Where it shines best is the curbside pickup. The employees are nice and load stuff up in your trunk if you request and if you have eggs they offer to have them with you or in the back. The parking lot was absolutely filthy! Trash, including food garbage, was everywhere. There were transients with their belongings in carts out front. It almost stopped me from going in, but I squared my shoulders and went in anyway. I was immediately struck by the contrast from outside to inside. It was clean inside, and all the shoppers were actually shopping. Feeling better about my situation, I went down my list. Immediately, I noticed that almost nothing on my list (items carried by walmart) was there. I spent most of my time in the store searching for missing items. By the time I actually left, I realized that half (not an exaggeration) of the items on my list were not available. This is my closest walmart. Easy to get in and out of. Shelves are always full but the best part for me is the pharmacy team. Never had bad service. Always friendly to me. Great team in that department. The loaders at the drive up are great people too. They will get your car loaded and on your way quickly and kindly as well.
More security that I’m used to seeing at a Walmart but I assume there must be some big problems with theft and or the homeless community. There’s a section dedicated just to souvenirs which was interesting but in general a very standard experience for a Walmart.
I always love going to Walmart because you can meet some fun people there. There is some workers we always see there when we go on Monday who are so nice and always say hi. We also got to meet Spiderman there today which was very fun. The reason I give 4 stars though is that they don’t always have a good selection of fresh produce.
Badier, is awful. He called my mom the b word and made a comment about my body because we were trying to get a kiddie pool and the price didn’t match the website. Not the best experience. Wish workers were nicer.
I love it many choices of things to buy in one shop. Sadly in Anchorage Alaska we don’t have many of those and they sell a lot up to date thing’s and that very practical.
