EDIT: Its now Thursday and still havent received a call or heard from anyone about how they’re going to remedy the damage to my car. Don’t go here.

Well. Just went through this car wash and it took part of the gasket off of my sunroof and water started pouring in. It’s Sunday and they’re telling me a manager won’t be back until Tuesday. The person who took my info kept trying to make it seem like it was my fault when I was in neutral, going through a car wash like I have a million times before. If you want your car to not get banged up, go somewhere else. Didn’t even really clean my car, just damaged it and now if it rains I guess I’m just gonna have to throw a tarp over my car and not drive. 🙃

Avoid this car wash! You pay $30.00 to have your rims scratched. The people inside don’t care! They have nothing but rude punks running the place and only refer you to management.

Zips Car wash is garbage! Stay away!

The pressure washer was broke and not working. The wash alone would not get all the bugs off my windshield and there was a lot. Landon actually came over to my car and cleaned them off. Landon is definitely an asset to this company. He’s the reason that I will comeback. Hopefully, the pressure washer will be fixed by then.

Me and my husband went through the car wash and one of the roller brushes was messed up and ended up ripping my husbands spoiler off of his mustang and causing paint damage as well. we spoke to the person in charge and was told to bring the car back the next day to have the owner file a claim. we have gone back up several times and they have no update or are even willing to help fix the problem. this was April 6th and still nothing is done.

The customer service is always phenomenal! I was greeted today by a professional employee named Mitch who answered all of my questions and provided me with an amazing experience. I have the monthly pass, which allows for unlimited car washes at a price of only $20 a month! I always leave Zips Car Wash with a squeaky clean car and a smile on my face! I would highly recommend!

Zero tire shine. 3/4 of parking spots for cleaning closed so you have to squeeze next to someone. Floor-mat machine broken for over a year. This is not a one time experience. This has been constant since the owners changed. Half the time the lanes are closed, so it backs out to the main road. The other day there were no parking spots because 3/4 once again were blocked by red trash cans and the people exiting the wash almost wrecked because there was a line due to people waiting on parking spots. I’m sure because the staff is trying to save cleaning time. Towels are never dry anymore for use. I have used this place since it opened, but unfortunately it’s not the same service. I will be deleting my membership as soon as I find another place. I’m actually very disappointed because I used to love coming here. Look at my tire picture and I literally just left the car wash! My monthly fee includes tires.

Does an okay job at cleaning your vehicle but definitely not great. Main thing I really hate about it is they never use all three lanes to enter just one so a lot of the time there is a huge line so even people with the “fast pass” get stuck in the line. On top of that most of the time they only use half of the available vacuums.👎👎

Cleaned the truck pretty good. Used some of the provided cleaner and towels to get some stubborn bugs off the grill and windshield. The vacuums are really good got everything out of the carpets and the guy running it (Chris) sprayed off my mats since the mat washer was out of order.

i am a subscription member. i recently noticed a new employee named Chris, a retired vet. he has been there for the past week or so. since his arrival the car wash is in the best shape i have ever seen it. and this spans several years. the parking lot is clean. so you dont vacuum your car and then drag in a bunch of lot trash. the vacuums are all hung up and operational and there are towels and spray bottles available. an incredible improvement and i can only attest it all to Chris. Kudos my Vet!!!!!

Guidelines for a Secure Car Wash Experience

Car washing is an essential chore for car owners to maintain the appearance and longevity of their vehicles. While it may seem like a simple task, there are safety precautions that should be followed to ensure a smooth and accident-free car washing experience. Here are some general safety guidelines to consider:

1. Choose a suitable location: It is important to select a safe spot to wash your car. Ideally, find an area with good drainage and no obstructions such as low hanging trees or power lines.

2. Gather the necessary supplies: Make sure you have all the required materials before beginning the car wash. This includes a bucket, soap or car shampoo, sponges or microfiber cloths, and a hose with an adjustable spray nozzle.

3. Protect yourself: Before you start washing the car, put on protective gear such as gloves and safety glasses. This will shield your hands and eyes from any potential harm during the cleaning process.

4. Check the water temperature: Use lukewarm water instead of hot water, as high temperatures can damage the car’s paint and exterior surfaces.

5. Pre-wash your car: Begin by rinsing the car with water to remove loose dirt and debris. This step helps prevent scratches caused by dragging large particles along the surface during the main washing process.

6. Use a pH-neutral soap: Choose a car-specific soap or shampoo that is pH-neutral to avoid stripping the car’s protective wax. Avoid using household cleaners as they can be too harsh for automotive paints and finishes.

7. Wash in a methodical manner: Clean the car in sections, starting from the top and working your way down. Use a soft sponge or microfiber cloth and gentle, circular motions to avoid scratching the surface.

8. Rinse thoroughly: After washing each section, rinse it thoroughly to remove any soap residue. Leaving soap on the car can lead to streaking and a dull finish, as well as potential damage to the paint over time.

9. Dry carefully: Use a clean, microfiber cloth or chamois to dry the car. Pat the surface gently instead of rubbing vigorously to prevent swirl marks or scratches.

10. Avoid common hazards: Be cautious of potential dangers such as slipping on wet surfaces, getting tangled in hoses, or using ladders or stools that are unstable. Take your time and prioritize safety throughout the entire car washing process.

  • Protect yourself

  1. Pretty poor experience. They told me that my membership was canceled. I was charged two months in a row, and when I came in to get the charges reversed because I hadn’t had a car wash in two months – they said that they could only give me one month back. That’s totally untrue. A business can give you back the money that you deserve when you don’t use their services for two months. How am I supposed to know when my account isn’t canceled. It’s not online. Very poor business model just to take your customers money when they haven’t had a car wash in two months. I had a broken glass and couldn’t even come in. I will never be back. I recommend no one else come here. I recommend that you go to any other car wash.

Just to clarify why I was cancelling. I wanted to upgrade to inside and outside washes at Jeff’s. So I was canceling to upgrade services. Now I won’t be using their services at all. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.

  2. First time customer. Got the silver $30 car wash. Really just wanted my interior cleaned. I’m really not happy with the results. Vacuuming wasn’t done well. Doesn’t looked wiped down at all. I really don’t know what I paid $30 for. Definitely won’t be back.

  3. Good work, as usual. Not perfect, but definitely a good clean, inside and out. Remember to pop your rear hatch if you want them to vacuum in the very back.

They’re quick, as well. Leaving four stars instead of five because the seams in the leather seats weren’t given as much attention as I would have liked, but it’s close to 5 star service.

  4. This is my 2nd time in one month using Jeff’s Car Wash. 1st time I brought in my personal 4 door sedan and today I brought in my 15 passenger company van. Both times I paid $38 for the in/out wash. And unfortunately, both times I’ve been left disappointed in the clean. Tires and outside is acceptable, the inside not so much. I don’t want to have to clean my dash and cup holders, steering wheel, etc after I just paid to have them clean. They are super fast, which is good providing the quality is there as well. It’s not my 2 experiences. Slow down some and watch the 1 and 2 stars shoot to 3 and 4. 😊

  5. I paid for their best wash and my wheels were not totally cleaned nor were all the bugs off the front. All in all, nothing special. Not sure I’ll be back soon. I don’t feel like I got anything more than a basic wash for a premium price. The entire wash and wipe down was like 5 min. Not very thorough for the price.
