Recently the price of the most affordable option was raised (understandable, given inflation), but the actual included wash features were reduced and now the car is just rushed through the tunnel with minimal spray and rinse (I have a video recording of the full cycle from early 2023 and compared it with the current one and it’s obvious). As someone who used to work for a company that included many drive through car washes in its portfolio (and worked with the guy who oversaw all of them), I can tell you that these stations are quite profitable, and this recent price hike and reduction of features erases the actual value proposition from a customer standpoint. It was good while it lasted.a month agoGood place to go for a drive thru wash. The usual quick and easy wash with the vacuum but his one has a better dryer that gets the water off a lot more than the others. I own a black truck and it does wonders with stopping and wiping the excess off. Also has anyone noticed at the end, the system pulling the car stops roughly and makes some loud noises? Now my front drivers side tire is loosing air pressure😤

Please read!!! I had used the H2Go express wash a few times before and thought they did a good wash for the money. Unfortunately, my last experience was not very good. I came to wash at noon and chose the silver washing option. When I entered the wash, I noticed that the washing sounds were a little louder than normal. Since I had to drop my friend off at the airport, I had to leave after doing a little and quick interior cleaning. After I took my things from the car, I noticed that my car was scratched noticeably. These scratches were starting from the right front of the car and getting deeper in the upper part and ending at the rear. It was very obvious that the scratches were after washing because these scratches exactly matched the brush scratch. (You can also see the significant scratches on the washed car in the pictures I attached) When I called the customer service, I was told to bring the car back, but I was out of town 5 days later so I went there and filled out the accident form 5 days later. A week later, it was said that the cameras were inspected and that the scratches were not seen and sufficient evidence could not be found due to the glare of the sun:) I brought the car late and they could not accept the photos I took on the day of the incident. I laughed when they said that my 5-year-old car was old and the sun could cause these scratches. In addition, a 2-month membership was offered. I, on the other hand, refused the offer by saying that I would not wash my car in this company again and added that I was a student and that I had to repair the scratches that occurred after washing and that the company should support this issue. But unfortunately, I got a negative response. I hope you don’t have the same problem that I had.
Update 6/10/2023 it’s the weekend and I went to the car wash because my car was covered in tree sap and all kinds of leaves and other tree droppings just for them to be broken down and they tell me they might open up again shortly so I wait 15 minutes and they open up just to get us in the tunnel to break down again and at this point I waited about an hour and didn’t even get my car rinsed. And they are giving everyone refunds but if you have the .monthly pass you don’t get any compensation which is irritating. I did like that they at least allowed us to use vaccumes and compressed air. Employees were doing the best they could. I just wish a manager communicated the situation with an announcement and took charge and offered a solution for the inconvenience. But all in all businesses always have malfunctions and unfortunately I just cought them on a bad day
*5 stars is only for monthly options* for a single car wash id give it 2 stars because the price of one wash is half the price of unlimited monthly washes. Ridiculous pricing for single washes but amazing for unlimited. Although it is often overly crowded for the duration of the day so you’ll want to hit the spot early like 7am or late like 530pm to insure less wait time in line and best chance of being able to get a vacuum and compressed air to finish your wash process.
If you have a busy schedule that is so demanding that spending more than 30 minutes washing your car isn’t possible, then this is your place. The actual car wash takes about 2-3 minutes, and that is all you need with the efficiency you get. Since the car wash is so quick, you will have time to use their free vacuums and compressed air. I’ve never had to wait to get the wash or use the vacuums/compressed air, and the staff are really helpful and kind. In and out in under 15 minutes, it’s a no brainer.
I was happy I got my car washed, but when I was heading to Vietnam. My brother sent me a text and said there’s a scatch on my car. Now, this made me realize that I should never go back to this place again. I am really disappointed at this point. To anyone who is planning to go to this place, beware and look closely at the reviews.
Beware… I signed up for a monthly H2GO $35 Go Blue unlimited and after 2 months downgraded to the $25 Go Green. Guess what they charged my card and canceled my membership. Here I am driving up & was informed that my account is inactive & the service guy tells me I can just pay now using my credit card. So what happened here. I called their office since their service guy could do nothing for me. He could not even offer assistance so I could back up my car. Good thing my car has a back up camera. I ended up calling their office and was told to send the confirmation email I had when I downgraded to the $25 Go Green. I was then given a code to use to wash my car. So by the time I was going through the car wash tunnel, all spots where to vacuum & wipe down were taken. up. This was a total waste of time & annoyance for me. I’m not sure I will continue this monthly unlimited club. I don’t think there’s anything special about this car wash place & their so called unlimited membership.
