4 months agoI just literally left this place now. I paid $35 for interior wipe down, vacuum my carpets, clean my windows, wax the outside, clean the outside, have a fragrance added to the car, and etc…as you can see in the photos I just took my car wasn’t cared for accordingly to what I purchased! I am a very unhappy customer, and I am not one to write bad reviews but this place just got me for my money sadly 😞 I provided proof of my purchase along with the date and time so y’all can see my facts! Thank you anyway for whatever little cleaning that was done and have a great day3 months agoThe guy that was helping me pick a car wash was really nice, and I told him if they could do a wipe down of the car inside, and he said no problem After the car was supposedly washed and cleaned, this is the result, so please judge by yourself This is a rip-off, and I just left the carwash, so this isn’t after a day or two. Worst carwash ever, and I used to work at a carwash and left a customers car like this3 months agoTHE WORST WORST !!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IT FOR ANYTHING, PLEASE DO NOT TRUST YOUR VEHICLES IN THE HANDS OF THEM. I brought my vehicle to this place to get a detailed cleaning inside and out and I don’t know what they did but they broke the front passenger airbag sensor and now they don’t want to take responsibility for what they damaged and Not to mention the supposed manager , rude, unethical, unprofessional manager, to be honest, he doesn’t know how to treat customers when I told him what his employees did, he ignored me and he didn’t care what they did to my car . I can’t believe that he told me to leave otherwise he would call the police. My vehicle enter at your car wash in perfect condition and came out with a broken sensor and unfortunately it is a very expensive sensor.2 weeks agoSuper clean ,great service and very personal experience‼️‼️ They take care of me every time I go to get it clean!! It has changed names through the years, but always great service! My husband and I both have the monthly membership so we can go whenever we want! I highly recommend Trademark Car Wash.

a week agoWash was great. Staff was great. What I truly love about my experience is that they have free vac. And GM free drying towels. And on they pad is cost effective. Thanks ma week agoWent into the car wash for a wash today and the wash broke the rest of my tail light this is me trying to fix it and took the tape of to take a picture but the wash broke my tail like I’m sure you’ll find the rest at the car wash . No help was given . The wash didn’t even wash my car right it’s dirty . I used to like coming here no problems but look. The guy was rushing me to pay he kept coming towards me like 3 times . Front of my car and little of the side is all scratched up from the wipers that wipe the car ughh. Bad experience today 😒a month agoIf I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would. I drove into the car wash and while inside the car wash, my tire was punctured and ripped from the rim. The manager said it was my fault and not their equipment and that the tire was flat when I drove in. I just drove from downtown Dallas to Mesquite and my tire was just fine. He refused to even apologize let alone help in any way. I filed a claim with the corporate office and it was denied. Not sure how a car can drive into the car wash on four good tires and drive out of the car wash with three good tires and one tire that is punctured and ripped off the rim…and it was my fault??? BEWARE of this location and the corporate office.3 weeks agoThis car wash doesn’t get your car clean we had dirt on our vehicle after going through this car wash the manager is rude and don’t care about your concern we went through this car wash and our back window was broken out by the machine we was half way out when the blower came on our back window popped and glass went everywhere we asked for the manager he was taken forever he sent a young African American male to tell us he was going to take pictures then he pointed to sign that was close up to the car wash as your going into the car wash not before you go into the car wash which was facing backwards so my husband went to get the manager him and the African American guy was unloading a truck like they didn’t know what just happened then he pointed to sign that was facing at the very front of the car wash which was supposed to be before you go inside the car wash because you can’t back up after you have entered so the sign was in the wrong place then they said fill out this paperwork I told my husband no because it going say that you agreed that they’re not responsible for damage but we paid for our own window but we will never come back to this low budget unprofessional carwash business again ever.The pictures tells it all.a week agoBest car wash by far!!! Absolutely love this place. Spot free shine is actually spot free! I’ve tried pretty much every car wash in Mesquite and none of them compare. Completely worth the extra few miles of a drive!

I’m still waiting for the call from the manager or supervisor. I’ve been a customer since the first day it opened and I hadn’t had problems with my cars until 3 days ago that my car came out with scratches.. They told me that they will call me in 12 or 24 hours and it’s been 3 days and I haven’t received any calls…
Love having a membership here! Complimentary clean towels for wipe down are always stocked, the member treats are such a perk, and cleaning sprays always come in handy so I don’t have to bring me own. Definitely worth the monthly investment. Keep it up caliber! 10/10
I like this car wash because it’s easy and convenient location for me. Today Jessica and Brandon stopped by my car while I was vacuuming just to check on me and make sure my car got cleaned and I didn’t have any issues… Talk about Good Customer Service!
