The customer base here seems to actually give a damn so they leave the store in nice condition instead of wrecking it for the meme. The overall store staff is always helpful and friendly, and the optical department is surprisingly very good and is better than the optometrist I used to go to. So nice job, optical staff. Edit in March2022 walked in circles and I’m not Gonna lie, not all clearance is pointed out with big Yellow signs anymore… Some are just on the tags… Hidden within. The prices continue to rise but this Walmart seems to be my go to choice in Wally worlds cuz most of the staff seem to be friendly in person… Over the phone is another story but still my choice outta the four Wally worlds we Have here in town. Cleanliness of bathrooms, friendly and helpful staff, swift and easily maneuverable shopping plus stocked shelves… These are usually the main things that will keep you going in good stars from me. Update: November 2022 store has rearranged drastically, evert department is different in some way, plus the store now has a new computer system and it seems to be very touchy when scanning, it double scans stuff quite often and I have even triple scanned a few things a few times 🤦♀️By Margaret Langdon (8 months ago)Prices and selection are good. Horrible store! Called 15 times to try to get my pick up and then had my wife check in online still-sat there for another 15 minutes. Finally asked one of the people if I could just go get my own stuff and she was at least nice enough to put mine in the top of the list. But as I called those 15 times I saw the employees, pull his phone out, look at it and put it back in his pocket if I could’ve gave this a half star, I would’ve. Maybe a quarter star. I’ll never use this store for online shopping again.
This place wasn’t much different from any other Super Walmart. They are what they are.
A Walmart like any other except that staff is helpful as possible which is all that can take be done to make them stand out from why other Walmart. I’ve panhandled here and made enough money to buy a phone and they gave me a free deal with the phone that made my life so much easier. The Bus Routes pass right by the store and they always have clean parking lots. The benches make for great hang out spots and it’s surrounded by several other very useful stores, buildings, and restaurants.
If I could give a 0, I would. What I dislike the most is the self checkout. Why do we the shoppers who spend our hard earned dollars must then go and work as our own checker, bag our own groceries and makes sure we didn’t miss the items below on our cart? BRING THE CASHIERS BACK….. PLEASE BRING THE CASHIERS BACK. YA’LL ARE MAKING MONEY HAND OVER FOOT AT US THE SHOPPERS EXPENSE. I’M ON THE VERG OF NEVER SHOPPING AT Walmart for this very reason. Better yet I’m thinking of starting a petition 🤔. Who’s with me?
I drove 20 minutes to get to the store, rang the help bell three times before anyone bothered to help me buy a robot vacuum. Price didn’t match the online price (sold by Walmart NOT a third party), first guy said they would price match, sent me to the register. Register lady said they would price match and sent me to costumer service, costumer service said he would price match but his advisor said no when he came over to price match. I asked if I could buy it online and take it now and he said no. I asked if there was anyone else I could talk to to get the product for advertised price and he said no. No solutions were offered to fix the issue. I left the store over an hour later empty handed because they would take $20 of a several hundred dollar vacuum! Horrible business experience and sadly not my first negative experience at this store.
