tried to add more minutes and it just kept displaying Add $3.75. Had to leave with a car covered in foam! No one was working to help. Old card readers. Won’t be back. Waste of money. Update. tried a debit card and 2 different credit cards so clearly was the card reader not reading when swiped.a year agoUpdate: owner called and asked me to return. He made sure my car was washed as I had expected! Thank you Rolling Tide! I truly appreciate the follow-up and my car looked great after the wash! Terrible experience here! The touchless automatic wash soaped my vehicle, but did not rinse. I called the contact number listed and had to leave a voice message. The do-it-yourself bay partially soaped my vehicle before the wand just stopped working. The next bay had no rinse pressure. I spent $15 total to add soap residue to an already dirty car!4 months agoPersonally, I use this car wash all of the time. It’s the only car wash in town that I use. The automatic touchless is safe on my car, and it uses ceramic solutions. I purchased the 14 wash which was most expensive. I don’t like my car touched so this was exactly what I was looking for! Car came out looking great!!4 months agoBeware! This place is not $4 for 8 min. Their signage is either outdated or just outright misleading. I swiped my card one time and the counter came up and showed 4:00 and started counting down. I DEFINETLY did not get 8 min. Was charged $4 did not get 8 min. Also FYI, this place will put a $10 charge as a hold on your card for swiping but after a few days it will change to $4.

The staff and manager here are great. My tag doesn’t read my membership, but they are very responsive and get me taken care of. I hope they get a chip reader like Dothan soon.
The car wash is the best around and the towels and cleaning supplies are always stocked out.
I was a little dissatisfied and disappointed with the car wash. When it first opened it was wonderful. Lately all the rags are either gone or filthy. The vacuum area ground was covered in trash and dirty candy and I had to be careful not to step in it and drag it into the car. The the monthly fee we pay, this is an unsatisfactory place. The workers were just sitting in the office when they could have been cleaning up the parking area and putting out clean rags. I’m really hoping they do a better job in the coming weeks or we’ll have to find a new place to spend our money on a car wash.
Third time coming. Will come back. Tried coming in twice the other day and machine was broke down. Wasn’t offered an inconvenience discount. Best car wash in Enterprise tho!
One of my favorite car washes in town. Easy to drive up and let the car wash do it’s thing. There is an option to have a monthly membership or just pay every time you go. They provide towels for after which is really nice. Vacuums are always working, strong enough to pick up a lot of dirt out of your mats.
Great wash for food price! The two vacuume head sizes makes cleaning tight spaces a breeze. Interior and window was supplies a huge plus in addition the the clean microfiber towels! A great experience!
