It’s got everything. Sadly a lot of it was out of stock or the website was wrong and we were not able to find what we were looking for. Got to do a lot of impulse buying instead which was ok.

This store is very clean and well stocked. The staff are all over and friendly. I had an issue with the self checkout register I used and the associate was quick to help resolve. I’m usually not in this area, but when I am I will definitely come back and shop more at this location!

The self checkout had half their stations down and we had to wait for twenty minutes (and eventually go to Customer Service) because our station didn’t give us change. Wouldn’t have been a problem if they staffed correctly, as they did not have any supervisors that could approve a $1.98 change from the self checkout stand. It’s Walmart, we should have known better than to go in there.

I didn’t find the prices much different from other grocers in the area. And without a gas rewards program I’d say the other stores are a better option with more choices. I had to make a trip to customer service because of an incorrectly priced item and the agent was not helpful so her supervisor was needed. Not impressed.

Everything is well organized in this store. It does get a lil messy as with most large retail stores, but what do you expect. Staff are always very busy so good luck finding any help- again, comes with the territory of shopping in this convenient store- don’t expect five-star assistance for getting help finding anything you’re looking for. The front end staff, check-out employees, are all easy going in my experience. The pharmacy is one of the better ones around Tacoma, in my opinion.

The better Walmart in the area. I am able to refill my water jugs here. The bathrooms are kept clean. I have had to ask for help several times and the employees are very quick to help me. Most of the lines are self check so expect a wait if you want to go to a cashier.

The store was clean and busy but not over crowded. Plenty of fresh produce and a variety of choices in all products. Easy to maneuver through the widely spaced isles. We were unaware of the store doing away with the plastic bags but the reusable shopping bags are under a dollar and they gave us our first free of charge. We did about $200 worth of grocery shopping and turned out pretty good saved about $150 that we would have spent at our usual

Something like 25 lanes of garbage self check out machines. They all go down at the same time, and they have 2 cashiers. The machines are absolute trash, slow and buggy. This location is terrible, make the drive to a better store. Also, only cash?! What in the world? Fix your stuff before implementing changes.

Back where I grew up. If you need help they walk you to what your asking about and stay until they ask if you need anything else. Here no you can ask an employee here and you get eye rolls and or they let you know some way that you are bothering them. I beginning to notice the work ethic here sucks. Instead of doing the best job one can and going home proud of the work one has done. Here it seems to be to do as little as possible for as much as possible. It’s hard to keep a view people deserve a living wage. When they don’t want to even show their worth that living wage. Why nothing seems to get done here except by a few. And almost none I know are Westerner I’ve met so far.

Poor customer service. Store not very clean. Too many self checkouts. No bags for purchases. Emergency evacuation a total panic by employees. No explanation. Tons of people walked out with carts full of items not paid for. And two store, no one knew what a lint roller was.

  1. It’s my first time at the Walmart Supercenter, Renton. Good layout with grocery store, clothing and family needs section, home and pharmacy store and electronics store. They have ample parking space too. Got what I came for.

  2. Workers were not attentive. I was trying to buy a suitcase and we scanned it and found the price online and they said that was only the online sale price. Which is fine, but the girl immediately walked away and didn’t even help taking the suitcase off the screen. I ended up needed 3 employees to do one simple task. Then when the guy finally took the suitcase back my face mask fell off the top and he didn’t even pick it up. Not a pleasant experience.

  3. Rude staff, poor selection, police state vibes. Decent prices but not worth the trip. I’d rather pay a little more and have a slightly better experience at Fred Meyer or something. I asked for the location of an item, got a rude answer. Vendors were blocking the aisles. The “cashier” (self check lackey) gave herself a great review on my checkout screen once I was done doing her work, and then they also look at your receipt at the exit, as if they’re as cool as a Costco. Just horrible.

  4. The store has a huge collection of groceries, clothes, accessories and gardening & outdoor stuffs. The location is quite close to the freeway, making it quite accessible. Price was good. But they have a lot of different Aisles so searching something can be hard. Better to locate things online and then you go and pick up from the store 🙂

  5. Very very poor customer service. Waited an electronics to make a purchase for over 20 minutes while the employee was being harassed by several customers. Many people standing in line. I called customer service two times to get help with no response. Went upfront to find a manager and was told no managers on site. Very very poor store. Bathrooms were unbelievably bad. No bags for checkout. The store should be closed down for lack of cleanliness
