a year agoI got there right as they opened up. I had over 2 hour wait for exterior wax and can’t even get the front grill a wipe down, can’t even wipe the dust around the doors or the feet rail. Not worth the price or the wait! The back door which I do not have pictured wasn’t even wiped down and had dust dirt and sticky stuff still on the car. But the rubber right in front of it got wiped off. No even try to make it right. After the two hour wait I spent the next 10 minutes trying to finish it.4 months agoFor a drive through car wash, it did a Superb job! Don’t know about any the application services that are listed. When I picked it up it had an aweful chemical smell in it to the point I could not even breath in my vehicle leaving the facility. My seats were soaked. They left a towel in the driver seat with plastic over it. Idk if they didn’t finish the job or what. I shouldn’t have even left with my car like that. They gave me some bogus story about the smell I knew wasn’t right. Ended up making me sick. Eyes, nose and throat started burning. I left windows down overnight, which caused the inside to get dirty again and the smell still didn’t go away. Had to drive with windows down. Couldn’t put my kids in the car. Finally took it back. They did a neutralizing bomb. It helped the chemical smell, but them created a new bad smell. That then took weeks to finally start going away. Never completely went away before I ended up trading the van in. Your supposed to get a nice fresh smelling vehicle back when you take your car to get detailed. Some one there screwed up and no one wanted to take responsibility. Felt like my interior was ruined. On top of that they did a poor job of cleaning the inside too. Windows were still dirty. Spots still on interior. Due yourself a favor and take your money somewhere else!!a month agoStaff is super helpful and made our black car look awesome. They told us what we needed and how to keep it looking great and what was likely causing the water spots, and they were absolutely right. We were able to fix the issue, and now the car always looks awesome. Always treat us great and provide exceptional service!4 months agoStaff was nice. There were like 3 guys for the pre big removal. Water didn’t full get dried off car via their drive-thru and they don’t offer air to blow it yourself. You get a wash and vac, nothing more

I then try to ask the workers if they have some armor all I can use and they say yes but I need ti pay for it. We told them we were from out of town & we only wanted a single wash and did not want their membership offer. Today, a month later, our bank account was charged $21.99, which just happens to be the price of an unlimited basic car wash membership! We NEVER signed up for a membership & DID NOT give them permission to sign us up or charge our card monthly. They have been turned in for fraud!!😡 Do not trust this place with your debit card!!

The car, the kid and I love this place. My son loves the JJ’s symbol that gets projected onto the car as you drive through. Staff are always super friendly and their unlimited wash package is a godsend with a black vehicle. I love how clean my car always looks and it even does the wet tire stuff on the wheels. There’s vacuums, microfiber cloths, pressurized air and even free air fresheners to use. Haven’t had any issues with scratching the paint or leaving swirls, seems like they take care of the equipment.
Quick easy service. The workers were nice and try to answer all your questions. Never had to wait although I’ve been there many several times. Their prices are average and they have multiple options for less or more cleaning steps.
Love the ice chest full of damp clean towels that we were able to detail our truck in the shade with no time limit.
There staff is great I have found this Car wash to b the Best Around this area Alvin Friendswood so good I bought membership on the ceramic wash !!!
