4 months agoGot exactly what I expected. Zero effort, rushed job and they weren’t even busy. No one does a good job anymore. Paid around 40 bucks for the best package and could’ve got better results with just a water hose in my driveway. Harsh reminder as to why I always wash my own car.a year agoHorrible Service, they have the right concept but the workers are lazy. First, we were greeted by a man that was so over the top yet friendly. Second, they took 2 trucks before us even though we were next (and I saw the young man tell the guy we were next). Third, for $35 they half washed my car. My husband had to tell them to clean the rims which is the purpose for spending $35. The guy rubbed his finger on one of my rims and it was full of crud. He had the guy clean them and he still half did them. Fourth, The inside is not much cleaner then it was when we brought my car. I’ve attached pictures to show. I know they wasn’t expecting a tip… They did not care for my car! I felt robbed and that’s not a lot of money spent. However, it truly was not worthy of the service I had received. Count me out on returning.4 months agoBeing a member and arriving late most days because of my job i feel like I’m almost bothering them most days so take your chances. I live very close so it’s easy to get there but if I have time i will most likely go to the other location 5 miles away because they always give a much better job. When I go out of town and return it takes at least three different trips to get it back to around town dirty. Today although there were three ladies around my truck but they didn’t feel the need to due the wheel and tire shine for some reason. I don’t know if it’s because they don’t feel like you won’t be back since you pay monthly.8 months agoChrome running boards are still dirty, still has bugs splattered in windshield, hood has streak marks and still dirty in the hood indentations? Bugs still all over front grill, facia, and bumper, bumpers streaked and not dried. Dirt all over front fender and passenger door. Not a very good job. Will look for somewhere new to go3 months agoMy son spilled a protein shake in the back of my car. I pulled in asking for the max package which came to about $330 for a complete detail. Have to say I was very disappointed with the results. The basically vacuumed and wiped down the interior to appear all shiny but did not remove leaves from the windshield, did not clean door seals, nor did the clean trunk seals. So $330 for a basic car wash with tire shine. Will not be back.

4 months agoThis Sat Apr 29th. Been using this wash for 12 or 15 years spending about $600/yr on premium wash between 3 cars . . but never again. Just went thru & drew there attention to windshield w bug spatter due to night driving. This is VERY rare. The washer nodded he understood then proceeded to do nothing. I pointed the bugs still on windshield to towel dryer & he frowned as he could see bugs & asked if I wanted to go again. “No” & tipped him saying “you didn’t do it”. Driving away I thought the manager might want to know my experience. I was WRONG . . He just had excuses. The guy that took my money answered & without letting me getting my comment out, said “they didn’t get it the second time? do you want to go back again?” Another car had same complaint. I said “I haven’t been thru a second time, I just want them to clean windshield the first time”. MANAGER was talking over me the whole time now. Said “we’re an express wash & you should go to a custom wash location. If you don’t like that, DON’T come back”. I’ll take him up on that, we won’t be backa month agoUsually quick service and friendly employees. Machinery needs to be better taken care of. Several soap/wax nozzles do not work, and the blow dry air jet at the end does not fully work. It used to work but now only blows down from the top. Monthly pass is a pretty good deal for regular washes.4 months agoBest bang for your buck. Paid $12 (although there were cheaper options) and the vacuums are free. Additionally they didn’t try to sale me other services and they did a decent job at the pre washing and hand drying (for a automatic car wash). Yes, the equipment is a little dated but it gets the job done. I’ll definitely be back.8 months agoRapids has previously been a place that we could always rely on a good quality, not overpriced car wash.. today I came in for the $10 wash and this was AFTER the wash AND the towel dry. Needless to say, I had rewash and dry my car myself. They do have free vacuums, which is nice, but I can’t promise we will be back due to the recent drop in quality of wash.a year agoNormal car wash and would’ve been fine but when my antenna broke off I was told that since they done have any cameras they cannot be liable. Even though they found it inside the car wash. I get the antenna deal but he said they usually have a sign out front that tells you to remove it, it wasn’t there because “first shift didn’t put it out”. On top of that, the tire shine doesn’t work, which I paid more for. It only got a small spot on my left side and nothing on the right. I was told that they knew it doesn’t work and they have new pads on order. It doesn’t make sense that they would still offer it as a service they know they cannot provide. He said he had some spray that I could use if I wanted to do it myself… no customer service whatsoever.

I dropped my Kia Soul off right at 8am when they opened and they finished around 10am. I asked for a full detail, less the carpet shampoo. I had a ton of pet hair in the car, and that’s always been difficult for other places to get out. I just fostered a dog and drove her 8 hours to her new home, so the car was a MESS.
When I tell you I don’t see a spec of pet hair in this car…I am so impressed with the speed and quality of this detail. The car smells and looks amazing, aside from the self inflicted dings and scratches, my car looks and feels brand new!! If I wasn’t moving out of state tomorrow, I’d be a frequent customer here. I didn’t wait on the property, walked to Target lol, but when I did interact with employees they were all friendly and professional.
Total was $126 + tip and it was worth every penny.
I own a Raptor and most car washes can’t fit it in the car wash. These people were beyond fantastic. I’ll never go to another car wash if I don’t have to. From the time I pulled up until I left, everyone was more than friendly and helpful. The cashier was awesome. Great job Mustang!!!!!
Oil change / state inspection and car wash for my son’s car. Arrived about 9:00 am and only waited a few minutes. Service completed fairly quickly. Then drove around back to join car wash line. Still i was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They usually do a good job hand drying the vehicle afterwards. They also honor a military discount which I appreciate. Will continue to take my vehicles there.
Best car wash in town. I try to get here early because the wait times can get pretty long. Normally takes about an hour to detail my truck. When it’s busy it can get up around 3 hours. The price and the quality match so I drive across town and pass probably 4 other car washes to come here.
Today was my first time here. I was looking forward to the experience because their packages sounded better than many others I looked at. I expected the outside of my car and windows to be actually cleaned and any water dried off, but unfortunately that was not the case. Definitely not worth the nearly $30. Service was still prompt and employees were very kind.
