a month agoI decided to take my car for a wash today at Tommy’s Express like I have in the past; however, a $15.00 wash ends up costing my car’s bumper to be damaged, nearly hanging off, in result of Tommy’s Express equipment. The manager gave me the name of the owner, he completed an incident report after I used a severe amount of profanity, and they gave me a card to Precision (Auto Body Repairs) and requested I take it there. I will be taking my car to Precision in the morning and if Tommy Express play games with repairing my car, I will be taking legal action. AND MY CAR WAS STILL DIRTY!!!a year agoFirst and last time coming. I don’t know if a car bumped my back which SHOULDNT Happen. Or if the machines took my paint off. My car isn’t even a year old.in the last weekThe machine to wash the car was good but it’s definitely overpriced. When you go in you think it will be towels and some kind of spray to clean the car but let me tell you there is nothing. They have a machine for you to pay $5 to get a wipe to clean the car which one will not be enough. Vacuum power it’s so week that honestly you will leave the place like you didn’t wash the car at all. Very disappointed because place look nice from the outside. Definitely needs improvement. I do not recommend this place at all.3 months agoDo not go to this car wash! They DAMAGED MY CAR. A few weeks ago I got my car washed, and didn’t realize until I had already left that it had damaged my door at the AWD symbol with a dent. When I went to talk to them about it the manager went over the video footage, it shows my car going in with no damage (the image was crystal clear) but when it came out the camera was blurry, so they refused to say they did it. How convenient that the camera leaving the car wash is blurry.. it was so blurry you couldn’t even see the “AWD” symbol much less the dent. But if you watch it over and over again you can see the dent, but still they refused it was them. This car has less than 5k miles on it so there was no reason for me to lie, I didn’t want my brand new car to be damaged. If you look at the pictures there is a picture showing the red brush they use to clean the cars, and you see a light scratch in that area as well, and the dent, so there was obviously something going on with the machine that day. If you don’t want to be out 1k after saving for 10yrs to buy a new car, then don’t go here.Edit after owner reply: You can see the vertical line of the dent in the video after the wash. It’s hard to see since the camera is blurry (how convenient) but it’s there. You won’t own up to it because that would be a 1k loss and nobody wants that. The car had no damage prior to that wash, it’s a brand new car.
a month agoMy car came out with scratches after going through there management don’t care if you’re car gets damage their employees don’t care big risk of having you’re car ruin stop going their it’s the worst plus the car don’t even comes out clean stays Dirty full of spots plus when it dry what I joke blowers don’t even work… expensive and on top a bigger expense to fix the damages way better ones out there recommend top dog never an issue and they own up. Plus washes cars way better including rims not like this one that says it clean and it’s just to get more money out of you they come out dirty plus top dog the car actually dries up stop going to this way !!!

3 months agoFirst off, I was told to wait before entering the tunnel because there was an issue with the wash. This was after I paid. There was an attendant who helped with the payment process and she did not inform me that the wash was having issues.During the wash I could see an employee inside holding up some sort of tube from hitting my car. The wash didn’t actually clean my car and there are streak marks that looks like it was hit with dirty brushes.
Then, I had to move my vehicle four times because the majority of their vacuums do not work. I was one of six other cars doing the same dance trying to find a functional vacuum.
Huge downgrade with new ownership. Ive been coming to this location for eight years and more then likely will not be returning.
4 months agoI started coming to this place a few months ago and I absolutely love it. I get a pretty good wash for my truck, and whatever the wash doesn’t get I can get it off as they provide clean towels for free. I also love the vacuum set up. It has hoses on both sides so you don’t have to run a dirty hose through the truck. Other that the little guy that one time gave me a bad body language when I went through the wrong entrance when we had to run the truck through one more time everyone else is pretty awesome so far. I give this place 5 stars. Keep up the good work 👍🏻11 months agoIt’s okay, kids like to go with me to help me clean my car because of the nice colorful experience, however it doesn’t clean the car very well. It did left my rims dirtier than how they were before I arrived. And car is still dirty in a few areas. They do have plenty of vacuum stations, and customer service is always good.4 months agoThe customer service to end your monthly payments is horrible. They continually charge me earlier each month. It’s been almost 2 months since I’ve washed my car because I moved and there isn’t one near my area I can go to after work. I have called and always get a voice-mail. I’ve even emailed the email they left in the voice-mail, and no one responds, or the email is always returned. The phone number on my bank statement is incorrect. I’ve had it with trying to cancel this membership I can’t use. I already pay for another car wash that is 10 minutes from me.a year ago1st and foremost I must give the absolute highest regards and praises to Paul!!! I JUST left this car wash, and when I arrived home and got back out to my car it looked like it may as well have not even been cleaned. I have attached pictures of my doors and the end, I think it even looks worse than before I cleaned it. This wasn’t even the cheapest wash, this was the $20 “supreme wash.” I am extremely dissatisfied, my car does not look clean in the slightest and now I am out $20 and will have to spend even more money at a different car wash to actually get it clean. I am beyond disappointed and will not be returning. If you have a bright colored car, you’re better off somewhere else or at home because it appears it just swirls dirt around.

I picked the express wash package for 10$ because I was in a hurry and it was the quick solution to wash your car.
Good experience after all, You drive up there are two lanes, and choose the service you want in the kiosk.
Drive to the entrance and they waive you in. Put the car in neutral and let the spinning rags do their thing. A few mins later the car was good as new.
you can choose to vacuum your car for free yourself or pay extra for the service.
They have weekly and monthly deals so check it out.
Pretty decent for what you pay.
They are quick, but leave the job unfinished. I paid $50 for a full service wash, and will still have to wipe down the interior console when I get home.
Sweetwater pretty good eight dollars car wash always find the s marks unless you’re doing the $20 car wash. Overall if you just need a quick clean on your car it will do the job as far as a deep clean I’m gonna say not so good but the vacuums and everything you know that adds up so if you wanna just quickly, you can I would say yes, but I always find myself having to clean my hubcaps and clean stuff like tree pollen off after I’ve had the car wash cost of the basic car wash is eight dollars goes all the way up to $44 or you can do a monthly as many car wash as you want for $23
Interior detailing service is a rip off.. $55 wasted.. I was surprised how quickly they finished that.. it was not detailing at all.. just a quick and dirty vacuuming.. they should stop advertising it as detailing service and call it an express vacuuming service and charge the appropriate price
