Not the best. I asked 3 people for help, received none. Was pointed in “the right direction” but still didn’t find what I needed. The customer service in this area is very poor. Self check out was nice but several stations were having issues which made a line backup. Disappointing. Parking is always weird here but there’s plenty of it. Be careful for people walking around. If you know what you’re looking for, I’m sure it’s fine. In fact, the grocery area is really nice and well stocked. The rest of the store? Good luck.

Sign said remodel will be done June 30. I thought it was supposed to be done already? Anyway, looks ok so far, but they moved everything around and were out of stock for two items i went to get. Staff at returns and check out 5 stars.

I wanted to buy a bicycle for my kid. No staff were around. I went all the way over to electronics to find a staff member who could not help me, but made a store announcement to get a staff member to come over to the bicycle area. I waited for 20 mins. Then found a different staff member who told me to go to the front of the store and speak to customer service staff where I waited for another few minutes for a staff member to appear from a back room. We walked back to the bicycles before she admitted to me that she had no idea how to lower the bicycles from the elevated storage racks they use. So I grabbed the tool used to lower the bicycles I had spotted earlier and showed her how to do it myself. She was surprised that I “can read instructions” from a sticker on the tool, and figure it out, so she left me to do what I needed and left the bicycle area. We then looked at and tested the bicycle before deciding not to make a purchase. As I was hooking the bicycle back up to the storage rack, another staff member “Ella”, (who I will now refer to as Karen), came over and rudely interrupted me from returning the bicycle to it’s storage location. I explained this whole series of events to her and she insisted on me letting her (Karen), returning the bicycle back to it’s top shelf location. I politely stood back and watched. She did not know how to do it. This Karen tried to get me to “move along” after being embarrassed that she herself did not know how to return the bicycle to it’s storage location. I offered to help and she refused. I walked around the corner and then watched from afar while Karen became frustrated and started to walk away. I came back around the corner and asked again if she wanted help. Karen refused my help again, muttering that she knew how to do it, (but clearly not), so I just watched from a distance again. Eventually I just jumped in there and did the necessary actions to store the bicycle, and went on my way. Thank you Karen, for yet another reason to never shop at Walmart again. I was only here to potentially buy a bicycle. If you are reading this review. Wegman’s is next door to this Walmart and usually has lower prices as well.

It’s okay the prices are fair clothes are a little expensive. Has every Walmart store there aren’t enough registers open. And I hate the way you’re made to feel like a thief on the way out when they want to see your receipt so I won’t be going back to this one

I wish it was a zero option please dont use the money center the cashier Stephanie appears to be racist she told me one of the security questions to recieve my money was what am I using it for? I asked her exscuse me ?Neither WAL-MART or anyone else should be asking me that she said she couldnt give me the money and called a mngr Manager comes and says the same I WILL NEBER USE their money service again that should be illegal for them to be able to ask you that.

Bad customer service. I and my friend went there to return our bike that we bought a month ago as Walmart’s policy said we can return it within 90 days but they keep saying that they don’t do that policy because they are now using their store policy (then why promote the policy at the first place?) and keep saying that their warehouse is full. (but my white friend just return his bike before us 30min!) The employees are very rude. They don’t even have any service mind at all. The employees even make fun of me and my friend. Somehow, I think it may be because we are Asian. I am really disappointed. I will not shop there ever again.

What a clean, spacious Walmart. Ran in a few items and was astonished how clean and well stocked this store was. The restroom was “CLEAN” like a surgical room. The check out was easy, and staff were on hand to assist with items that wouldn’t scan. Would recommend this store to anyone looking for quality, low cost shopping needs.

My review may be a bit biased because it’s primarily focused on their customer service which is not good. I have had to ask for help a number of times when the photo / electronic center is empty but really the one part of the store where you need someone to unlock a cabinet or get your photo order. I even understand it not being staffed but after walking to the front and talking to the manager and being told someone will be right there and having to tell the manager 10 minutes later no one had come it got frustrating. It’s a Walmart. Keep your low expectations very low and you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic location. Items are thoughtfully arranged and kept organized on the shelves! Large selection of camping and outdoors gear, as well as gardening equipment and live plants. Impressive array of sewing supplies and other arts and crafts items. Huge location, nice to get a good walk in while you shop.

It’s a huge cavern. It has things to buy. I’m looking at the sandals but none of them are speaking to me yet (and when one doea there will be a creepy echo.) Now I’m looking at fishing rods. I don’t fish. But I’m thinking of giving it a try….

  1. It’s nice to see Walmart reopened. Everything now (as of 20 April, 2023) looks different from the last time I went.

My condolences goes to the ones we lost on the day of the shooting and to the families as well.

  2. This Walmart location, its employees, and the community experienced a terrible tragedy. Afterward, the location was closed for several months and remodeled, which was needed even before this event occurred. I love that they included a memorial for all of the employees who lost their lives here.

The remodel is nice and definitely gave this Walmart an update. The branding on the walls and visual display areas are fantastic. There has been an increase in the number of self checkout areas that are nicely spaced. They even have marked areas on the floor for a suggestion of where to put your cart to make self check out easier. The one thing I didn’t like was how the clothing areas are set up. There were a lot of small, closed in sections, making it feel like a maze. The inclusion of a “grab & go” area at the front, almost like a convenience store, is another nice touch.

  3. Friendly staff in store. Staff at the register could really use more training. When they rang something up at wrong price and it was $30 more than the sale price. When we told him he says I can’t make price adjustments at the register after I ring it up. We told him to get a manager who could. We were right it was $30 less and she was able to fix the problem. Cashiers just need more training. At least I didn’t have to ring myself up.

  4. I shop here because it’s location is convenient for me. They have great prices on a large variety of items. I would not shop here alone after dark. Some employees here seem unhappy and bothered if you ask for help. I love the self check out option at this store. If I go thru a person cashier, I may get a hello, and rarely ever get a thank you.

I’m updating my review from 5 years ago. Leaving my initial review in tact. I’ll first say it’s sad that it took a tragedy to turn this store into a better workplace and shopping experience. Peace and healing to all the families affected. I’m updating from 3 to 5 stars. I found the reopened store to be clean, stocked, easy to shop, and friendlier than before. The open ceiling, displays, and taller aisles give it a modern look. It also feels much safer to shop at any hour. I did see they have a patrolling police officer in the store along with surveillance cameras everywhere. I still can find all my daily essentials or needs here. The whole front end is primarily self check out now. There’s only about 6 regular manned registers. When I checked out at self check out, there was only one register with a cashier open, and there was no one in that line. I prefer the self check out. There’s also about 4 self check outs catering to Walmart+ customers. At this time, you can find an eye center, Wood Forrest Bank, and a money center. I hope they will continue to expand to have restaurants such as Subway come to this location. I also like the idea of their “grab and go” area at the front entrance.

  5. This Walmart was one of the largest Walmarts I have ever visited. Inspired of it’s size, it was clean, stocked well, had lots of shoppers, friendly associates, and relatively quick checking out. Access and parking was impressive considering the numbers it can accommodate.
