a month agoI utilized their car wash and then took my car over to the vacuums to clean out the inside. Unbeknownst to me, one of my battery cells had gone bad, so in the time it took me to vacuum out the whole car, with the doors being open at various times in the process and interior lights on, it drained my battery. So when I finished and tried to start my car to leave, the car would not start. I approached one of their workers about the issue and was directed to their manager. I told the manager what the problem was and with zero hesitation he pulled his own truck over and jumped my vehicle. Without his assistance, I would have been stuck there waiting for roadside assistance for 60-90 minutes (in the July Texas heat). The manager was polite, respectful, and clearly happy to help. I could not be more grateful. Their washing services were fantastic and my car looked great, but even better was the manager going above and beyond to help me out when he certainly did not have to. Highly recommend their services and will definitely be going again.3 months agoDo not use this car wash!!!! I have a brand new 2022 highlander and went fora quick wash after the rain like I have done so many times before without incident. This time I went in and roller hit hard enough to where I was concerned but then the wash went smoothly after so I just thought “well maybe it’s normal” so by the end of my wash I continued home and when I left for work in the morning I seen scratches on my right side fender like I had swiped something and I immediately remembered the hit in the wash so I called and left a message at 7:30 am and then I waited for them to open and took my vehicle up there where we watched the video where it showed clearly that there was no damage before entering they took an incident report and took some pics of my vehicle where you can clearly see a scratch in a circular motion on my car. The manager t the site said that it even looked like the rollers went to soon which caused the hit. The district manager called me Saturday to tell me that there was no proof that they were responsible for the damage and that the manager on site is not experience enough to know what he was talking about. I am so saddened and disappointed in this business. The manager did offer me 2 free months of free washes lol but I DECLINED their generous offer. Now I am stuck filing a claim with my insurance….3 weeks agoThe service here has fallen dramatically!! We pay for the membership here and from when we first started till now the service has declined majorly! They used to spray your car down and now they hardly spray your car down or use the brush before the wash. Today I waited a good while before anyone came out and then she was too busy talking to whoever in the office that she barely even sprayed the car. Y’all need to do better!a month agoMmm…it’s alright I guess. A little pricey compared to other places that clean just as well. They don’t have cleaning rags set up at every parking spot, so you have to walk over to the cart that has them all & some of the vacuums don’t always work that great.2 months agoGo is my go to carwash! Free hanging air deodorizers provided, towels to dry your vehicle provided, the free vacuums work great and my truck always comes out looking shiny and new.

2 months agoNot a bad place to wash your vehicle! Albeit the wheel cleaning and tire shine could be improved because there wasn’t much of either, but other than that it was a great wash! They have a huge sink with brushes to scrub your car before you pay to get those hard to reach spots. My mothers vehicle was extremely dirty when I went in so inevitably there were a few missed spots but the super friendly employee in the office ran me through again for free! The car came out beautifully the second time around. They have complimentary towels, compressed air and vacuums. No spray bottles but there is a vending machine that takes cards (wasn’t working as of 7-1-2023) but I’m sure they’ll fix it. My only other complaint is that the conveyor moves a little bit too fast but no big deal!a week agoThe best car wash in town! Love the quality of the wash. They have an area to scrub off the bugs as a pre wash. I love their family plan of unlimited washes. But 2 per day. My cars always come out looking shiny and clean. The wash does a good job with armor all on the tires too! Well worth my money! Love the vacuums and wet cloths they provide. The location on Pat Booker is the best!😊a year agoAlthough they advertise $3 car wash, just know that is for super basic and they do have other great options and packages to choose from 😁 we usually do the $6 wash which is also pretty basic, but gets the job done that we need. We also appreciate that they have free vacuuming services and towels to wipe down the car. Vs other companies we’ve tried, you have to pay for the vacuum seperate. So over all, I’d say it’s a great deal for all that you get!a month agoMostly a good car wash. 4 stars because sometimes tire cleaner is not complete, vacs don’t always have hood suction due to filter cleaning, and they don’t always have a good supply of cleaning towels. I do love the pre- cleaning station.in the last weekOutstanding service! My only complaint is that they don’t have an area to wash out truck beds, but other than that it was a great experience!

Super nice EVERYTHING, the staff and the place, nice process they have as well. Efficient fast and friendly, I have dogs and they did a great job clearing out the dog hair. They offer packages so if you bring your car in a lot def look into getting those.
I’ve previously reviewed them at one star. They earned the 5 star review. Brought in truck and it was much more dirty than previous vehicle I brought in and the made it look great. I’m very appreciative they have earned my future business. Thanks for going above and beyond and regaining my trust.
Service is top notch! One area of improvement I would suggest is to find a way to get all of the tire covered when applying tire dressing. I know when I do the tire dressing myself I typically have to move my vehicle and apply the dressing to the part of the tire that was touching the ground.
I have the membership so I try locations all over SA. This location is by far the best! They always leave my truck looking great without any issues. Everyone is very friendly and the store/bathroom is always super clean!!
Have been a long time customer! The best car wash in town. The casher (Irma) was especially helpful and pleasant. This was my first interaction with Irma! She seems like a great asset to your company!
