a year agoTwice I got the $9 wash and got charged $10. There is absolutely no way to contact them. The car wash does a great job but I am tired of getting over charged and no way to fix it. I will stop going there.a year agoWent to use the auto wash with my card. Took my money charged me for a 10 dollar wash when I selected 9 dollar wash. 2 weeks agoThis place is a complete rip-off. Pay close attention to your time when adding more quarters. I got ripped off about $2.50 in quarters before I even realized my time wasn’t really going up. But for the sake of getting the soap off my truck I added more and realized only about one out of three quarters was actually going towards my time. I tried calling the number posted to make a complaint but of course nobody ever answered in the mailbox was full so I couldn’t even leave a message.a month agoBest manual car wash in town! Says “hey thats not for your personal trash”. “I said oh I was cleaning it out before i vacuumed and washed it”. he said “we have had problems with people dumping garbage” no apology no nothing. Then he sat in his car by the exit and watched til I put quarters in the vacuum cleaner. I washed my car because I said i was going to. I should have left after i finished vacuuming. Very rude.

This car wash is fun, has cool lights and all but I don’t feel the price point is fair for what you get as far as cleaning. I can get just as good or maybe even a little better clean for half the price at the Fleet Farm car wash or elsewhere. Every time I go to Tommy’s Express Car Wash the back of my car doesn’t get clean. For $20 the WHOLE car should get clean. Idk what can be done to fix that issue but somethings gotta change for the prices they charge!
The gentleman at the cashier window was very polite and helpful. I live in Clear Lake but, I’ll be driving back here for my wash because of him. The free vacuums are very nice and helpful. Thank you
It’s a good car wash except for the fact it doesn’t take the bugs off the front of the car. Get one of the employees to scrub the bugs off before entering and will give 5 stars. I will now change my rating as they didn’t respond about cleaning the bugs and for $40.00 a month they should do a better job. The car is not clean when they don’t clean the bugs off the front.
Price for all the wash plans are very competitive. Our vehicle always had spots not clean. This car wash cleans our vehicle spotless every time.
Went through Tommys wash did #3 after finished one of my mirrors was out so stopped to replace it notices some spects left on car one of the guys noticed me looking he said no right run it threw again second trip he got spects off looked Great and NC THANKD TOMMYS
