3 months agoAlways nice guys there to assist and pre wash your vehicle. There is a 24/7 wash that does a good job as well. No swirls/scratches in paint 👍🏽3 months agoThe staff is awesome. My car is clean and I have never had damage after a wash. love it!7 months agoTruck was dirty, had some mud and they charged me extra… ok fair enuf.They didn’t even spray off the running boards. I know bc I paid for the to tier wash (plus paid extra) and after I went thru there was still mud on the running board. Wasn’t even touched by them spraying or the wash itself. Wasted money, truck barely had the dust washed off.
I will add… I went thru again and still undercarriage was untouched. But they did run me thru again for no charge.
4 weeks agoYou need to get open at the time you advertise, have several times when your not open till 8:15 people are waiting in line.7 months agopaid for a tri foam wash and the tri foam was out and looks to have been out for a while. you think solutions would be something that would be checked daily before opening and if out take the option off so people don’t get charged.

10 months agoI have gotten my oil changed here for 20+ years, but new ownership has raised prices dramatically and taken away service features as well. It was about a $110 for an oil change on my Impala. The employees were fine, but I will be going elsewhere from now on.a year agoGot right in they asked me questions before they did anything. They were fast, efficient, they gave me price ranges before they started servicing the vehicle they asked me what kind of oil whether I wanted the regular or synthetic they were all very polite, they were all friendly. When I asked for prices they knew what the prices were. I will go back I was happy with the service I would recommend them, and this is why I gave them a five-star10 months agoThey always do a great job so quickly! Pull up at your convenience, communicate while staying in your vehicle and done in ten minutes every time. They all communicate with eachother very well and are poilte. I was treated very well and will continue to come back!a year agoThese guys always do great work when it comes to car washes. Bugs are always hand-scrubbed off and the car comes out really clean! Also very fair priced. I also give the owner himself 5 stars as I seem to always observe him working alongside his employees, which models stellar leadership.a year agoThis is no longer Super Shine as we know it. It’s now the 10 minute oil change place. Stay in your vehicle over the pit, watch them work, no vacuuming or air freshener. Prices seem to be a bit less. Staff was nice and even showed me the dipstick after the oil change.

Fantastic service! Jessie and his team were so incredibly helpful and kind. We were bummed we had to stop for an oil change, but their service was such a breath of fresh air. Faith in customer service has been restored! And I literally never write reviews…they definitely deserve all of their 5-star reviews!
We are from out of town and noticed an oil leak from our van at the nearby gas station. So we found a Jiffy Lube nearby and it was closing in 5 minutes. We quickly got there with the hopes we would be serviced. Assistant manager Jesse helped us. He have great service and helped us with our oil issues and gave us advice. We can now finish our road trip at ease. Thank you Jesse and staff for going above and beyond!!! Much appreciated!
This place doesn’t get enough stars to rate them! We usually do my own oil but ran into an issue with the oil plug bolt it was stripped and wouldn’t come off. We had to get on the road and they got us in right away and we’re so kind and sweet! They are efficient and speedy as well! They definitely know what they’re doing! I will definitely be going back! Thank you guys so much!
We are from out of town, taking a road trip back home. Stopped for an oil change, but life took another turn. Thank god for Lane, who was such a wonderful person, knowing our driver shaft went out and instead of sending us back with a broken car he stayed later than his shift to fix us so we can make it back home safely. There’s only a few you can find that will go out of their way to help those in need. Thank you very much! I totally recommend the team, very caring and kind !!
Absolute rock-stars. Driving from Colorado to the midwest Friday afternoon, when a major piece of road debris shredded the underside of my vehicle. Got off in Kearney, NE with all kinds of warning lights. Went to this Jiffy Lube at 7am the next day…they brought in their certified mechanic. This guy ran into one issue after another on the car (broken, tool, rusted bolts, bent parts, etc), but he stayed after it. The manager said to me:
1. we will stay here until the job is done
2. we will make sure its 100% safe to drive.
Despite the 100-degree heat (Nebraska heat is NO JOKE), they stayed until 7pm, two hours past close.
(I had my mechanic double check the work just in case and he said they nailed it).
