in the last weekI went in last week as someone who doesn’t get his car washed often and doesn’t have the routine down.Scott greeted me cheerily, even though it was early in the day. I tried to use a coupon, which the computer took issue with, and Scott took care of the matter. Soon after, he guided me when my car was far off the guide-track/rail.
The car looks better, and Scott came across as an excellent representative of the company. His helpfulness, pleasant manner, and quick action made my short visit much easier.
2 months agoNot sized for even stock modern full-size trucks. Tow mirrors physically bump the side of the building when entering. On top of that, the overhead brush tore the plastic trim piece for the F150 tailgate step right off the truck and destroyed it, although that’s probably more Ford’s fault than Brown Bear’s. The attendant did make sure to take the whip antenna off and hand it to me though, ensuring that it didn’t get mangled too.Great place for a quick/light wash of any smaller vehicles though.
3 months agoYikes! My car has new scratches all along the side after one trip through the wash. Will not be back.4 months agoI’ve been a monthly member here for a while, I only had cash on me. (wallet was stolen). The vacuum machine is only 2 dollars, the manager Scott mention he had no way of helping me. Since I only had cash. So I have to wait for my new cards to arrive in order for me vacuum out my car 😂. This one star is not in regards of Him, but who ever his direct leadership is. You all should be able to turn on a vacuum or at least equip employees to do so. Invade customers has different situations. I just wanted to vacuum out my car after I got a wash but Scott the manager said he had no way of helping me out!a month agoScott at Brown Bear Car Wash noticed our roof rails were loose before we entered the car wash, saving us from potential damage and headache. Thank you for your attention to detail and professionalism!!

a month agoNo complaints, really! I haven’t washed/cleaned my car in… ever, so it was time. I got here early on a Saturday and it was not crowded whatsoever. I did a full vacuum of my car, which literally has not been vacuumed in like a decade, and it ended up taking about 25 minutes (so about $10). I also did a full self-serve car wash, which was not only easy, but also kind of fun! I liked that I could pay using my phone or credit card, since I definitely don’t carry (or even have) change these days. Given that I don’t wash my car practically ever, this was a great place to head to for the once-in-a-blue-moon when I do. I’d recommend it!2 months agoThis is a great self-serve car wash! You have to be ready and quick. You get 4 minutes to do your car for $3.00. You can always buy extra time, 0.25 for each additional 20 seconds. Powerful vacuums, too!4 months agoBeen coming to the self-wash ever since I was a kid (30+ years) – super convenient and cheaper than going through the drive-thru on 15th. They have new tap-to-pay stations now which is pretty handy…BUT I couldn’t add any time to my session paying that way so I’ll probably just use my card next time to avoid hassle (which kind of defeats the purpose, right?) Nevertheless, my #1 place to wash my car in the neighborhood. On sunny weekends get there as early as possible as it can get crowded quickly and there’s not much room to queue up.3 months agoWay to go, Brown Bear! Brown Bear takes debit and credit cards and has a variety of soaks and washes for your vehicle such as pre-soak, low pressure wash, hot high pressure wash, plain rinse. There is also an optional densely bristled brush with soap. I thought the $3 price for four minutes of a cycle was an amazing deal. I have yet to try the vacuum, but I will.in the last weekAlways my favorite car wash location. I love the warm water and the parking lot is always clean.

Guidelines for a Secure Car Wash Experience
Car washing is an important task to keep your vehicle clean and well-maintained. However, it is essential to follow certain safety guidelines to ensure that the process is carried out efficiently and without any accidents or damage. Here are some general safety tips to follow when washing your car:
- Find a safe location: Choose a well-lit and flat area to wash your car, preferably away from traffic and on a non-slip surface.
- Gather the right tools: Make sure you have all the necessary equipment, such as buckets, sponges, microfiber towels, car wash soap, and a high-quality car wax.
- Wear appropriate clothing: Opt for comfortable and non-restrictive clothing to ensure easy movement. Avoid wearing loose accessories that can get caught in machinery or damage the car’s paint.
- Protect yourself: Wear protective gloves to prevent skin irritation, and safety goggles to shield your eyes from chemical splashes or debris.
- Prevent scratches: Before cleaning, remove larger debris by rinsing the car with water or using a soft brush. This prevents scratching the paint surface during the washing process.
- Use proper techniques: Start washing the car from the top to allow dirt and debris to flow downward. Avoid scrubbing the surface too vigorously, as it may lead to paint damage.
- Be cautious with water pressure: Use a moderate amount of water pressure to avoid damaging delicate areas like mirrors or car antennas.
- Properly dry the car: Use a soft, lint-free towel to dry the car thoroughly, preventing water spots and streaks.
- Dispose of waste responsibly: Dispose of dirty water and contaminants properly to prevent environmental pollution. Avoid draining it directly into storm drains.
Following these safety guidelines will help you ensure a successful and accident-free car washing experience. Remember that regular car cleaning protects the vehicle’s appearance and can extend its lifespan, while also contributing to road safety by maintaining clear visibility.

Below average car wash. Got their best package and it couldn’t even clean my wheels.
Always gets my car clean, but more importantly they were so patient and kind when I came in my new car and needed to disable like 12 things to get through the car wash. I was horrified.
For anyone else with an Ioniq 5, you’ll need to disable auto hold and somehow switch it to neutral and keep it there without turning the parking brake on.
Not sure how good the actual wash is, but with my 1up rack on the back of the car they wouldn’t let me through; pretty lame that a slim rack would throw off their process that much. Price seems good and it moves quick enough.
EDIT: owner followed up with more info, guess I’ll take off the rack and give them another shot.
Rosalia the Car 🚗 is always happy going here because she ends up being super clean and very sparkly ✨
Woke up this morning to minimal vandalism on the car window, so we decided to utilize a Brown Bear Car Wash coupon to get it cleaned off.
Arrived at this location and queued up for a cleaning and had our antenna removed. We were then told by the associate manager this location ended the promo early even though it’s still September (today is 9/30).
They made other cars back up so we could leave. We also had to reattach our antenna back ourselves. Other reviews show a positive record, so we imagine today was just a fluke.
