They do not answer the phone. I guess I will have to go out of my way and drive there. Sure enough CS didn’t answer. WALMART you make a-lot of money from your clients. Hire enough people to provide decent customer service. Walmart does a very good job keeping the aisles clean and in order. It is always nice to go to their stores no matter where and it is always the same, clean, orderly and bright!
They sell so much stuff! It’s awesome I can go buy things for my bike then a loaf of bread, then a gallon of milk, then a toothbrush, then some toys. It’s crazy they have so much stuff here it’s awesome! They always have Legos stocked it’s so cool I love Legos and everyone keeps buying their Legos but the shelves aren’t empty because they always have more Legos on the shelves.
The manager was super unprofessional and claims that I was stealing a item because I tossed away my receipt. The women working near the door took my items and caused a scene. I was super embarrassed. I will never shop at Walmart ever again!
Should of just done my shopping at Fry’s where u get better service and way better prices.
If your going to have a kiosk in your store you should be able to help especially when it malfunctions. After waiting 2 hours on hold for thirst eco ATM kiosk support, 8i had to leave it. Now I’m just getting the run around about it. This tablet was $800 when I purchased it . I’m pretty sure whoever services the machine didn’t report that it was locked in there and kept it.
Normally I would give a better scoring but I had a mixup with an order of mine and about a product that had not been delivered to the right house, and when I tried calling them they kept on hanging up on me and kept putting me on hold for hours on end until I just gave up.
