a month agoCome to Stockton once in a while and when I do, I generally wash my car at this location. Found out it wasn’t Kelly’s, but decided to wash anyways. From what I remember, it is significantly more expensive and doesn’t offer the hand prep and wipe down afterwards. Paid for the best wash, but now I have to wash it myself when I get home. Bummer.Spoke to the manager at the time and he explained that with my racks, the top is difficult to clean. Okay understood. This does not explain the side of the car and the hood? He offered no compensation whatsoever, but appreciated the honest feedback as I was very respectful about the situation owning two businesses myself.
This is why I added the extra star. It is not his control over the equipment his company purchases, but we were able to have a respectful conversation.
4 months agoAbsolutely amazing, so far. Until recently I have been using another car wash that is VERY nearby that had unlimited car wash packages. I was sad when the Kelly’s Car Wash name went away here but I was over the moon to hear they too were going to be finally offering unlimited car washes. My early reviews are off the charts. I drive a jeep that is aerodynamically challenged and tends to come back from a day trip to Yosemite covered in bugs. The car wash across the street wouldnt get those bugs off even with the brushes. Quick Quack car was takes less time smacking my car with brushes but it comes out cleaner and free of bugs on the front. They have free vacuums for when you are done, but all I really care about is the bugs. I am canceling my subscription at the car wash across the street, happy to say. Keep up the great work!4 months agoThank you for the free car wash but I think my car is more filthy then before I got it washed. Not a great wash to get with the expectations to earn up to $35/mo from customers. Most likely canceling my subscription for the other car that we own. My pictures will show how muddy the wash left my car and how uneven the wash is.3 weeks agoA new business opened up and I took my car in because they had signs that it was “free” that day. I ended up getting a membership for the most expensive wash and it was free for a month and I could wash my car as many times as I wanted. I got in a good 6 washed and my car was always nice and shiny. I canceled the membership but I wouldn’t mind getting another offered like that! Staff is always friendly too!4 months agoDO NOT USE THE WASH. We bumped into the car in front of me 3 times and the car behind me hit me 2 times. It was absolutely horrendous and there was no management on site. Jesus the associate was very nice and had to deal with me being a Karen. Give him a raise.

3 weeks agoI have a membership that I have on my car & my daughter car monthly & I like the fact that I can go as many times as I like not 1 time a day free vacuum & they give you towels to dry you car also I have there highest membership & u can add up to 10 cars on the membership & u get a Great Car wash &u can go to any one of there many location’s .4 months agoGreat service. The workers are very nice but the car wash itself isn’t the best. The machine broke the top our car and our license plate. We didn’t notice until we came home.3 months agoWent to try them out with a Free Wash, Just beware they will try very hard for you to get a membership no matter how many times you say no until you get a bit rude about it. The car wash was nice but if I knew it was going to scratch the vehicle I probably would have not came here and stood to my regular spot. So just beware it will scratch your vehicle but the experience is coolin the last weekThe carwash attendant was a young kid. He took my bank card behind the Lil stand for about 2 minutes. Then came back and took another 2 minutes. After that my bank card was compromised. Somebody was trying to purchase door dash with my card. I’ve never used doordash believe it or not! I called Quick Quack carwash to complain and they said I would need to go back to that Quick Quack carwash and talk to someone there.3 months agoThis car wash is definitely my favorite by far. It was quick and they even had a little duck on appear on my windshield during the wash which I thought was so cute! Lionel was a super good help to me, cheerful & fast!

Everything ran smooth like the previous company before it. Vacuums worked great. Was disappointed that I still have to go home and was the front bumper and hood because it didn’t clean off much of the deceased bug matter off at all and still had smears all over the front. If you only have dirt on your vehicle it should be fine here. Any dead bugs on the vehicle will apparently make it through the wash.
It’s a nice car wash for the price nothing really to complain about. Ive visited this car wash twice purchased the Ultimate package both visits. The duel person prewash helped get bug splatter off both sides of my windshield. They hand dry certain portions of your vehicle for you. The vacuum had enough suction to get all the small crumbs out of my interior so I’ll more than likely return here in the future for another quick wash.
I have previously used monty”s but tried quick quack for the promotional offer. My car was damaged. I reported it to the manager for him to tell me that “it always happens” For all the years that I used Monty’s I never had an issue. I will not stay away from home again
For about the same price as other automated car washes, you get real employees going a little extra by wiping down the vehicle.
But the reason I keep coming back, free vacuums! They aren’t just free they’re mounted in a way that’s not awkward to use and they can reach throughout the vehicle.
