4 months agoWash my truck. We got here at 11:30 on April 28. It’s 1:00 now and the man still isn’t done washing my truck. This is poor business. I’ve been to lots of truck washes all over the country. This man is so slow he even comes into the office and talk to other employees. When my husband went to check the only thing he did was wet the truck and said the water hose didn’t wash it off. Of course not you have to use soap. This guy is a joke. We are local and try to bring job to local business but not to this place. This place is a joke. The owner in Des Moines needs to come here and check his employees work. When we finally yelled at the guy he started to do his job. Nowhere came inside my husband asked if he washed he cab and he said no. My husband told him to get back out there and wash the cab. He didn’t even wash the rims yet. Pretty sad when they want money but don’t want to do their job. Christian has done a terrible job. Very lazy. Service is terrible. Sat in line for over an hour to get trailer washed out and truck washed. Pull in tell them what I want done and they refused to wash truck because they are going on break then continue to complain about working here for 20 minutes before starting to wash trailer

8 months agoThe price of the wash was raised but the quality is declining. Three foam hasn’t worked in months. No need to get ultimate wash because you just get a basic spray and drip dry. Dryer time is to short and inefficient. Just had my last wash here. Paying more isn’t the problem if you deliver a good product.a year agoI’m not sure if the super vacuum was actually superior to the other cheaper vacuum setting. It was louder and had more suction however I feel like it took just as much time and effort as it does at a normal powered vacuum. I want to try the carpet scent injectors. There just wasn’t time, the family was unusually destructive this time around so all my time and money was barely enough to vacuum and wash. Next time I suppose.2 months agoNo wait. Bays were clean. Water pressure was excellent!3 years agoReasonable prices, but the manual bays need to be hosed down and the dryer in the automatic bay wasn’t working the last time I was there. On my last wash, I called a 515 number posted in one of the bays to let management know my car had died in the automatic bay and needed a jump start. She told me in no uncertain terms to “get my car out of there. You’re causing me to lose business”. And I thought I was doing her a favor by letting her know. So long Marshalltown Auto Wash.2 years agoI’d rate this place as ‘ok’. Not superlative, but adequate. Not terribly well maintained, but it is touchless and your vehicle will come clean. What you can’t always depend on is all the special treatments being topped off. The status display is currently not functional and the dryer wasn’t working during part of the summer.I still use it primarily because it’s on my way home.

Still no better than last time. Back to only one person again for prep. Bugs still all over front. If you don’t have time to dry vehicle yourself, when it dries you will have spot. Rarely any clear rags and when there are they don’t absorb water. Back of car or truck never gets clean. There answer to you vehicle not getting clean is run it through again, lets not address the poor wash process design and and correct it.
Still no wheel well wash or under carriage wash. Desperately needed before winter. Purchased Wash, Wax & Wheels. Still bugs on car. Back of car not clean. Dryer did not get car very dry, left water droplets. Water droplets that are still left drys as spots. No option for just wash and wax. Need better prep work. Better spot free process. Better process for back of SUV’s and Trucks. New owners and system made things worse not better.
Had to go on gravel today so went to car wash. The person who sprays the vehicle only sprayed one side. Below is what it looked like after going through the wash. Not Happy!
I used the automatic wash on 3/14/23 as I was in the area for the day. Paid $21.40. Now a month later, I got charged $37.45 without even being there, I live 3 hours north and was at work when it happened. Nobody wants to answer the phone or return my calls. Will never go back that’s for sure
Paid $20. The worst car wash I’ve had. Did not clean the back and the front still had bugs all over. The lens covers of my tail lights are scratched. Awful! I would not recommend and I will not go back. So happy I didn’t buy a membership!

Wheel wash. – sometimes, usually not working.
Some employees are extremely lazy (one in particular, BIG blond haired guy. Seems to think he’s in charge🤡.)
Ended my membership.
If the underbody and wheel wells ARE NOT cleaned properly, YOUR car will RUST OUT pre- maturely. Definitely will happen in IOWA. Iowa applies Salt Brine to the roads.
