3 months agoThey offer a 7 dollar wash and blow dry. (The higher priced wash options have a shammis buffer at the end with blow dry). Us poor folk don’t get that benefit that actually drys the car where the air dry leaves the finish partly wet. Anyways, It gets the job done but I still had several tree sap spots and a number bugs on bumper that the wash would not remove. They are not hard to remove with a wash mitt. I assume that this level of wash pressure is to protect more delicate finishes. Finally, you get to vacuum your vehicle after the Drive Thru Wash. I like this because the vacuum system there is powerful and does a great job. Also, they are reasonable with the time I spent doing my interior vac and cleaning.I can give them a thumbs up. I just can’t raise my thumb all the way up!, …this for inability to clean very light sap from the car hood.
a year agoI just moved to the area & it’s so dirty in the IE that my car is always dirty after a few days so I decided to get the unlimited plan & it’s well worth it. I plan to come weekly & don’t have time to wait around at the regular car wash. If you’re interested in membership, drive thru the right side of the driveway to fill out a small form with the staff in the little booth. I was on the left side thinking it would be automated & it’d recognize my license plate like other drive thru car washes but you need a little sticker bar code on your windshield so I had to make another loop to come back & get it. Overall, it’s cheap & quick for a decent car wash.3 months agoIf I could give them a zero review I would, my husband and I got rear ended due to THEIR EMPLOYEE letting the people in too soon, right after us. Then we had Isaiah call my husband to let him know about a free car wash due to the accident and when we came back to get it the manager Patricia denied that it wasn’t “their” fault and she didn’t validate our free wash and tried to have us pay which we obviously didn’t do due to the prioir situation WE are not coming back, they lost customers. We only went back since it was supposedly “free.”3 weeks agoJust came home and noticed your machine scratched my new car I better hear back from someone soon.Also tried calling and no one picks up at the location. Some need to respond to me asap.
a year agoThis place is unprofessional and does not care about their customers They stated that my homecap was already damaged when I pulled into their car wash But I just had my tires Rotated and just went to them right after for car wash they stated that my hubcap was placed on their wrong and that’s why it broke which it was not I called Patricia on the phone and she stated she will not pay for my damaged vehicleI would highly suggest to not go to this place they are not caring they do not have any empathy for your belongings Or your vehicle or even you as a customer It would have only costed them like 60 bucks to replace my hopcap but instead they decided to argue on the phone sad and Pathetic business I wouldn’t give them a cent If I could give them 0 stars I would

2 months agoThey broke my windshield today. Just like other reviewers said, they were going to let me drive off without saying anything. They bring the manager to talk to me and all he did was take me to their small sign that says they’re not responsible for cracked windows. He said it had to have a chip before and blamed it on me. I asked him why they didn’t do a visual inspection before washing it to save me $500 and they said that’s not their job. I asked for at least a refund of my $30 and they wouldn’t even do that because my car was already washed. The audacity! No compassion. No empathy. He offered me a free wash on the next one as though I’d ever come back.3 weeks agoTruck wash was ok paid $39.42 got vacumed that was it dude didn’t clean dash or cup holders dust on steering wheel coffee stains didn’t get cleaned and the place wasn’t full I was 3rd car there if I’m paying close to 40 bucks I got worked I even gave dude a $5 tip I should’ve checked first2 months agoFor the price I’d expect a little more effort on drying the car especially a black car. Car sat with soap after the wash for a good 7 minutes before even beginning to dry it down. After the car was “finished” spots of water still remained on the car. Worker still expected a tip which I do tip if the service was somewhat perform correctly. $2 was given for “effort” if we can say that. Won’t be coming back.2 years agoNice and friendly staff. The owner did give me a discount after 3 times and said if I have any problems address them to him… The customer service is always great and very friendly… Also free coffee and tea is good!!! On 6/23/23 at around 8:15 their tire high pressure washer damaged the right rear door of my Suburban.
Came to get the monthly pass or gift card as a Father’s Day gift and was told there are no gift cards. Ok, no worries, I’ll pay for the monthly pass and put it in a card. That’s not available either. What? The guy says you have to pay for it and get the sticker. I said yes, that’s what I’d like to do. He said, “But we can’t give you the sticker.” It has to go on the car. I explained it would go on his car. Still no. Ok, I asked for the owners name and number and refused the information. Refused? Yes, refused! Went to the website… no info!
