a month agoMy car came out looking worse than it did before the ‘wash’. Not only did the wash fail to get any dirt off of my car, my car came out covered in blue and purple streaks. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the $20 charge.2 months agoTerrible service. I washed (by self wash) my car with triple foam, then this beautiful foam had stuck on my car. Pressure of water wasn’t enough to take this foam out of my car. Cat looked like a zebra but with yellow, purple and orange stripes. I started to use water and hands to clean it up. And of course to use water I have to pay. But worst thing was that employee who don’t speak English (or don’t want to), started rushing me to be faster because one lady wait for exactly my spot. I tried to show him why I spending my time and money, he just said “ohhh, bad”. Half of hour which I tried to clean it every 2 minutes he reminding to me to be faster. When I finished and move out my car, I saw that lady gave him a tips for harassing me… worst place ever. I’m not sure that I can recommend it even to an enemy… Some spots still with me6 months agoTerrible car wash. Spent $20 fir the touchless wash and car was filthy after (see last 2 pictures, same result on other areas of car including windows). Attendant mentioned that machine was having issues the past few days, if so, why keep it open and charge people. He used his card to allow me use the self wash bay for free but since he was finishing his shift, it wasn’t long enough to clean the car. I went back and spent another $16 for the self wash bay and the car still isn’t clean (see first 2 pics), not sure what’s going on here, I followed the procedure outlined in the wash bay and have never had these issues with various washes in Malde and along rout 1 in Sagus/Peabody. So I spent $36 and still have a dirty car11 months agoInitially, there seemed to be an issue with the automated purchase machine. It didn’t recognize I was parked in front of it and ready to pay. It kept telling me to pull forward until I ended up losing my place and had to go around the block. When I did get it to work, I chose the $27.00 “Diamond” service and found the service was very disappointing. My car was no cleaner when I left than when I arrived. Watermarks and streaks everywhere. I ended up washing my car by hand when I got home. Which I will do in the future rather than spend my hard earned money and gas to repeat this experience. Very disappointing. One star is generous.4 months agoTouchless is down again. I am so sick of this happening… it is every week. Im outside of it right now and the sign is up that says “Touchless is Open!” It isn’t open drove all the way over saw the sign and its blocked off by cones!!!!! This happens every single week I am so annoyed. I pay for a monthly wash pass and cant use it!!!!! Horrible to have people pay and not provide them with the service they pay for I feel like I am being swindled I am going to contact the BBB about this.

2 months agoGot the diamond wash ($30), the wash ended up breaking the antenna on my car (not a long antenna and I drive a subcompact SUV, so not a tall car either). I came back an hour later after I noticed the antenna had broken off, they said that they looked for it but couldn’t find it, and asked for my contact information to let me know if they find it in ~30 minutes after checking the cameras. A couple hours go by and I try calling them multiple times with no response. Not necessarily their fault that the wash broke my antenna, and I now have to buy a new one, but they really could have handled the situation better.3 months agoScamThe system is designed to overcharge people

2 months ago7 dollars for 4 minutes, 4 minutes is just one setting out of how many? 15 minutes and than the machine maxes out which it does not tell you, and charges you 25 dollars for 15 minutes because you do not hit the stop button. I have been charged over 500 in these fees between the somerville, and capecod location over a year and just finding out bank has given me my money back. I’ll keep going for the free vacums though since they are the only good ones in Somerville, Somerville No Touch Car Wash you grt more time at the bays that actually spray soap, amd the car wash is touchless so it will not damage your car.I’d give no stars but that is not an option.
3 weeks agoI purchased their 15 usd car wash. The machine malfunctioned and ended up charging me 50 usds. I called the merchant to get a refuns but they never picked up the phone. Avoid.4 months agoPlace is a scam, they did a brother wrong. Says 7 dollars for a self-car wash, but doesn’t say how long. They charged me 10 dollars on my card at the scene. And then charged me 50 dollars when I get home. I’ve been here three times, and I got charged 150 dollars in total for 3 car washes. When I realized, I realized I’m never going back. That is absolutely ridiculous for some DIY spray and wash. They way they do business is called SCAMMING PEOPLE, and they are the type of people ruining this great city of Boston.

Free vacuums are nice, however the car wash itself sucks. Waste of money. $30 wash ended up sealing all the dirt to my car & now it won’t rub out after I went home and now have to wash it myself. Created more work than it fixed for me. Paid for the undercarriage cleaning & it’s apparent nothing was even sprayed under my car. The guy taking care of the front-end service couldn’t even understand me when I was trying to explain my car was still dirty so I just gave up. Wash your car yourself if you can seriously.
