The wheels look good again.5 months agoEvery time I go to Cali which is atleast twice a month, I make sure I stop to get my truck washed. The cost is fantastic for the work they do. They hand wash and hand dry your truck and trailer and do it better than anywhere else. The wait time can be pretty long but they definitely go for quality over quantity, which I can very much respect. The staff is extremely nice. I always talk to one person or another, whether staff or customer, and have a great time while I am there every single time.I wish the polishing side would accept trucks a bit later so I could actually get a polish done, but that’s a me problem instead of them. 15/10 would recommend whether you have truck and trailer or RV2 months agoThank you! I’ll start by saying, the people working there are great to deal with. However, the work was by far the worst from ant BB I’ve ever been too. Paid for classic wash, engine wash and citrus polish for wheels an tanks. I’ll never use that citrus stuff again, it pretty much burnt the wheel itself… I did call am talk to management (wasn’t angry) John did offer to re-wash which was good, although we don’t always have the time to wait over an hour in line… I’d rather get refunded and go to another BB an just have it done again without the extras… but ehh, I learned a valuable lesson this weekend… pics below to show the work after I went to park for the weekend… super helpful and polite management, just can’t take more time off the clock and go through Barstow again…

I didn’t think anything was wrong when I heard one guy say “Get the steps” and they continued spraying that area for an extended period. It wasn’t until after the wash I saw that they were trying to destroy my IFTA stickers probably because I didn’t bribe them with a tip when I paid. Going out your way to cause me a problem is horrible.

Got burned a month ago by a different location, shrugged it off as a stuff happens occurrence, but since then a few more issues at different locations and it’s a clear pattern of money over everything mentality.
I stopped in today to have my T800 and 53’ Reefer washed. Ezekiel (Zeke) was the salesperson who met me outside. He did a fantastic job from start to finish. Excellent teamwork in the washbay, and they a great job on the truck and the trailer. I asked them to pay specific attention to the stack and the aerodyne windows and they did. I was extremely pleased with their work. Certainly a 5 star job. Hands down the best Blue Beacon wash I have ever had.
