5 months agoWent today to get my car washed for the first time. It’s really simple. Drive past the entrance to valvolene, pull up, pay (I got a free car wash coupon when I did my oil change) and drive through. My kids enjoyed watching the bubbles and pretty lights. The vacuums are amazing! They have small nozzles so they fit in tight places. Picked up all the dirt off my floors with ease and all the goldfish my son was stashing in his carseat. I would say, if you have a little hangover from your roof over your trunk, you might have a little soap left over. What would make this carwash a million times better would be providing towels for the customers to dry up missing spots and allow them to do a little detailing in the parking lot. Aside from that, I loved it! Seriously considering getting a monthly plan because when you’ve got 2 snackers in your backseat, you probably need it 🤣4 months agoCame here because previous reviews looked great. I was so pleased. Car clean, shiny and bright. Vacumns strong and picked up every crumb. Customer service a huge plus for this establishment. Continue hiring quality employees like those that helped me and your customers will continue to come.6 months agoMy favorite go to for an automatic car wash. Been going there for about two years now. Car comes out clean. My only two complaints is the rinse doesn’t do a good job at removing the soap at the rear of the vehicle. soap collects in the rear hatch and inside the fuel door. I just use their provided towels to clean out the remaining soap. I wish they could create a personalized profile for each car. I don’t like tire shine because it ends up either slinging around the wheel wells or just being a muddy mess once it collects dirt from the road. They can turn off that function but I have to tell them each time before I go through. Highly recommended despite my gripes.3 months agoI love this car wash, I have a subscription…they are friendly and they have adequate towels and spray bottles to clean your windows or dry off any water spots. Vacuums work great!a year agoFriendly staff. Quick wash. They can change your oil and inspect your car. Spacious parking lot. Lots of vacuums. Vacuums are well maintained.

3 weeks agoThey were amazing, I had a musty smell in my car and they went above and beyond. Not only does my car look brand new but it smells brand new as well. Take your car here, they pay attention to detail and do it right.a year agoWas a little peeved when I said I wanted the $45 service that was posted on their sign- but the guy said because my truck was dirty itd be $75. While I still think that’s nonsense, the crew did so a really great job. They cleaned thoroughly inside and out.5 months agoWillie always gets the job done. The guy that came stated he thought I didn’t want my car done due to it lightly raining earlier in the day. After I said yes & he said he was coming, he called back was sounding like he didn’t even want to come, saying it was supposed to rain (it didn’t). When he finally came, he was over 30 minutes late from my scheduled time of 6:00. I originally wanted the inside & out of my car done, but settled for just the inside, since it was more important & the guy seemed like he didn’t want to do it to start with. He did a good job on the inside, I will give him that, but not worth what he was charging or what I paid since a little later I noticed he didn’t even do my windows or windshield or back glass along with the situation as a whole.a year agoThis is by far one of the worst car washes I have ever been to!!! The owner is some short man who walks around yelling at his employees like they’re children. Told me one price over the phone but when I got there it was different, if I could give it a 0 I would!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I’m going to a self service car wash from now on I literally can a better job than them!!!

Took my wife’s car through the car wash and when I was about halfway through the car bumped a couple times and then the truck behind me hit me and we were locked up the duration of the wash. It rubbed paint and a hole in my bumper. I was told that they had to review video footage and they would call. Of coarse we all know what that means. Exactly got a call two days later saying they were not liable that my wheels were turned which was my fault even though I had my phone in my hands and never touched steering wheel after entering as they tell you. I questioned the fact that they had shut down the week before for timing issues and the same thing happening and was told to start he wasn’t aware of what I was talking about and then told it was a totally different issue.
Stopped here for a quick wash once before and was dissatisfied. Decided to try it once more today, and left feeling like this place is a definite rip-off. Some backstory: I travel back and forth from Charlotte to New Bern for work. I wash my car weekly, and this is a convenient stop off the MLK Blvd. exit. That being said, $27 bucks for a single wash and $40 a month is outrageous for the quality of service they’re providing!! My front grill, bumper, and windshield are still covered with bug debris! Absolutely no Armor-All spray bottles for the interior. Only diluted windex is provided. Vacuum bay canisters are held together by duct tape, a hope, and a prayer! Hoses are pock marked with holes throughout. Therefore, they do not keep suction and are virtually pointless! I could’ve swept my car floorboards and got more beach sand out!!! I sincerely doubt they pay staff appropriately given the price point of washes and memberships. My complaints weren’t met with any counters to resolve the issue, just an apathetic shrug. If you’re used to a Sam’s Xpress wash or anything remotely car cleansing, PLEASE don’t waste your time or money here!
I absolutely LOVE the Wave car wash! Quick but quality service. Everytime I go I receive a hello with a smile. I’m very picky about my vehicles, Kenny along with his fellow co-workers never let me down.
Awesome staff,very friendly. I’ve always been a wee bit nervous about using a Automated carwash. Always been concerned about the rotating brushes holding dirt/rocks etc etc.. staff took the time to show me what type of brushes the facility uses. Car was clean and shining. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!
I just had the best customer service a company can ask for. My daughter was painting, her senior parking spot and splashed paint all over the side of my car. I rushed to the car wash, worried that it would dry before I got there. As I was paying, Kenny came out and asked if paint was on the side of my car. I explained. He said he would let the guys know. Him and 2 other workers began to scrub it and got it off before I even entered the car wash. He was the hero of the day!!
