The best thing is that this is a big store, with many different items in stock, including rarer items that would be found in very few other places in central Indiana. Otherwise, I don’t think the prices are that good here; the store can get crowded; and it can be excessively big if you’re just looking for common everyday items.

I needed help finding a medication and they refused to help. After antagonizing me, a worker named “Happy” kept laughing and told me to leave. I asked for a manager he said that the manager is in their skin.

This location has ample parking very handicap accessible. Is centrally located to other buildings that house stores from clothing to furniture. The store has upgraded their cleaning it’s very neat and organized although prices are not accurate or showing on a lot of the shelves. There don’t seem to be enough employees that you can just readily ask somebody for help you got to search all over the store to find an employee then they have to find somebody to for that department to help you which generally are missing. I try and not use this location as much but it’s very convenient for me and I’m generally in and out within 15 minutes depending on how much I’m purchasing. If you happen to be a customer at Woodforest National Bank excellent location for you because it’s inside Walmart and they are great.

I placed an order for 3 cakes at the bakery. I was not disappointed by the look or taste, however, one of my cakes was incorrect as far as flavor goes. I will definitely use them again.

The store was facing significant shortages across multiple items. It is essential for them to restock regularly throughout the day to ensure fresh products are available. Additionally, it is crucial for the staff to diligently face and front all inventory, maintaining an organized and appealing display.

I walked by maybe six Walmart employees (they had on their smock and name tags) yet no one spoke … they made eye contact then looked away. One person by the name of Laura Bunny spoke and was very friendly. I thanked her for exhibiting great customer service then in conversation she informed me she was the overnight supervisor … I said that to say, this woman had been up all night (with every reason to follow suit and not speak tp customers – smh) but still came across as friendly and warm. Great job Laura Bunny – you are appreciated!

I was expecting a lot more choices in the garden shop so I was disappointed. Though it was small the plants were beautiful and healthy.

As always any fresh meats are definitely questionable. The staff are typically at best complacent, at worst rude and confrontational. Customer service is most definitely unimportant to most businesses these days. And this is more obvious at Walmart than anywhere else. They have lost their way. The era of Sam Walton has been long gone. Though it is now so much worse than just that. Most employees are lazy and unwilling to work. As a corporation they seem to be more concerned with accusing virtually every customer of theft, than actually taking the obvious action to take control of shrinkage. Posting receipt checkers at the door is a useless attempt at intimidating customers and really does little to solve the bigger issue. I could have a plan in place to solve the shoplifting issue within 3-6 months. The plan would be easy, implementation would take several months. It’s all about establishing a different sort of presence, obviously what they’re doing is not working. They think threatening to close Walmart altogether is going to stop anyone, that is just silly. Even with all the theft they clearly will never actually shutter the entire company, they still turn huge profits in most stores. They use overzealous loss prevention to try and stop it also. That is fairly useless. Those people are distracted so easily by any shoplifter, then all their attention is used on that for too long. All these issues could be solved without loss prevention as it currently is used. Anyway, if Walmart wants to truly slow shoplifting and shrinkage to a crawl, contact me and I will teach you exactly how to do that. I am a security professional and over the years I have learned enough about human behavior to minimize theft and overall criminal activity. Have a great day and understand if Walmart truly wishes to fix their shoplifting and internal theft issue, I guarantee I have that solution.

  1. We went to Walmart on 12/12/22. Just came to grab a few things. There was a guy in grocery in his Walmart uniform walking around on his phone with 2 ladies that must’ve been customers as they were no in a uniform. They were all being loud and obnoxious and the guy was doing zero work. Just walking around talking with these ladies. And he was being loud and cussing in the aisles. I had small children with me and that is 100% unacceptable. My kids shouldn’t have to listen to your employees talking like that. As we went over by the deli to get hummus and a cracker, cheese and salami tray. As I was looking at the cheese it was molded. There were 2 people at the deli counter and no customers while there was molded cheese on the shelf. It’s hard to believe these people get paid to do nothing but stand around. This Walmart needs some serious help from home office.

  2. I’m not a big fan of this store but it is the closest super Walmart to my house
they’re curbside pickup is the worst I’ve ever dealt with they constantly take orders and don’t have what you want and then ask you to sit there while they say your order is pending and never explain what’s going on I’ve ordered curbside several times from this facility and I’ve had to cancel almost all of my orders because of an inability to get my orders
inside in my experience the store as well put together and the people are nice but for someone who has mobility issues this store almost never has riding carts available and that’s frustrating because I cannot walk around a super Walmart and this one’s curbside is horrible so it’s frustrating for me to have to go there
all in all not pleased with this store
with highly recommend a different Walmart for curbside and if you have mobility issues pick a different Walmart as far as going inside if you’re perfectly fine to walk and get around on your own I have no problem with this store

I have been shopping at Walmart for years and I have always been satisfied with their products and services. They have a wide selection of items, from groceries to electronics to clothing, and they offer competitive prices and free shipping on many orders. They also have a convenient app that lets me order online and pick up in store or get delivery. Walmart also has a membership program called Walmart+ that gives me access to same-day delivery, fuel discounts, and other benefitsAd1.

Walmart is not perfect, though. Sometimes their customer service can be slow or unhelpful, especially when I have an issue with an order or a return. Some of their third-party sellers are also unreliable and may send me the wrong item or not ship it at all23. I also wish they had more organic and eco-friendly options in their grocery section.

Overall, I think Walmart is a good place to shop for most of my needs. They have a lot of advantages over other retailers and they are constantly improving their services. I would recommend Walmart to anyone who is looking for quality products at affordable prices.

  4. PHARMACY whoever the African American young lady is Taft answered the phone around 9:30am ish needs a better attitude!! It is way too early in the morning to start your day off with a nasty attitude!! Please brush up on your costumer service skills !! Try being a little more kind and patient! This is the type of attitude one might have towards the end of the day not this early ! What a shame !

  5. Ordered baby formula and a few candles following the massive storm and power outage. I was pleasantly surprised with curb-side pickup considering the recent reviews describing terrible experiences. I pulled into the space, checked in, and my order was out to me within 5 minutes by a very pleasant young man. Maybe I struck a lucky day, maybe Walmart has improved this device since the bad reviews. Either way, I’m a satisfied customer and would recommend.
