Get the membership! It’s totally worth it!!5 months ago4.12.2023 @ 0745am – I used my Quick Quack monthly membership on my big shiny Silverado. My family and I have been members of Quick Quack for over a year now. However, this day, the machine malfunctioned and just as the carwash was finishing at the end, the tracks forced my truck to the right inside the wash! It literally pushed my truck (with me in it of course) almost into the wall until I stopped it with my brakes in order to save my life and mitigate damages. I was terrified and obviously distraught because nothing like this has ever happened to me, as I’ve been driving and trusting automatic carwashes for decades! Additionally, this was probably my 100th time driving my Silverado through Quick Quack. These are the exact same people I see and give business to every week when I get my truck washed.My truck is ruined so bad that there’s popping sounds when I try to open the dented passenger door. My black truck has deep, hideous white gashes in the passenger door and sideview mirror.
I had to wait for the manager (who wasn’t in the office yet). He talked to me kindly and with a straight face told me this was my fault because their camera shows me putting my foot on the brake.
Wow! He expects me to believe their camera shows me wrecking my own vehicle.
I called the police because I definitely don’t want my insurance to cover Quick Quack’s negligence. I mean that’s why THEY are insured.
Long story not much longer, I’m working with my insurance company now to pay for the expensive repair of my passenger door and mirror.
People, please avoid Quick Quack at all costs. This should have never happened. Furthermore, they should have paid for the damage their equipment caused. Nevertheless, they will pay much more because not only have I cancelled my membership (obviously), but my family and friends have cancelled theirs, too. Extremely shady “business” at Quick Quack. You should not give them business at the risk of this happening to you as well.

My car did not come out very clean, plus I didn’t realize until I got home but they signed me up for a monthly membership of $21.99. I couldn’t cancel by email or online, so I had call and wait 10 minutes on the phone to cancel. I will never use this car wash again.a week agoRico is awesome !! Made me laugh with in the first minute of talking to him! Great customer service 👏🏽 coming back to this location thanks to him !!

The monthly program allows you to wash anytime you like!3 months agoThis place was right on par with other quick quacks I’ve visited in the area. In fact I would say that this one was actually better than others upbecause the employees are on too of things and are quick with a smile and help if needed. I highly recommend this one. And honestly, getting a monthly membership is the way to go, I get my car washed every other day and make sure I hit the free powerful vacuums to keep the inside clean and litter free, and with a four year old little girl, it’s a challenge.5 months agoVery polite and excellent customer service. i love this car wash!! clean & freash. I like the flexibility of having a monthly membership, keeps costs lower than paying per wash. With a membership you can wash your car everyday if you want.
This particular location needs to do better with the suction power on their vacuums and level of quality for their wash. Car isn’t dry enough when sign says go. Other locations don’t have this issue.
Update on 07/09/2022 after six months still no better. I have the highest membership but the vacuums and dryer don’t work well at this location ☹️ the workers are great here. Very welcoming and helpful. Daniel attended to my service.
Daniel is the best here!!! I am totally impressed by this quick and efficient Carwash. Really close to Azure Day Spa if you’re going for mineral springs. After days of desert driving it’s a necessity to hit Quick Quack Car Wash before hitting the road back home.
If I could put no stars I would, the workers are nice but that’s about it. The actual car wash itself puts soap then brushes then water and not a lot of water to rinse dirt off. So your basically scratching your vehicle. YOU WILL SEE SCRATCH MARKS after a couple of washes. Like my vehicle just got raw dogged on the wash. Straight soap, scrub, and water(more like a sprinkle) then a little bit of air to move the soap out the way of the mirrors. There is no water before the actual wash, just a rinse off after the wash. I can’t emphasize this enough how bad of a car wash this gives you. You can spend 20 dollars at auto one and give yourself a detail. This was worse than someone on the street giving you a wash at a light. I highly recommend not taking your vehicle here. The coolest thing about this wash is when I see the leftover soap fly off on the Highway. If you squint it’s mint
Joined the monthly membership at the highest level. Upgraded online and 2 plus weeks went by and the DHS location didn’t have my upgrade in the system. Doubtful the main office isnt updating satellite locations. Have a feeling the DHS location isn’t updating regularly. All the employees at DHS are super friendly & helpful. The location itself needs maintaining. There’s never towels in the bins, the vacuums suction is low compared to how it was in the past. The air compressors things never work & sometimes while pass through the car wash itself, you can smell the dirty water. The DHS location needs to get their ducks in a row.
I pinky promised Veronica that I’d give her a review and here it is. She was awesome and attentive, I see the growth in this location. Veronica genuinely cares for this company, PROMOTE HER!
