  I have emailed you and messaged you on Facebook full details and tou have given me the run around. A the pics are after 2 times thru the wash and 22 bucks wasted. Great tire shine!!! I was told after the second time thru the equipment was malfunctioning but yet you still took my money. I want my money back like I said on face poker and via email. Please quit acting like you aren’t aware of this.

  Waste of money. Got the monthly pass, but it didn’t clean the back of my jeep. I went up to go through and I told the person who came out that I wanted to cancel my monthly subscription. This was in February, he asked my name I told him he went in came out and told me it was canceled. But I noticed a charge on my bank account and found out it was never canceled. So they were taking 28.99 out of my account for all of those months from February to July. I went up to see why. I was told I had to sign a paper. Manager was supposed to contact me because I wanted all that money back. Never heard from him, so I just figured the answer was no.. so I called the car wash but of course the manager was not available but his assistant Mike says maybe I can help. Told him the story he says I’ll let Nathan know about this and he will call you tomorrow (twice) I was told that, well guess what Manager Nathan did not call.

  Horrible broken sprayed treshine over my entire hood creating blotches. Then they overcharged my credit card and continued for months. Have emailed explaining and no response. Had to cancel card just to stop charges. Have talked to multiple employees and no help. Just tell you to email

  People I encountered here were not friendly. The car wash is not touchless. I was a little concerned when the washing started because of the loud noise. I would prefer to go to a touchless car wash at the Bell store which did a very nice job and gentle to the car. I would have to say it’s very nice to have free vacuum available to customers here.

  I can’t complain if the actual wash. The vacuums seem pretty good too and they’re included. I just fail to understand why I need to get out of my car to wash bugs and winter debris off my car but someone is stationed to push the button (inside) selecting the wash I want then take my card to swipe a machine within arms length. A machine designed for self service. It doesn’t make sense. The person stationed indoors isn’t really there to help the customer, who at this point, should know how to work a simple machine. It’s just about selling the unlimited packages.

  9/1/2022 3PM Just got into town and wanted to clean my vehicle after five hundred miles of road grime. Choose this car wash because it was Veteran own. As a Veteran myself, I try to support fellow veterans in their business. While this is a good car wash, plenty of soap and good blow down till almost dry. But the TIRE SHINE application really needs improvement. As you can see from the pictures just after an hour from the wash TIRE SHINE is spotty at best.

  If I could give them a zero star I would canceled their service months ago and still have 2 charges for something I never used and won’t use. Called only to be told to bad it wasn’t canceled correctly online. Not sure how I read the instructions and followed what it wanted me to do but at this point t lost my money. This company is a scam. The brushes also damaged my car reason for leaving

  I had heard about car washes with the big brushes scratching and swirling the paint on your car, but I was desperate and not familiar enough with the area to find another car wash that wasn’t drive through. Now all I have is regret, a spotty washed car, and a whole bunch of paint chips across my hood. Don’t be like me… trust your gut. I knew better. Drive as far as you have to in order to get a stationary car wash.

  The membership plan is a bit much for there to be only one wash to use. Also, they do not hand-dry and their dryers seem to just splash the soap around, which causes some staining if you don’t clean it off quickly. The back of my car is never dry. Their vacuums do not always work the greatest, but they’re free with a wash. The last trip, it seems that something on the brush may have chipped my side mirror (my car only has 3,000 miles on it), and I noticed a small chip in the windshield. I’ll have to further investigate those issues, but they were not there before my wash today.
