3 months agoFranklin carwash, got out and was so just at quick glance. First off the kid that beings the transaction was leaning on the wall messing with his phone, so after a minute or so I opened my door to reach the kiosk when he noticed me and came over, usually get the basic but upgraded to the deluxe. Ask the kid who took my ticket to really make sure to get the front and back really well, he never made it to the right side of my car because he was the only thing doing anything. I find bug remains all over and pollen on my sunroof surface still, I would have requested a rewash but I don’t have a point of return if either would have said something back to me I didn’t I like so I drove a short distance a took photosa week agoThe last two times I had my car washed here I paid for wax and didn’t receive. My car had water spots everywhere. My car looked better both times before I wasted my money here. Went to Brad’s car wash today and had a much better outcome.4 months agoThe vacuums haven’t been working half the time. The sticker scanner hasn’t been working. And I’ve drove to town a couple times for a wash and they were closed due to maintenance or rain. I did the monthly because it was close and was actually unlimited but they need to invest some money in this place.3 months agoUsed this wash on memorial weekend. As I’m going through the dryer portion, one of the dryers came apart and hit my truck in several spots. My passenger mirror was cracked and the top of my cab sustained a nice gouge.I informed the attendant of this. He did check and I observed him strapping a bungee cord around one dryer. I filled out the their paperwork and was told from the manager, they would contact me once the mirror arrived at Bradley Chevrolet. I was basically called a liar by the attendant and have not heard from anyone since that day. I would avoid this place at all cost. I will be filing a small claims to get the damage repaired.5 months agoRip offs I was just here paid $18 and waxed , tire shine and everything else included in the $18 didn’t even come out. Went back to tell the guys and he sent me through the wash again and still nothing! Not worth it.

The up-keep has gone down hill a bit and the equipment could have better maintenance. The self wash bays have lots of options and if the brushes were newer they would be awesome. As it is, the auto wash is terrible as it removes nearly nothing. It was previously the best auto wash in the area. It also needs maintenance to actually work properly again. I paid $10 for the deluxe wash and added $2 for RainX and tire shine. I just spent 30 minutes cleaning my car myself afterwards because this automatic car wash is ridiculously bad.
This was my first and last time at the “Clean”-N-Go Car Wash. What a waste of money.
Paid for the $15 wash in the south wash bay. After closer inspection, my truck came out with rusty spots around the front fenders, inside the rear wheel wells, and all over the tailgate. My truck is a 2021 and does not have rust, so it came from this wash. The spots don’t just rub off and are not coming off with soap and water. I still don’t know how I’m going to get them all out, but it’s taking A LOT of extra time to “wash” my truck after a problem created by this car wash.
I’ve been using this car wash for years! i refer friends all the time! I’ve never had a problem , and I’ve witness these folks go above and beyond to make everything right! seems there is always someone there cleaning the place. Everyone should try it once ! I really like the touch less car wash. It does a good job with some help in the drying afterwards.
I paid for a wash in the south touch-free bay 6 days ago. Upon pulling into the wash bay, the system malfunctioned and shut down without washing my vehicle. I have not been able to contact anyone for customer service, as there is no website and no one answers at the phone number listed for this business. I’d like a refund for the car wash I paid for but did not receive. I won’t use this facility again due to complete lack of customer support.
