a week agoLove this car wash I get to go anytime I want Also it’s very good price and it’s not in a crowded place which makes easier for me to take my time and wash my car4 months agoI frequently use Bubbles car wash with no problems. I was there today and paid $7 cash. Put in a $10 and got my change. But when I went in the wash I tipped a bit over the stop point. Sign said I wasn’t positioned correctly so I went back a bit. It did not recognize me after that point so I did not get a wash. People were in line behind me and I didn’t realize there was a number posted to call. It was today at 5pm. I would appreciate a response to this post. What phone number do I call because the one posted here doesn’t work?2 months agoIt’s mostly a self wash. But they have a small automatic wash. You just pull in (after paying ofcourse) follow the prompts and the wash does the rest. I like it because it’s brushless so you don’t get the swirls from the brushes. I’d say bring a old towel to get the excess water the dryers don’t get.3 weeks agoThe wash was fine but they don’t stock their machines so you put money in and get nothing.4 months ago24hr facility for the rideshare driver. Vending machines don’t always work. Change machine will ONLY provide equal amount in quarters for a dollar; you will receive TOKENS to use at future visits for about half the change amount for higher denominations.

a month agoGreat experience and amazing customer service. I have a tree in my driveway that drips sticky sap all over my car and this wash got it all off. When I pulled in one of the card readers/screens was a little finicky due to the heat and the attendant came over right away and was so nice, fixing the problem right away and giving me extra vacuum tokens for the inconvenience. The attendant inside the car wash was also super nice. Overall the experience was great, would recommend!4 months agoNice new car wash and free vacuums with every attachment you’ll need. Great prices and monthly deals that you can’t beat. Staff is very friendly and curtious. One of the nicest drive-thru car washes around and highly recommend! Took a few minutes to figure out it was all behind the building. Also how to get the token for the vacuum…never saw any explanation. Generally good wash except the area below the doors on the car frame. Not so bad that I won’t return. The 202 location has closed.Hopefully will reopen? I was satisfied there. Thank you.3 months agoI’ve got this horrible tree next to my driveway that constantly leaves sticky sap all over my vehicles. Their $10 wash took it off no problem. Friendly staff and you can just pay from your vehicle and drive through. I’ll definitely be back.

This is a mediocre car wash experience. I did not get a detail, but I did pay $42 for an “Ultra Autowash”, “Elite interior clean for 3 row suv”, and rubber mats wash, and the results are very disappointing. It doesn’t look like the interior was wiped down at all, the vacuum job left a lot to be desired, they didn’t even vacuum the back part of my car, and there are streaks all over the windshield. This was at around 12:30 on a Friday, they were not super busy. The exterior that went through their machine looks fine and the people were friendly enough. But I will not be going back.
I went here for an interior and exterior detailing. They charged me $250 plus tax and for a really subpar job. I would accept this work for under $100 but $250 is a lot of money. I called them and asked if they could redo some areas they completely missed and they said I either had to come tomorrow or not at all. I couldn’t come the next day on short notice. I feel robbed. I’m really upset with paying over $250 for this. I’m not going back there again. My car really wasn’t in bad condition to begin with, I just wanted it to be cleaned up. Please find someone else to do this or just do it yourself.
I’ve lived in this area for at least 15 years. I have been coming to this car wash for years! I haven’t been in a while, hence my car being a mess! I always get the same thing-a car wash with an inside detail. It used to be about $15. However today I was treated so horribly. I stepped out of the car after the car wash so they could clean the inside, I normally stand pretty close by but since I had my 5 year old, I decided to get far out of reach/view. They did a poor job on my car. Looks like the bare minimum vacuum and didn’t wipe 1 thing off on the inside of the car, normally the side paneling, middle console and the radio display is wiped. They wiped NOTHING. When I came back to the car, no one was around. I saw someone free and ask if the side doors were supposed to be wiped he said “I don’t know” and walked away. They were all non English speaking- mostly Spanish. They ignored me. I went on the inside and spoke to the women running the place. She was SOOO rude to me. She told me the inside and out is included and then started helping the next customer. I then went back out to my try to clean it myself and the women from the inside that probably own the place- a Chinese looking women- was asking me to move my car to the side. I was trying to just show her the poor service I received and she just saying “ok” and not looking at anything I was talking about. I will never go back there
Today I decided to go to the car was because it was a nice day and my car hadn’t been washed since I received a couple of months ago. As I get out to allow the gentleman to vacuum I noticed my car had a scratch on drivers side and a smudge on the passenger side. I went to tell the owner about it he tried to up sale me for a wax off. I stated I should not have to pay for that service because i know for a fact that it was not there before the was. The owner proceeded to insult my character in the presence of my child as if I was trying to get over. I have been to this location numerous time in the past 7 years and this by far was the most insulting experience.
They say that they are the best service and quality, but it seems bad service and expensive and picture show what I mean.
