a week agoThe team at Whistle Car Wash displayed professionalism and a strong work ethic throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction was commendable.However, it was impossible to ignore that they might be underpaid for their efforts. It’s evident that the employees are the backbone of this car wash operation, and they are the ones who directly contribute to its success. Considering the demanding nature of their job and the quality of service they provide, it’s only fair that they receive a wage that reflects their hard work.
In conclusion, while Whistle Car Wash delivers excellent service and prides itself on a clean finish for cars, I believe that it’s high time they recognize the dedication of their employees by offering a well-deserved raise. This would not only boost morale but also ensure that they continue to attract and retain the skilled and committed workforce that makes their car wash stand out.

a week agoHonestly after being a member since almost the beginning of this company I can say the service is absolutely amazing. Everyone working there is always smiling and very happy to help. I have 6 cars signed up for memberships and they all look amazing. These guys deserve all deserve a raise because I believe they are A. Some of the best workers B. Put in effort when your average worker would just slack off. C. Because good actions deserve rewards. If I were the owner of this establishment I would make sure everyone working and has been part of the crew for a good bit deserves one hell of a reward for being such good workers. Amazing placea month agoI’ve always been obsessive about the car washes I use and am SO glad this one opened by my house. The staff is always so helpful but especially the site manager who will always be seen sprinting across the lot doing something productive and even stops dead in his tracks when I holler for him as he’s passing my car. 😊These guys deserve to hopefully get big raises this year and do what you can to keep them!
a month agoI’ve been coming to Whistle since it opened in March and never had an issue. Polite employees, speedy cleaning, and powerful vacuums. Every Sunday without fail I looked forward to getting my car cleaned. Unfortunately, today went a little differently. Upon vacuuming my car I realized that not only was the dirt gone, so was about fifty paint chips from my hood. Not sure if it’s the brushes used prior to starting the wash or brushes inside, but I left heartbroken. Unsure what changed between now and last Sunday, but I hope it is figured out and fixed. Always kept my car pristine but left Whistle unable to say that now. Hand washing from here on out.3 months agoThis car wash has all the features and options at a fair price. They keep it clean and stocked with supplies for doing the interior too. I joined their membership program which saves money and encourages me to get my car washed more frequently. The Manager is awesome. He is quick to offer help if you have any questions or problems.

3 weeks agoIt was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a carwash! We just got our monthly membership, but it wasn’t accepting the QR code at the gate. He had us pull forward, and the manager took care of us! She was extremely friendly and explained it may just be a delay getting the information into the system. My car looks so clean and amazing! It’s definitely worth the membership!6 months agoTook my girlfriends car through this carwash just to clean it up a little bit for her, didn’t realize that a $10 car wash would cost me $100 for a new antenna. Completely broke the antenna off the back of the car. I know several other people who have had something broken off there car from this carwash. Wouldn’t recommend going through it.in the last weekLove the membership. We can go as often as we want and the car is always clean! Love that I can vacuum put the car easily! Love this place.a month agoExcept for the times I had app issues, I haven’t had any other issues here. I usually come to this particular car wash for a moment of peace.2 years agoThis place used to be great, but as of late, not so much so. Other recent reviews are accurate.Minimal (meaning none what so ever today) pre wash effort is given to prepping the car for the wash itself. A little brush of the windshield , which the new equipment doesn’t always get clean, and a little brush of the back, which the new equipment doesn’t get clean would make a difference.
The employee standing there directing cars to enter the carwash did little to make Mister Car Wash a car cleaning value. Take a minute to use that brush, and using the spray might make a difference. Those bugs aren’t coming off by themselves.
A tip. Bring back the can do attitude of the old employees. They would spend the time making the car clean. They seemed to have a little more pride and ownership in a job well done. .
Time to make a switch. Are those guys down on the corner still there?

Something feels very dishonest about this company. I’ve been coming here for my oil changes because I appreciate the complimentary interior and exterior clean. I was told at my most recent visit that the interior clean is no longer complementary with an oil change, which I was fine with until I looked at the price list near the snack bar. I was charged an additional $20 for the service. The sign clearly shows the service is still free with the oil change. The lube shop was very quick and efficient, but the cleaning lanes were very backed up, and I spent a significant amount of time waiting.
I stopped by for a detail and an oil change. They didn’t have any filters or oil in stock to take care of my truck. But that’s ok I’ll take it somewhere else . For the car wash this is the best experience I’ve had at this location. Jonathan took care of me from start to finish he apologized for the lube place . He personally helped wash my truck when he wasn’t dealing with another customer just to make sure it being done right. But his guy Ryan had it handled. He did an amazing job . I’ll be back about every 2 weeks to get this done and will share my experience. I also bring my 3 other cars here as well . Thanks again for a great job
My first visit. I have to say, they ate awesome. I have a wheelchair lift. I don’t know if he was the manager or owner, but, wow, what customer service. They removed the lift so my vehicle could go through the wash and reinstalled it after. With no additional payment. The wash was great, but the interior clean was beyond awesome. You’ve got a customer for as long as possible. I can’t be more thankful for everyone there.
Please avoid!!worst service ever. The manager mis quoted me and the female technician greeted me with the worst customer service ever.She was rude told me I just drove my car up,and I didn’t another Jiffy Lube worker did. She was so short with me made me feel as though I was a bother to serve. She said she was busy and there was only one other car there. Is good customer service too much to expect? My recent visit was extremely disappointing, the price was way to much and the quality of the interior clean was really terrible. It use to be good, but I won’t be back it was awful. Back wasn’t vacuumed, windshield was not cleaned, outside nor inside, didn’t wipe down any surface, may have run the vacuum in the front, but not anywhere else, never wiped down the dashboard or door panels – I had the guy working do some areas that he had not done until I asked, all should have been standard cleaning,
