4 years agoSimple $3 car washes are the attraction here, with added services available for added cost topping out at $12 which offers a rewash if used in 5 days. Free Vacuums with pretty good suction are also available. The service attendant personnel are helpful if an issue arises3 weeks agoDon’t ever buy the $26 dollar car wash with the gift card. I used to use this wash about twice a week but will be washing at tsunami from now on. I paid for the $12 wash this morning and was never given a receipt. I showed them where the money had been drawn from my account they claim to have no record of it. Once I asked to speak with management I was denied the corporate phone number and was asked to go wait in the McDonald’s parking lot. No. Just give me my money back at this point. I shouldn’t have had to pay twice for something I had already purchased and did not receive. All he had to do was to raise that gate and give me the wash I purchased but instead he wants to sit and argue with the very little English I could understand as he walked away and threatens to call the police. Weird5 months agoThe manager was so disrespectful. after my wash I had a confrontation because he was short handed. I tried to sympathize with him, but he threaten to put me off the property. After I wash my mom car, I’ll pull back over and chat to have a conversation, but he threaten to call the police on me and the so-called manager by the way he refuses to give me his name but he said he was a manager. two minutes into the confrontation. Another guy comes out and told me leave before he called the police.(he said he was by self.) I used to give you a lot of business. Enjoy life, young man it’s not that serious.a year agoNever in my life had they required me to make a tip in a car wash so that they could wash my car they told me that they were not going to wash it for me Just because it had some mud, that in order for them to wash it I had to give them more money than it is worth. I recently moved here and I was excited to try a car wash, bought a membership there, I was a bit scared of running my car thru the brushes since I’ve always done touch-less, I should have known better from the other reviews please PLEASE AVOID this place if you don’t want to end up paying to get get your car scratched/dented. I paid for the membership and didn’t even get a FULL refund for canceling after this incident since they “aren’t liable” DO NOT GO THERE. Was definitely not worth it now I have to fix my car out of pocket. Definitely regret it. The more I look, the more damage it did, there’s A lot of scratches from the brush everywhere. No way I “hit something “ when you can clearly tell it was the wash. Car was not like this before I went thru.8 months agoThis was my first time getting my car a detailed wash here. They have nice schemes to avail with their annual membership. I enjoyed the free vacuuming service too. The suction was good and cleaned up all the dirt and food particles on the floor. I would definitely come back for their services in the future.2 months agoCar wash did not adhere to their marketed “$9.99 any membership for the 1st month” – charged me $24.99. I contacted them twice via their website and received no response. I then messaged to cancel my monthly subscription and they did not respond or cancel, leading me to have to dispute the charge with my credit card.Car wash is fine but they do not support their memberships or customer service.
Update 7/17/23. They have continued to charge my card for months after I canceled. Do not recommend at all.
2 months agoExtremely goated car wash, they leave my off road tires nice and shiny, perfect for my Jeep. Hiiiiighly recommend them especially when ya wanna keep your car clean everyday.4 months agoEasy to navigate, the wash was thorough, clean and the employees were friendly. Will visit again regularly. One of my pet peeves is poor suction but their vacuums had great suction. Red Jeep Renegade. Date of visit 5/17.

The best actual HAND car wash I’ve been to in a minute!!! Have already been twice this week with both our work and personal trucks. Professional. Quick (well as quick as can be if you want quality work)! Clean. Good waiting area. Highly recommend and plan on filling up our punch card fast. They’re exceptional. Go check em out!!!
These guys are the best! I come here pretty frequently to get my car washed and this time I came in because someone graffitied my car. Thankfully Juan and his team were so professional and were able to get the graffiti off of my car. They probably saved me $100s of dollars going anywhere else to have the graffiti removed. If your looking for excellent quality and top notch service then to Elston Hand Car Wash and ask for Juan.
I just left here and had the 2nd Tier ($40) cleaning, figured it was better than the a standard cleaning.
My car smells like dirty rag and I can see dust all over the dash and doors. You can tell when a car is wiped vs when is not. Save your money and go somewhere else.
They did take out my mats and cleaned them but it looks like that’s all they did.
Brought my car in for a full detail after using it to drive across the country. It was a wreck, dog hair everywhere. The process was easy to bring it in. I called ahead and brought it in the morning, left the keys and it was ready by 3pm. They were able to get EVERYTHING. They shampooed my seats and floor, cleaned the engine and got up all the pet hair. My car feels new again! Really happy with the results and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!
I have been here two times (most recent was Aug 13 2023). I think most of us are experiencing the same issue – the mildew smelling rags! The rags they are using keep leaving debris on all surfaces wiped inside of the cars! This is what seems to be the common complaint. This is NOT the workers problem – I think management needs to replace these rags ASAP and dispose or deep clean these rags when make a BAD SMELL! It might be a good idea to limit how many cars are wiped with one rag.
I am not sure I will return because the rags made my car smell really bad. Its just sad because the workers are so nice so I feel bad they are losing customers and tips.
