a month agoSick of coming here for an overpriced wash that is completely uneven. Some tires get a full tire shine while other side gets 45% tire shine. Like others have said, paying for extra “services” is not a guarantee that you’ll get them. The vacuums are a gamble. Sometimes they’re working super well, sometimes barely working and other times not at all. The air compressors are full of condensation, so beware of spraying the inside of your car, as you will literally be blasting it with high powered mist. Seems like a poor management issue. When it first opened service was excellent, but has been steadily going downhill since. I normally don’t write reviews, but I am so irritated that I’m writing this from a vacuum spot immediately after struggling with the shoddy equipment.
