2 weeks agoI have came here before multiple times and was always pleased. unfortunately today i wasn’t. i purchased the 20$ special and received what seemed like the cheapest service they offer. And when talking to the manager who was very nice by the way i was informed that they would re wash the back of my car if i wanted them to but it was later on in the day and didn’t want to hold them up. The employees came over as me and the manager were talking and immediately tried to defend themselves and make every excuse. one specifically had an attitude towards me when i was very nice. just disappointed in the employees and how they came over and intruded in a conversation with me and the manager and how they reacted.a month agoDidn’t clean the entire back end of my Suburban. Also who builds a car wash with an immediate turn directly into the washIn response to their reply: I’ve had a car wash membership for years at another place, I know the routine. Why would I ruin my car by not putting it in neutral! 😂😂 Way to displace the blame. Other reviews also state the same, so everyone just doesn’t go in neutral? Would also love to see what you reviewed to decide I “wasn’t in neutral”. Look at all their replies, they don’t accept fault for anything. Very unprofessional.
11 months ago2 things you’re guaranteed here, great service from all the employees and a great wash. I have custom wrap on one of my vehicles and was given the option of soft or no brussel wash which is great because wraps aren’t cheap. If the tire cleaner doesn’t get your full tire then they will come out and do them by hand. Just an all around great experience that wont damage your paint or wrap.a month agogood quality car wash. They have monthly plans for unlimited use.11 months agoUsually use sams, and decided to give this place a try since it’s closer to home, and was not impressed. The wash itself left dust and dirt all over my hood and roof, as well as down the side of my doors and fenders. When I informed the guys that work there, I was told that there was nothing they could do and I’d have to pay another $20 to go through the car wash again.

2 months agoToday, I visited a local car wash place and had a mixed experience that warrants a three out of five-star rating. While there were some positive aspects, such as the speed of service and the quality of wash chemicals used, there were also a few notable shortcomings that affected my overall satisfaction.Let’s start with the positives. The car wash place offered a speedy service, ensuring that my vehicle was washed and cleaned in a relatively short amount of time. This efficiency was appreciated, especially for those seeking a quick and convenient option.
Additionally, the quality of the wash chemicals used was commendable. My car received a thorough cleaning, and the chemicals effectively removed dirt and grime, leaving a visibly refreshed appearance. It’s evident that the car wash place takes pride in using high-quality products to deliver satisfactory cleaning results.
However, there were a few areas that fell short of expectations. Firstly, the pressure of the vacuum systems left much to be desired. The weak suction power made it challenging to thoroughly clean the interior of my car, especially when dealing with stubborn debris. A stronger vacuum system would have greatly enhanced the overall experience.
Another disappointment was the lack of tire shine. While the wash chemicals were effective in cleaning the exterior of the vehicle, the absence of a tire shine treatment left the tires looking dull and underwhelming. Tire shine is an important finishing touch that adds to the overall aesthetic appeal, and its absence was noticeable.
Lastly, there was a scarcity of adequate towels for drying off cars and shining windows. This limitation made it difficult to achieve a spotless and streak-free finish on the windows and left the exterior of the car looking less polished than desired. A sufficient supply of towels would greatly improve the final results and customer satisfaction.
In summary, the local car wash place provided a speedy service and utilized quality wash chemicals that effectively cleaned the exterior of my vehicle. However, the weak pressure vacuum systems, lack of tire shine, and inadequate supply of towels for drying off cars and shining windows were significant drawbacks. While it served its purpose for a quick wash, there is room for improvement in certain areas to elevate the overall customer experience.
3 months agoThis was my 7th visit to this business, first to this location. Every location offers the same services, some have a slightly different layout. It’s a very modern car wash, easy to pay and choose the service you want, and a great set up after the wash to continue cleaning your (powerful vacuums, spray and towels for windows, lots of parking spots, rug cleaning included). I chose to review this one because the staff here was extra thoughtful.2 months agoWe went to wash our truck on July 18th. The car wash didn’t get the truck clean. After the wash we told the attendant, Kyle, he came over with a sponge with cleaner on it and took care of it for us. Told us to go through the wash again. Kyle was very nice and helpful. Very good kid!a month agoIt’s is 9:44am temperature 82* and all the shaded spaces are closed with a cone. To me makes no sense to leave the sunny spaces opened and the shaded ones closed. Also this is the third time I come and no one is ready outside to direct the way into the car wash.7 months ago.No spray available .Some vacuums are not operational .The coffee machine needs maintenance and attention .greatly tire shined

I almost hope this local branch stays hidden from multitudes because I absolutely love the speed and convenience of this place.
Anyone using the Solar wash facility just up the street I want you to know that these boys have free microfiber wipe down towels as well as glass cleaner and all purpose cleaner everyday!
Caleb and Jaheem worked very hard to show their customers the absolute best service. Getting dirty and giving people their best is something they don’t mind doing something if the customer is happy. In these photos Caleb and Jaheem are searching hard to find someone’s keys! I think they both deserve a very good raise!!
Don’t waste your money. They should’ve renamed it Take10 because they basically steal $10 from you. This is the worst car wash I’ve ever experienced in all of my travels. When it was Jimmy Clean, you could count on having a clean car. This new company took out half of the brushes and jets, as well as half the dryers. Car never comes out clean because of the placement of the few brushes they have. Combine that with no one brushing the bugs off your car, requiring their employees to hang their faces in every car to swipe your credit card (because apparently nobody knows how to swipe a card?) it’s a total waste of money. How about requiring them to spend time on the front end getting the extra dirt off the car with soft brushes or extra spray hoses…that might make it worth $10. To be fair, The employees are nice and pleasant but I’d still be better served using the $10 to wipe down my car myself
Great job on a 7 year old white car. The ceramic works on cloth convertible top better than any treatments. The clearing rags help get rid of any shadows and door jam areas. And heavy spray on painted wheels with a quick wipe makes them look new. People asked me if I bought a new car.
Photo was 3 weeks and 600 miles later.
Used to be a quality car wash. Went through today, first brush on left is not operating, next the top brush to clean hood, roof, & trunk does not come down, then the next side brushes the right side is an empty arm. No brush at all. And if you find a vacuum that works, you are lucky. Take 5 just dosn’t seem to maintain their equipment as well as Jimmy Clean.
