After my experience today, I don’t expect anyone from the store to care that I am leaving this poor review. I was a victim of an accident caused by someone’s carelessness and had 2 hand baskets come crashing down onto my face. This did hurt, but my glasses I was wearing were not damaged and I only suffered bruises. I didn’t intend to file an incident report. Only to bring it to someone’s attention, in effort to prevent it from happening again. When it happened clerks looked my way and then went back to what they were doing. I brought it to an employees attention, he was sent on break during our conversation so it fell on Def ears, so I opted to speak to a manager. All she cared about was if I intended to file an incident report. I pointed out my frustration that this was a bad experience and the lack of empathy from everyone, including her. She proceeded to give me an earful in an abrupt and snarky tone about how she was just trying to gather the information (that I had already given her by this point with no acknowledgement of what had happened to me or appreciation for bringing it to her attention, or even a thank you for saving her the paperwork, which was all she really seemed to care about). I let her know that this bad experience was made worse by her and I would be leaving a bad review and not be back. She proceeded to yell at me as I was walking out in a sharp negative tone ‘Sorry a basket hit you in the face’. I wish I had filed the incident report so atleast it would be documented, but I now feel victimized and didn’t want to spend another second in that store. FYI I have also removed a positive review I left this store years ago, they aren’t the store they once were. The bikes are all locked up so my daughter went to a worker standing at the back of the store nearby. He said he would get someone to help us. Waited about 15 minutes then she went back to the same guy. He walked over and showed us the service button and he said to just push the button. Another 10 minutes and still no one came. I told my daughter to call the store on her cell phone. She talked to a girl and then we heard her announce customer service needed in the bikes aisle. Still no one came for another 10 minutes. We had two tired and hungry boys with us and finally gave up and went to check out our other items we had in our basket. Told the girl at the register what happened & she said only one person has the key. We told her we had been waiting at least 30-40 minutes. She said it’s always hard to find the one with the key. Another problem is they have their music turned up so loud that you can’t hear someone speaking next to you without having to yell. When we got home I called the store to see if I could speak to the manager but it just rang and no one answered. Then I called the customer service 800# to complain but all he did was say he would have the manager of Walmart in LB Town Center call. What a total waste of time. When the manager called he sounded like he just woke up from a nap. All he said was he was sorry this happened and suggested that next time we should go directly to customer service to ask for help. Walmart one of the big mall group of the world any thing that can buy very low price reasonable price any body can go to buy no need to customer card required for Walmart and lart of food shop near there i give always 5 star for Walmart shoping centre

It just felt from beginning to end that they did not care I even existed. It was not that they were rude, no they just didn’t want to be bothered by my presence. I eventually got what I was after, but I was the only one that expressed appreciation. All I got from them was silence and one uh hu.
Went into this Walmart to get some bedding and towels. The aisles were clean and the attendant was very helpful. I’ll be coming back.
