3 months agoThis is the best car wash! All the grit from both of my cars came off & the vacuums had great suction to really get the dirt outta my carpet. Best of all, it is locally owned & the owner & manager give back by supporting the local schools & community. Lucky to have such partnership & a place to get your car amazingly cleaned!3 months agoWe decided to swing by this car wash on a bright, sunny Sunday to rinse off winter grime. Much to our pleasant surprise, there was a free car wash offer that we just missed, but the attendant had extended it for us. We got an $18.99 The Works for free. It definitely made a good impression and has encouraged us to come back, even though the wash prices are a bit more expensive than your standard gas station car wash. And the wash was really good too…it definitely took care of all the “wash me” writing that my sons so kindly graced my car with.6 months agoThey are very kind and splendid folks to do business with. Of course nothing beats doing it yourself with a pressure washer and hot water but when I just can’t Tommy’s is my best and only choice and I drive quite aways to visit them.👍✌️2 months agoAmazing Car wash! Best self service I’ve found in the north east area. They have free vacuums, free floor mat washing!!! Wow! And the wash is soft sponges (I think) it got all the parts of my suv that most other washes miss. Very impressed and I will be back.a month agoThese guys are the best! Not only did they offer fruit snacks to my kids but they went over and above normal customer service. We had driven in from California. The front of my car looked like a 5th grade bug project. I jokingly asked if they had a “debugging” special. The guy told me if it wasn’t clean enough the first time he would let me go through again for free. I got home only to find out one is opening about 40 minutes from my house. I am in that area a lot so I plan on getting my car washed there!

I was a little worried with some of the reviews, but I truly think the owner has addressed any past issues. They were extremely thorough and it honestly looks better than the really fancy detailer we took our van to recently. Tyree even contacted me after I left to make sure I found my car charger in the glove compartment. Amazing service and this car has NEVER looked cleaner!a month agoAs per the photos, you can tell from the detail that it was not at all even mediocre. We had the platinum package. We returned to the car in the same day, we expected to see that I it was detailed, but it looked like it went through a soft touch car wash. No details were done. There were spots and stains on the car still. The interior looked like it was vacuumed in a hurry and polished like me washing in a dollar car wash when it is like 90 degrees hot and humid outside and I need to cool down lazily with AC. The solution or the sponge they used was not compatible to the paint. I have no idea what did they use, but this happened after I parked my car in the garage for three days. My garage is clean and has no dust. They seem to have used the wrong solution or their mico fiber material is outdated. I have no clue though in general what the hell happened. I paid over $200 and got this service. Plus, they were not friendly with customers, it seems like they were forced to work there… If you don’t like the job, why do you work there anyway?!! It seems fishy. The owner was nice though, but he needs to get his business together.3 months agoGot the platinum package. Was disappointed. When I dropped off the car at 10:40 am, it would be 3 hrs. Expected that, cause that was what I was also told when I called to make the appointment. Was told they will call once car was ready, but that they’d be closing at 2:30 and to be sure to get there before closing time. Otherwise, they will leave car out front with key in a cup holder. Never got a call but got there at 2 pm since it was after 3 hrs and didn’t want car to be unattended after closing. Car was still being worked on. That was fine. We waited. An hr later, car was pulled around. Other than a regular wash, car was not buffed or waxed. Asked and was told that car did get waxed. Nope. For sure it was not. Third row seat was not cleaned, despite me paying the extra amount during drop off. After pointing this out, the young man took it back in to clean the third row area. Waited some more. Long story short, when we got home, I ended up having to re-vacuum and wipe the whole interior down myself. Third row seats and carpet still dirty, tire rims were sprayed but never washed nor wiped down, inside leather sprayed but not wiped down completely. There were still white streaks/spots of the milky white stuff they used on the seats and headrests. None of the windows, inside or out (other than the outside car wash) were even touched. Giving one star for the cleaned/ steamed engine. First time here and will not be coming back.a month agoGlorified regular car wash. The inside of the doors were not cleaned, Drips down the front windshield, side mirrors weren’t cleaned. Waxing on outside was good. They say to clean everything out of the vehicle including console and glove compartment. neither were cleaned. I didn’t initially notice all of the items just the side mirrors. As I drove out and went about my errands I noticed the rest. I went back and told/showed the person that did my vehicle and that I was disappointed. He said you used a “groupon” and it didn’t cost me much. As I pointed things out He said “my bad>’ Did the things that needed done and had an attitude about it. Would not go back.3 weeks agoi go a silver package, they got my car cleaned . It took about 2 hours and I was very happy with what I received. I even told a couple friends to get detail here. I will say that the employees don’t talk much But they did a great job so I can’t complain about that.

Seriously disappointed. I asked if they clean the center console, cupholders, and dash and the check-in gal said “the only thing we don’t clean is the touchscreen.” Well as you can see, that is not the case. For $38.66, I expected at least a damp cloth wipe down, but nope. I could’ve done a better job with 2 wet-naps! Also, there were water spots all over the paint, and the wheels still had brake dust residue all over them. Save yourself the wasted time and money and go elsewhere. If someone contacts me and makes it right, I will happily update this review.
I’ve been coming here for years due to convenience and price but this location has been doing an increasingly terrible job on the interior. They don’t even touch the console or steering wheel, and the dash looks like a child wiped it down with a wet paper towel – see the accompanying photos (which I’m embarrassed to post but if it helps someone avoid wasting their money, then why not). Do not bother coming here. It might be less expensive than other places, but you definitely get what you pay for.
I keep trying this place thinking it may get better… it does not. I just spent $50 on a platinum wash, interior and exterior clean. My dashboard and steering wheel weren’t even wiped! The floors were BARELY vacuumed. I can’t believe I just gave this place more business, shame on me for not learning my lesson. Don’t waste your time or money here, their lack of care and detail is atrocious.
Terrible experience, I will never go back to this establishment. If you plan to get the interior of your car clean, save your money, don’t have it done here. I stood there and watched them clean my car. They took my weather tech floor mats out and wash them with water no soap whatsoever they took them down and threw them over by my car. No one ever dried one bit of them. So now I have dirty floor mats that are wet on my brand new cars carpet. I could not see that when I first got in the car because it’s dark in there as soon as I pulled out into the sunlight, you could see it. I immediately pulled around and asked to see the manager. I explain to him how I paid extra to have my floor mats done correctly. There was all kinds of places that were not vacuum properly, which I showed the manager. I showed him on my receipt where I had paid extra to have these matches done properly. He asked me to go back inside and he would call me in about 10 minutes when I came back out to my car nothing really had changed I will never ever go back here. The fact that the manager could not hardly speak. English did not help any of this. You would think paying $40 for a car wash and interior cleaned out that you could get it done properly.
Before the pandemic, this place was pretty decent, your car would get washed and they would wipe it down. Oh well, things were taken away from other places and haven’t returned so they aren’t alone there, even though you are paying the same price. One of the things that really bothers me is that spinning rubber dryer they have at the end. It leaves marks on the windshield that I always have to clean off. After a while, that thing has to pick up all kinds of residue not cleaned off the cars and puts it on yours. I told them that I didn’t want to have that touch my car anymore and they said they would take it off my account on the iPad they walk around with so it wouldn’t come down on my car any more. Guess what, the next time I came in, it came down again and messed up my windshield. So much for whatever you said you were going to do! If you can’t get it right, just take that dang thing away! Also, some of the other ones have free vacuums if you want to do it yourself which is nice. Not this one though.
