2 months agoCar wash is decent always still wet after always get home with water runs / spots on my truck but reason for my 1 star review is Man rear FACTORY Mud flap/Splash guard was tore off by there car wash machines my truck is a 2021 Ford f150 bought it new with 0 miles so nothing on my truck was already loose it was a lil bent from another incident at this car wash for loosening it now it’s completely offa year agoI was just there and there were a few tree leaves and debris left. I didn’t even notice yet and the dryers pulled me back around to fix it. WOW. that’s great service! Smiles and all. Thank you for the excellent service and work.4 weeks agoThe wash is alright. Same as others in town. This one used to be my favorite. But now they don’t open the doors and dry . Last wash back window was still dirty.Had to clean it when I got home. Which is only 5 miles away. Went no where else. Have asked and told they don’t have time . And had attitude. So now I go to Uncle Ed’s . They do open the doors and hatch and dry the entire vehicle. Like it should be done. As we do pay enough for a car wash.5 months agoI used to love this carwash. However, not a fan of the new vacuums. I went and had to pay $2 (steep) and it didn’t even have suction. I could feel it with my hand to the nozzle but it wasn’t strong. Went to talk to someone and she said oh you used the wrong hose. No I didn’t 🤦🏼♀️. I used the end hose and the end tank, no mistake there. Then asked, “do you want your money back?” At that point I just said no but isn’t that an obvious??? Very disappointed. I wanted them to not let that happen to someone else, so put out of order. Fix it. And yes I wanted the $2 back.2 years agoThis car wash is the absolute best car wash in all of the surrounding city by far.. my trucks always come out looking amazing!

a month agoYou don’t have to pay but a quarter to get started. And more quarters for more time. You don’t have to pay for a full car wash when time runs out. Just a quarter at a time. No other car wash offers this anywhere. Clean and friendly…6 months agoAfter pulling in and getting out of my truck, I was told I would have to pay $12 for a $10 wash because my truck was too dirty. There was no extra work done, and when I got home, I saw they did a horrible job on the undercarriage. Will not return.5 months agoIts been a while since I used a car wash. Went to get an oil change last week, which was 80 dollars,and less than a week later had oil leaking out of my car when there was no leak before I took it there. My aunt had the same problem with them a few years ago with what is now my car when they screwed up the oil change causing a leak. Definitely never taking my car back here.
A little pricey for some of the car washes but let me tell you I got the cheap one which was $7, because I live on a dirt road and it’s just going to rain tomorrow, but wow I am very impressed and will definitely go back here again. They even opened up the doors and wiped out the door jams at the end. Definitely will return to this place the next time I’m in Fort Gratiot and need my car washed.
unbelievable, I called up tell them I have a 2012 Chevy Cruz eco-boost Dan on the phone tells me that’ll be $60. I ask him if he can give me a military discount. He said sure and bring it and I’ll take care of you., only to pull in and have them tell me it’s $10 more for some paper filter, still drove out of there, paying $69, when I complained about the extra cost good ol’ Dan told me just bring it in again and I’ll take care of ya, no, thanks your hidden prices and cavalier attitude about the whole thing really sucks, Valvoline down the street charges my girlfriend $60 on her equinox with the same engine and gave her a coupon, uncle Al’s is nothing but a high priced car wash/oil change, never felt more swindled in my life
they were nice when i got my oil change. a few weeks later my oil light came on, checked it and my oil filter was loose. oil leaking all over. i called that morning they opened, said ed was gonna be in soon and he’d call. hours go by no call, call again. said he’d be in soon. again no call, so i left a voicemail with my issue and number no call back. called AGAIN said ed still hadn’t been in and he’s only the assistant and can’t do anything. don’t think i’ll be going back.
