a month agoThis car wash is horrible!!! Do not go here unless you want to buy a new tire!3 months agoThought prices were fair so I signed up for a membership. I was informed they offer family plans. Staff did pre-wash by hand as the car entered the wash. Upon exiting, staff hand-dried my car with towels and I was given a scent card. Pleased with the service received and already recommended them to others.3 months agoThese guys are the sweetest people ever.. I love going there and getting my car cleaned.. An incident happened almost 2 months ago where the bay door at the end wasn’t opened and the vehicle behind me tapped the back of my car and a report was filed and I haven’t heard back from management and have called twice asking for a follow up and I am being ignored. 2 months agoI had recently bought a new (used) car and it was good quality besides the fact that it had stains in the seats and a bad smell from the carpet. this car I just bought smelled like B.O. when it gets really hot outside. I took my car to all-star detailing, and I was expecting it to take a while, but they finished my car super quickly in just 3 hours, and most of all, they got the smell out!! And to top it all off they got the ominous stains out of my seats. I was so happy, the staff were wonderful and my car is shiny, clean, and most of all no longer smells like B.O.a month agoOne of the best car detail places I’ve ever been to! I do not feel like this cleans my car very well at all. It is also dangerous that you have to walk across the parking lot where everyone is exiting the lot to get the towels now. It did not used to be like this.
For $40 a month I feel like they could possibly just make it a little safer to dry your vehicle.
$19 doesn’t even touch bug debris on the mirrors or front bumper. Gets part of what’s on the windshield, but not all. Just wanted to get a good wash after being at the beach. I’ll scrub it down myself next time.
Used to be great half the time you wait for the employee to come out. Also yesterday there was a very muddy truck that went through and now my back window has mud crusted in the area between the window and car the boy using the brush transferred it from the truck to my car. Since Tim left the place has gone down the morning people are lazy. I end up waiting they don’t line you up after a visit where the tire wasn’t set right I ended up roughly being relived later as I drove to work my tire blew causing me to fly off 64 the tire shop said my tire had a large slice in it. Sargents tire said thanks to the car wash they are busier than ever .
The guy spraying as you go in is so distracted he barely hits the car and sprays so quick I always have bugs still in the grill. I’m sorry this is so long but after the tire issue I’m ready to get a different car was there is on in Grayson near where I work probably be switching. Pay these ppl better so they take pride in their jobs because they don’t !!!
For the 3rd straight visit, my truck comes out of the wash and the wheels are dry. Each time I told the same pictured employee who fed me an excuse and offered to run it through again. This never helps they still come out dry. It’s not just my truck, my wife had the same problem .. we live on a gravel road so we can see the dust hasn’t been touched. Fix THIS ISSUE!! It’s been three months now!!
