9 months agoGreat New Car Wash in Newport!Newport, has needed a car wash to service the area for years and it is finally here! Owned and operated by a husband and wife team they have a high attention to detail and have a friendly and helpful staff!
ATTENTION ALL SPORTS CAR OWNERS! This car wash has a conveyor belt style push / track system that moves your car through the car wash! The are no steel guide bars that often destroy or ding low profile style rims!!!
Also, this family does not nickel and dime you! The vacuum system is free and convenient for customers. It has a hose on both sides of your vehicle so there is no need to drag the hoses over or through your car. It is also worth noting that each vacuum station is also equipped with pressurized air, hand towels and glass cleaner. The pressurized air is not for filling your tires but for blowing out hard to reach areas in nooks and crevices in your seats, dash etc. ** Important – I would recommend wearing a pair of glasses, sunglasses or safety glasses to help prevent getting any blown debris in your eye while using the pressurized air.**
There are several membership options available so you can wash your vehicle as much as you like every month.

5 months agoThis place is so cool! The package deal is the best way to go for $25 you can get the basic wash every day if you want, and there’s other packages too. The soft foam wash brushes won’t scratch your car either, and it’s fun with all of the neon colors as you go through the wash. Plus after you can use the high power vacuum that isn’t coin operated !a month agoHands down the best car wash I’ve been to on the East Coast! Great staff and obviously great management running a tight ship. I had a young service member today, I believe his name was Devon, at Aprox 2 pm on Friday 8/11/23. He offered to wash my mats inside and brought them back as good as they ever looked! Greeters at Pay station also we’re respectful and polite. Washers were cheery and efficient! Thanks Guys! You made my day 🙂a month agoThis is the cleanest, most efficient car wash I’ve ever used. Ruthy in particular has done a great job attending to my floor mats which at times are filthy. Always makes them look like new. The guy is very attentive and polite2 months agoToday was the first time going. The staff was very nice. The vacuums and everything was great. My only complaint is I paid for the 25$ wash and the back/ front of my jeep looked like it didn’t even go through the car wash. Next time I’ll go with a basic wash since that is pretty much what my car came out looking like.

I only had the interior done but I’m happy with it – this car has 162,000 miles on it, had many spills and had only ever gotten a vacuum before (I wish I had “before” photos). The detailers were friendly, personable, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. Would recommend.2 weeks agoI left a car laden with 3yrs of dog hair and sand & got back a new car. Vroom vroom 🚙2 years agoJey’s Detailing is really a good solid shop. I’ve used other detailing places in town and I always go to Jey’s now. They are easy to schedule with, they either answer the phone or call back promptly, and I often find I can get an appointment pretty soon after I call, sometimes even same-day if I call early enough. And of course they really do an excellent job, I feel like I have a brand new car for at least a month after the detail it! I got it fully detailed before listing it for sale and he went the extra mile to make sure every little bit was clean and polished. Managed to make an old car look about as close to new as possible! I had to get my car detailed so it can be shipped overseas so I filled out his request form on his website for the following day, Jey responded within an hour that he had an opening the same day. I explained I would need a ride back to my hotel and he said that would be fine. I got my car over to his detailing shop, he exained everything that him/his team was going to do, and then he drove me back to where I was staying. When my car was ready, I went to pick it up and it was lime I pulled my car right off the dealership parking lot, it looked/felt brand new! Not only that but you can tell that he really values his workers.For people shipping overseas: Jey is the best to prep your car for overseas travel. When I dropped my car off in Jersey, the guy look at my cup holders (Jey’s cup holders) and pretty much was like “Okey, you’re good to go”. They said that my car literally looked brand new. I cannot recommend enough!

Great place that I’ve been going to for years. Recently pulled the trigger on one of their monthly unlimited car wash deals and love it. You can go as much as you want. The machines seem to be well maintained and the staff is great.
Great car wash !!! I was visiting from NY for a wedding in Newport.
My Enterprise rental was very dirty inside and out. I had an exterior wash with added wheel wash. The car came out great. The clean dry towels and window was an added bonus.
I’m writing this give a big thank you to a very nice gentleman ( I think he was the owner) . He saw the condition of the vehicle and helped me out. He advised me that I had a free vacuum service with the car wash. A few minutes later a nice young man brought me 2 tokens for the vacuum. The gentleman than came back and put a nice fragrance tree on my rear view mirror! If I lived up there, I’d be there every week. After finishing, I went looking for this nice guy but couldn’t find him.

Top notch car wash and first rate customer service! Our new car got hit by spray paint from a can that got run over on the road. The windshield and hood were covered in black paint specks. I immediately took it here and the guys advised on the best wash and scrubbed the paint off by hand with a soapy brush before it could set at no extra charge. They are always helpful and friendly. Best customer service in town!
We use Blue Wave all the time, they’ve been the best on the island for a long time. Free vacuums with wash and the attendants take the time to give you a pre-scrub. Even include towels and spray free of charge to clean down your car after.
They did a giant upgrade. Just pay at the machine, drive in, the guys will still guide you in but there’s less interaction. Staff is cool
