11 months agoThe associate was super friendly, very knowledgeable and great to work with. I hadn’t cleaned my car in about 5 months and decided to use this service. The service was great and he washed everything at my work in the parking lot and even had some employees at my work swing by interested in his service. Hoping he got some extra customers as the service was great. If your in a bind and need your car to be cleaned and your time is limited, I would highly recommend. Added before and after, the pictures really don’t do his work justice.a year agoMy car is old and had a stains on the light tan carpet (like spilled coffee) and Lorenzo made it look brand new. He took his time and spent nearly the whole day just working on my car. It looks amazing and would absolutely do it again!a year agoLorenzo did a phenomenal job & I felt whole heartedly that every cent spent was worth it. I highly recommend his services.10 months agoWay too expensive for a regular person with a regular car. But if you have a classic or an expensive prize car they might be the right place for you. From what I see on there website, they will leave your car looking like new again.6 months agoAmazing customer service. We had to change our appointment last minute and they fit me back in right away. They were prompt and super efficient. Besides all of that, my car is cleaner than when I drove it off the lot. Keep up the great work!

Guidelines for a Secure Car Wash Experience
Car washing is an important and necessary task for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of your vehicle. However, it is also important to prioritize safety during the car washing process to prevent any accidents or damage. Here are some general safety guidelines to follow when washing your car:
- Choose a safe and suitable location: Find a well-lit area with enough space to comfortably move around your car. Avoid washing your car on a slope or near any obstacles that could cause accidents or damage.
- Use the right tools and products: Invest in high-quality car wash tools such as microfiber mitts, soft brushes, and non-abrasive cleaning products. This will help prevent scratches and swirl marks on your car’s paint.
- Wear protective gear: When using cleaning chemicals or handling dirty water, it is important to protect yourself by wearing gloves, safety glasses, and old clothing. This will prevent any potential skin irritation or injury.
- Prevent slips and falls: Ensure that the area you are working in is not slippery. Use a non-slip mat or stand on a dry surface to avoid accidents.
- Be cautious around electrical components: When washing your car, avoid spraying high-pressure water directly onto electrical components such as the engine bay or sensitive wiring areas. This could cause damage or electrical malfunctions.
- Alert others to your activity: If you are washing your car in a public area where there might be pedestrians or other vehicles, make sure to put up a warning sign or communicate with others to prevent any accidents.
- Use proper lifting techniques: If you need to lift heavy items such as buckets or equipment, use your legs and not your back to avoid strains or injuries.
- Take care of the environment: Use eco-friendly car wash products and ensure that any run-off water is disposed of properly to minimize harm to the environment.
By following these general safety guidelines, you can ensure a safe and effective car washing experience while maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of your vehicle.

If I can only give it zero star.
I took my Lexus GX470 there yesterday to have a wash. The workers started to clean my wheels and front and back bumpers. Everything seems nice so far right? Wrong. Worker did not disable the top roller and it ended up ripped/pulled my roof basket and damaged roof paint and broke two rear rail caps and busted one end of cross bar. I turned my vehicle around and asked what the hell just happened and of course they did not speak much English and gave me the manager card. I left the message for Trevor Janssen . He called me back today (i appreciated that) and asked about the time of event so he could review the video. Then then called me back and said due to aftermarket part they are not responsible. Wow, I did not expect that. I never had issue at Kaddy Car wash as they never failed to disable the top roller with vehicles that has basket. This place took my money, gave me no warning and failed to disable the top roller machine, damaged my vehicle then blamed on the aftermarket for their scapegoat. What a creditable business that they are running? Do not go there or your vehicle will get damaged and it is your fault per their perspective. Never do business with company that only interest in your money but take no responsibility at all. They could have told me and turn me away when they saw the roof basket but no, they could not refuse to take money. Stay away from this place. They are disgusted me now.
This place was very Rude. They ripped my bumper and then blamed it on me. Refused there insurance info. There only wanting your money. Refused to take responsibility. No call backs when I tried to contact owner. Found out on other site this place is known for this. Paid over $1000. To fix there destruction. Not one offer of help just blamed me. Sa I d it was my fault there machine ripped my bumper off. See pictures
I live in Salem yet I come to Wilsonville to use this car wash exclusively. They provide excellent service. My car is always clean afterwards. They take the time to scrub it really well before it goes into the tunnel for cleaning. I’ve been using this business for nearly a decade and in all that time, even with all of the inflation and social issues surrounding everyone, they have ONLY raised their prices by $5.00 in all this time! Kudos to them!
The quality of the wash is very good, the dryer at the end gets almost all of the water off your car. There can be a fairly long line to get in, depending on the weather and the time of day. But once you are in it only takes a few minutes until you are out and on your way. The high-end wash is called The Works and costs $15.
Never had such rude service. After my paid car wash, I got bills and coins from the staff for the vacuum. Unfortunately, the vacuum ate my coins. I was told by the supervisor Felipe that I had to pay again to use the vacuum or call their local corporate office to make a complaint. He said he didn’t have the time to deal with it, and if I did not like it, I could go elsewhere. The other employee looked at me, shrugged, and put the key back that he had taken down to provide the paid for time. Shocked at the rudeness.
