I came here for a new truck battery. They sold me the battery without informing me that they do not install or remove batteries. They have five service bays as if it’s a guarantee that they can do something as easy as a battery, which does not take a lift or hoist. After purchasing the battery, I asked them would I be able to use to tools to install the battery myself since they do not install, batteries, & they told me no customers cannot use shop tools, so I returned the battery. Was there 9/21/2022, the store was even more of a mess then usual. Racks everywhere, employees hanging out with two or three people. Some of them were actually acting like they were shopping instead of working. You see them on their cell phones. So many shelves were out of stock, shelves not properly labeled, some items on shelves were moldy, clearance aisle so disorganized. Items on shelves dirty, you go to an area and see items that don’t even belong in that area. And look at some of the choices of clothes. There were a couple of managers on the floor but they are of no help they are just as immature and lazy as some of the workers so they don’t enforce anything.
No one is willing to help. I stood waiting for a case to be opened for 30 min. Associates walked past me and I asked for help and they asked if I hit the button which I had done multiple times. The store is a complete mess. On top of the fact that they messed up my transaction charging me 200.00 twice. I will never shop at this Walmart again.
The Walmart custom whipped topping with strawberry filling cake is AMAZING! Ordered again and it was delicious! Fresh and light! Taste like wedding cake! Reasonably priced too. You do have to order 2 days in advance though.
