I know she is going to be as appreciative as I am of Take 5.3 weeks agoWe are members of the by the month payers. We usually get our pickup washed twice a week. We often use the free detail center which includes…vacuum, rags for wiping down the outside as well sprays for inside detailing. I went through one time and my low pressure lights on my tires immediately came on. The other times my tires have not been cleaned and my car has came out still dirty. I contacted the company on June 10th to cancel. They state to give them 7 days before draft, which I did and payment for $24.99 was still drafted. I have been emailing customer service since then and have not heard back. Very unprofessional!

A spray washer broken for over. 2 month’s. Probably not. The staff is lazy!!. The work ethics of this bunch is sending all your new customers to the new car wash when it opens Just 2 blocks away. You advertise a 3 Minute car wash It’s more like 90 seconds. Car does not even stay under dryer long enough to get the water off windshield. Thanks for the level of quality care that personal touch at Zips.2 months agoThe Zips in Bryant, AR is the worst. The staff that is pleasant to deal with don’t stay long. The hateful ones who act as if you interrupted them in the office when you pull up to the wash don’t utilize the pre wash wand at ALL! They will close earlier than is stated in their “Hours of Operation” with no reason. The wash itself doesn’t do a great job either.

There’s a reason why this place charges less for a detail than others. They halfway do the job. I guess my car is cleaner than it was 🤷🏻♀️ Not happy at all.

They never responded to the email I sent them after they requested me to email them. No resolution at all.
Car wash brushes are foam-based, not cloth. So, be careful of your clear-coat! For the price of the interior detailing, it’s pretty decent. Oil change was on-par with the Google rating, 4.7, good service indeed. However, that car wash will never touch my clear-coat again! Wish they offered hand-washing & hand-waxing though.
First time using this car wash today. It wasn’t a very good experience. I paid for the $22 wash. I went through the wash and made the 5 minute drive home to find my car still dirty. The Armor All that was used on the tires ended up on the side of my car. Dirty water spots left on the hood,roof,trunk, and back bumper. Now I get to have fun getting the Armor All off my paint.
Have been using this location for a while and recently started to notice scratches on our vehicles. Went to the location and spoke to a manager who told me that there was no way that the location could have done this. Our SUV not only has multiple scratches but the top coating of paint has started to deteriorate because of whatever machine is causing the scratches while our coupe has an excessive amount of scratches on both the trunk and the hood of the vehicle.
We both are extremely disappointed with how this has been handled and even more so because we were dedicated customers who had the monthly subscription and loved the location until this situation started occurring.
I had the oil changed in my Honda Accord on Thursday, August 31st at the Congo location, and oil was noticed to be leaking on Saturday, September 2nd, after the car had been parked on concrete overnight.
The car was taken back to Splash that day. Invoice and photos of the leak were provided. The gentleman assisting apologized, told me something had not been tightened properly, and said they’d add a $20 credit towards my next visit. (Useless to me, as there will not be a next visit). I observed the dipstick be checked twice. Oil did not have to be added, which raises a concern that it was initially overfilled as well.
