Service was great. Southwest Avocado Omelet not the same as photo#1on menu, plus the cheddar cheese was missing as you can see in the photo #2. Portions were very small, not as advertised.

This is a big cafe where people just leave their drinks wherever they want. But staff are nice.

This odd a busy Walmart that isn’t well staffed. So, you’re basically on your own when you shop for things other than groceries. With that said, the store is well stocked and the self checkout lines move swiftly.

Soon as you start shopping your harassed by 4 different salesmen who can’t take “NO” as an answer. They have no product in the store. Half of the stuff is returns. Items don’t work. I stood at the jewelry counter over 45min to get my cologne. They had to page 3 different people. Not one person had a key. I hate what it’s become. Feel like I need a body guard to shop. Just to keep the salesmen at bay. It almost seems Walmart is purposely trying to detour you from the actual stores so you only shop online. Enter at your own risk.. for real. Good luck. Kiss your loved ones goodbye and stuff.

This place is part of a shopping center. Very old, small-not a super center. A lot of riff raff hang out here. No deli. White castle, Wendys, Taco bell, Tim Horton are the satellite restaurants of parking lot. Park overnight at your own risk. Space available also in shopping center. Lock your trailer doors, otherwise you may have cargo gone in A.M.

This Walmart Super Center is a very good location. It is usually pretty clean and it is very well organized. I never have an issue finding the things that I need at this location. The few times that I have needed assistance, the employees have been very professional and friendly, even when they are extremely busy.

Managers at location like this are why Walmart is being FORCED into closing stores all over the country. By the time all truckers REFUSE WALMART loads… Trucking companies will be forced to REFUSE Walmart loads. Then Walmart will have to pay it’s drivers a lot more than $1.25 a mile while all the other places that are courteous to truck drivers they depend on only pay .80 a mile. UNITY REMAINS THE AMERICAN WAY

Usually a good experience. Fast five Walmart employees who were just standing around talking near self check out and in Walmart vests if they knew of fitting rooms were available and open since when we checked there was no employee back at the fitting rooms. they responded by telling us they didn’t know and it wasn’t their job their cashiers. poor customer service

This is a typical Walmart. Never been here when it is overly packed with people, which is nice. This store is easy to get in and out of. This store does have self checkout, which took a while to come to this store. I have had few interactions with the associates, but the ones I have had have been good. The store was fairly clean on my most recent visit.

There was no check out lines open except self check out. And I had a cart full of stuff. Spent 250 there and the self check outs well no where to stack the stuff I scanned. Plus had to have the employee come to the scanner I was using cause of no place to put the stuff I checked out. So the machine thought I was stealing or something. It’s just crazy there. They need to have a real check out line open at all times

  1. A typical Walmart in Columbus area. Walmarts are a typical run of the mill place. You never expect anything over the top, or fancy here. But you get everything you need. This is just another Walmart. We stopped by to pick something usual. Everything was fine and normal. The store was pretty neat, and clean.

  2. Expired food again. This time the meat was visibly rotten. The whole one row of salami looked like this. Also, attached is the oat milk. Instead of getting rid of the expired oat milk, they just rotated it to the back.

  3. Not crazy about Morse road period. The store looked cleaner and brighter. Greeters were pleasant. Workers seemed like zombies. They were not friendly or helpful at all. Ample parking because it was before 10 am

  4. I usually don’t go inside Walmart to shop. However, I did on this time early on a Sun morning. It wasn’t long after they opened, which was great because there was barely anyone in the store. O was able to get in and out.

  5. Customer service is really bad. I asked an employee for a videogame for my son and was sold the wrong one and when I tried to return it they wouldn’t take it back because it was opened. Now I’ve seen many open boxes returned to Walmart many times and i spent 30 mins trying to explain to the unsympathetic employee that they sold me the wrong game, and i was unaware of it til got home. They were rude and basically told me that there’s nothing they can do and i pointed to their sign regarding customer satisfaction and return policy and they said it’s not their problem.
