I rarely go to this store and haven’t been in at least a year even though I drive within a half mile of it 2-3 times a week. It’s not in a bad part of town, but it’s not the best either. I stopped in and was impressed with how clean the store was and well stocked. They had a 3rd party security team onsite and they were very visible. There used to be quite a few homeless people wandering around, but not anymore. The store and parking lot were well managed and secured. This is a bigger store than the one in Woodland Park and there are times when having a better selection is a good thing. I will be back, much more often! The only negative I experienced is that I waited for about ten minutes, pressing the help button every time it timed out, for someone to help in the jewelry department. Someone finally showed up and said the department was currently closed. I just wanted something inexpensive from the glass counter. Surely someone could have unlocked the cabinet and helped me.

UPDATE: since my first review, all the carts full of “put back” merchandise are now gone. So I’m updating to 3 stars for that, but shopping here can still be a pain at times, which I think is normal for WM. It’s your typical Walmart, but worse, if you can imagine. They lock up all the batteries, flashlights, razors, etc, making you locate an associate to assist. Good luck, they’re usually doing something else much more important, or they avoid customers all together. If you’re lucky enough to find an associate thats willing to help, they may or may not have the keys for the particular case your desired item is in. But what really bothers me the most is the dozen or so carts full of merchandise parked in front of customer service. They never seem to move, but they always are full of merchandise. From what I understand, all items that need to be put back. This Walmart must have some pretty lazy (underpaid & understaffed?) associates, because those carts are always there and they completely block what I’m after; Primo Water. This is the only location that I’ve seen that lets it get this bad. There’s refrigerated and Frozen items in here as well. Who knows how long they’ve been sitting out. Gross.

I hate Walmart, I can’t believe I bought anything here. Also I got asked to leave the area where I was waiting to pick up someone else’s order. It was pouring rain, no shelter available. I almost cancelled the order..

We waited 1- 1/2 hours in the pick up spot for 1 item! I had to call the store twice to remind them we were waiting …20 minutes later they came out with the wrong order and informed me we were now at the bottom of the list again. Tried calling the store manager for pick up, but no answer & no VM options. 2nd delivery was the same wrong items and we were again told we were not yet in the cue. We are picking up for an Uber eats customer and waiting 2-3 hours is the last thing you want to do. Will not pick up for Walmart in future….would recommend anyone working a gig app not to take any Walmart pick ups from this store on 8th in the Springs. Very poorly managed.

You are not allowed to even sit in this parking lot unless you are going into the store. Ridiculous. I had security knock on my van twice, wanting to know the purpose of my visit. If you make it into the store before they suggest you leave, they do not provide bags, besides the fabric walmart bags you must purchase. Then, when you leave, they treat you like you might have stolen something. Overall, great trip. ?

Was the first time at that store. It must be like 4 or 5 ackers, maybe bigger. I will have another day to go back. I might pack a lunch. Or cross the street and hit Cracker Barrel. I will update on my adventures. Thank you Metro Bus’s for 3 months of FREE RIDES. So came on and take a FREE RIDE.

Set up same as our local Walmart. Being from out of town; we wanted some warmer clothing. Thought Walmart would have stuff. Only have the summer selection at the time. Lady up front to check out was nice. Was happy to see someone to help. They didn’t have bags to put our items in; that was difficult to get stuff back to the car.

My wife and I bought a cold rotisserie chicken from the deli, and every single person in my household became sick. My one year old was throwing up all night and one of my twins started to throw up. I had horrible stomach aches and my wife did also now every single one of us are still dealing with the runs and also sulfur burps. It’s the only thing we all aye together. My oldest son ate something completely different and Is the only one who did not get sick. This place needs to make sure they’re cooked properly or make sure they are dated correctly. I will not buy anything from this deli again…

I am a single mama of two kiddos tonight I took my baby shopping for her 6th birthday and I was distracted and I left my wallet with everything I have in there in the cart or at self check out. I didn’t realize until I got home the staff at this Walmart could care less on helping me. They were so rude. If anyone found a white wallet in a cart there today please. Please turn it in. Someone already could have but the staff could care less.

  1. They started servicing my car at 0851, I was getting an oil change and a tire rotation, the bay was empty and didn’t have another customer until after 1000. It wasn’t ready until 1025. They even texted my phone at 1010 saying it was ready, but they didn’t have my car keys, so I refused to pay. They eventually “found” my keys, so I paid and left. I guess I’ll have to check to see if they torqued my lug nuts properly.

  2. Drove out to Walmart especially to buy a blu ray player. The one I wanted was in a glass case. It seemed like every brand was salvage, with smashed boxes. The peraon working there noticed it too but said he’d give me the best looking box. He did and it didnt look great, but I pried it open and saw it was packaged with a buffer. I get it home and open it all up and boom there’s a deep dent right on top of it. Did I want the protection plan? Ya, from having to waste my time driving back to return it and watching them examine it like I am the one trying to rip them off. I could barely even make it out of that prison with my purchase to start with. Boo for being desperate as to where to shop anymore. :[

  3. Everyone I talked to passed helping me on to soneone else or looked bothered. Had to ask electronics guy 2 questions, he seemed unhappy to unlock a case by the 2nd question.
Asked for a price in the grocery section, 2 associates seemed unhappy I interrupted their conversation.
Asked for a girl walking by the battery case and she pointed me to someone else and walked away.
    It’s 8am. Wake up Wal-mart.

  4. We were there to buy birthday party food.
Fajitas was on the menu and I was happy that everything we needed was nice and fresh. Its really convenient to shop at a place that has almost everything.

  5. Walmart pay declined and then they refuse to let me check out. The layout is much better than those Walmart locations but they still have lot police and the seizure mobile.
