a week agoThe manager needs a 10 star rating . He’s always welcoming, and makes us feel more like a friend than just a customer. We won’t go anywhere else for our car washing needs. The staff is always hardworking. We drive from Clinton to ridgeland because you can’t beat the service!!4 months agoCar Wash USA is hands down the worst car wash I’ve ever been to. After spending $20 for the regular wash that includes a wax, my car came out filthy. The car was still covered in bugs and dust, this is after the pre scrubbing by the attendants. When I was vacuuming the inside of the car, one of the attendants came over and asked if my car had been washed. He proceeded to go to the manager and ask if I could go back through the wash. They said I’d have to come back in the morning to speak with the manager to get that approved.After about 20 minutes of vacuuming, the attendant then offered to run my vehicle through the wash again for an upgraded service of $25 if I wanted to Venmo him and the car wash a $1.
I wouldn’t waist your time with this location. You’re better off spraying your car down with a garden hose.r
a month agoTwice now I have visited this car wash and there was a serious equipment malfunction. No communication from the staff as to what is happening. Both times I have wasted over 30 minutes waiting. And refunds are only given when the owner/manager drives from wherever to the car wash on the next day. If they ever get the equipment to work properly and consistently, I still will not return.4 months agoThe vacuums are consistently not working properly and for real dirty vehicles having bugs and mud… you’re not going to get rid of them as the attendees don’t remove them before sending you through the automated washing system. a month agoThe washing aspect of this car wash has been good, however, the vacuums do not work well. I tried 3 different ones the last time I was there and the suction couldn’t even pick up crumbs. I tried to cancel my subscription online, but they require you to do it in person. Very inconvenient. I don’t recommend this car wash.a month agoUndertrained/Lazy staff. Today I arrived for a car wash and was told I could not go through with my truck, which is fine. As with all car washes you pay before they tell you that. My truck issue was not with the refusal of service but was with how I was treated when I requested a refund. I was told first, we can’t do refunds. Then second, I don’t know how to do refunds. I had to put my foot down with the lady working the line and tell here I was not leaving the line until she figured out how to refund me, called someone who could, or tell me how to contact someone who could help me. All of these requests to peacefully and quickly leave the line and allow for my money back were met with I can’t, won’t, ir don’t know how. Finally after a few minutes of arguing she pulled her phone from her pocket, and started to make a call while walking towards their office on site. She then told me to follow her for my refund. Which I did as that’s what I wanted from the start. Within a few minutes I had my refund processed and left. I’ve been a customer of this car wash for the better part of 10 years. And now I will never use it again. Or any related. I’m not sure if the refund issue was from under training or laziness but it’s unacceptable. That is a very basic part of the job that any employee should be able to process at a business like this. Or if it needs higher up approval, there should be a way for customers to contact someone to get it handled. 0/5 stars. I also would like to say the lady I interacted with was very rude to me during the entire interaction. I understand it’s hot and she’s outside working, so this is not the complaint I have but it’s not a good face of your business if she treats customers like this regularly.2 months agoThey were 20 minutes late opening (while I circled and waited). The wash left dirt on my car that any other wash would have removed. The vacuums were useless and had no suction. I moved twice before finding one that worked at all. They don’t provide towels for detailing. The vacuums had been emptied into the customer trash cans that were overflowing with dust and nasty vacuum contents. Not only did they smell awful, but there was no room for trash. All this while an attendant sat behind the last vacuum and scrolled on their phone. The staff was friendly and Keysha was particularly helpful. Great location is well-maintained.a month agoSpur of the moment wash that definitely had to go bc of the pollen and such! The manager, LS was so helpful choosing the service I needed and he showed me the monthly unlimited package and I was sold! That alone is going to make me a frequent customer! Everyone was so pleasant to work with! The finished wash looked perfect! Extremely pleasant experience from A-Z!

Our business has been using Mister Carwash for years now and we are finally fed up! Not only are the machines constantly broken, but the vacuums are often clogged and do not suction. This last incident has taken the cake. After a routine carwash in my 6 month old F-250, I noticed that the black plastic area of my front grill looked as though it had been sprayed with bleached. We were informed that it was a new cinnamon scented soap, and they immediately stopped usage because of problems with other vehicles this same day. This happened to both of our new company trucks, back to back, the same day. We got estimates to replace the grills. It ended up being over $1,000 in damages. Mister Carwash took pictures, started a claim, and assured us they would replace the grills. Six months, a million promises and run-arounds later, nothing has been done. So, WE…ARE….DONE and have moved on to another more professional carwash. USERS BEWARE!
I had problems with the installation of the app. Couldn’t put iin my mobile number. After 3 attempts I Uninstalled.
Added another vehicle due to the consistency of great service from staff and vehicles are always clean
Anytime I am close this is my go to car wash. Does a great job, very clean grounds, nice employees.

My car didn’t even look like it went through a car wash after getting serviced at this location. Immediately after going through the wash (and I upgraded to their premium wash) I stepped out to look at my car-and debris, dirt, bugs, etc was still all over the front of my car.
I bought this to the attention of the manager on duty-and he was anything but apologetic. He insisted that I would have to purchase the “unlimited car wash” package in order to see results. I won’t be back-do not waste your money here.
